Most of the holes were pretty standard, but there are a couple with water hazards that are fun. Only one hole stood out as a truly unique setup, but the staff is friendly and for about $10 per person, we had a good time.

Nope. It was a…read morecrowded day, I totally get that. We were there about 2 hours and when we arrived there were no skate trainer assists available to rent. I put my name on a wait list. 20 min later, I noticed many people had returned their skate assists. There were probably 6 of them behind the desk. I probably asked 5x or more if it was our turn on the wait list, every time I was told no. At one point the girl said "you're welcome to walk around out there with your own child" I have a hurt shoulder and a prosthetic hip, otherwise I would've :( Long story short, my son sat on the bench next to the skate rentals, waiting for his turn on the wait list, fighting back tears. In the 45+ min we waited, no one from the wait list ahead of us collected a single skate trainer. And we were repeatedly told we couldn't use one. I definitely understand waiting our turn, but when no one ahead is coming to collect them..... The guy at the skate rental place when we first arrived was super nice tho! But the girls I wasn't impressed with.

Thank You for building this rink in lakeport!!!!!!! Gorgeous new smooth surface (do be aware that this is a small rink). Kept clean. They have skee ball (and an adorable little arcade space). I dislike the pvc pipe contraptions kids like to use to "learn" to skate here. They create dangerous conditions on the skate floor during open skate and I'm not convinced they really help people learn the balance points. Fewer of these, limiting their use to 30 minutes a person, only offering them for the first hour of a skate session or something, would be awesome. Some rinks use/offer these, some don't. This rink does. The skate fee is a bit high for folks who skate for athletics but seems right for recreation (ten bucks... this quickly becomes cost prohibitive for training volume visits but makes for a nice date night/family night). The staff here is rad. I've gotten consistent friendly treatment (from different folks over 3-4 spaced out visits). They hand out free skate passes when appropriate (a counter person missed the skates I brought once and accidentally charged a skates fee... was happy to hand me a pass. That's hospitality!) They "Up ticketed" me a few tickets so I could take home a plastic horse as my skee ball trophy. These are the kind of "nice perks" attitudes that keep people coming back. This seems like a fun place to work!

This place is over priced. It's not clean and the parking lot needs to be repaved. I paid $100.00…read morefor 3 adults where not there to skate and 3 kids under the age of 10. The restaurant dining area is quite small so I don't know if you can have a big party here. We like the summer deal where you can play unlimited games for like $70. It does not come with ticket games though (unless you purchase the higher tier card). My kids love this place even if it's not as large as other Dave and Buster's. We'll gladly come back here.

Multiple guests ordered beers, drinks, or soda refills that were never delivered despite being on the bill. We would ask for a refill and be told no by the server, but still charged on the receipts. We had to ask for plates over four times before they came. Servers would come every few minutes to ask what we needed but would not come back with the item we asked for. No one was given waters. I spoke to management and was told pizza was only for the 6 kids present, despite a reservation for 10 kids and 6 adults. Manager was extremely rude and kept saying we had a reservation for 6. I made him bring the contract and it clearly showed 16 people. Total we had 10 adults and 8 kids(many older teens) show up to the party. I was told the reservation only covered food for children, and the servings of pizza were for 6 children only, despite there being 8 people there under age 18. I've been to this location often, but never for a reserved birthday party. The tip amount requested of $80 was worth more than the total amount of food I was given. A medium pizza and 2 dozen wings, a plate of chicken nuggets/strips, a tray of fries, and a tray of watermelon. My child said it looked like a cafeteria school lunch. Everyone who ate the watermelon got diahrea and vomiting. Pizza tasted ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Wings were dry af. All adults had to order individually on their own tab, and most were satisfied with flavor and quantity of their food. Do not reserve a birthday party unless you want to pay an extra $300 for nothing. I left feeling absolutely robbed.
