I knew one way I could pay her back without her turning me down and that was getting treats for her dog LOL! I don't own a dog so I had no clue where to start. The lady at the cash register was very nice, she showed me where all the treats were and which ones were the best sellers. This place gets better, certain dog treats are made in house. I thought this was pretty cool considering animals owners who prefers for them to eat healthy. They had all different types and varieties, I was blown away. They even offer spa services for animals, I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you own a furry friend.

She also "boot scoots" since Petsmart groomed her. Another visit to the vet shows they tore an anal gland . I asked to see the video and I've been met with excuses and assurance that she was fine when she was there. Find another groomer. That visit to Petsmart will end up costing us well over $3000.

He's gone to the groomers since he was 4 months. So the reason behind not finishing the hair cut and leaving him half shaved was because he was trying to escape. When I got home I noticed he had two cuts on his back from being buzzed down too short. No wonder he was trying to escape. This will be his last time here.

I went into this store about 2 months ago. I started a new tank and needed some fish. I waited in…read morethe fish aisle for quite sometime for help. Nobody was over there. So after about 10 minutes I walked to the front counter. Debbie a "manager" told me they had no staff and I needed to go stand and wait. It wasn't what she said but how she said it. She complained about being understaffed. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and just walked out. I was in there again this past Sunday, to pick out some more fish. I had a question about the tank chemicals. The girl that was in the fish aisle was VERY busy. Had multiple people waiting. I walked up to the register, (nobody was waiting there). I asked the cashier if she knew anything about aquariums and she said no. The "manager" Debbie walked to the counter. The cashier told her I needed help. Debbie went on a FULL rant. Speaking to me as if I was a child. So now this is the SECOND time this "manager" was beyond rude. She told me again to "go wait, they had no staff" the cashier said "well she has a simple question" Debbie said "I don't care, go stand over there and wait" So again I left. Don't go here. Not worth the awful experience with Miss Debbie who is miserable and needs to either get a new job or just retire. I will not go back to this store. I did have to lift my dogs in to the tub since they were scared to go in. The dryer room was a bit loud for my pitty mix so we had to use a towel. but overall I was very happy wit the self serve dog wash. we also bought a few treats while we were there.
