To be honest, barbecue should stand on its own without sauce and sauce should only be there to enhance the flavor. The meat was tender, but I couldn't really get a feel for the flavor of the meat because the sauce interfered with that. The pulled pork plate was good. Also, my girlfriend said she enjoyed that. But again, sauce should come on the side in my opinion. I have no real complaint against this place, but I wish I had known ahead of time that the ribs came with sauce on them and I wish that I had known that there were only four ribs on the plate, I would've ordered a whole rack.
