The food was outstanding, I ordered a omelet which was awesome, I've never had a omelet taste so good. My wife had the blueberry pancakes, and said there were no less then 3 blueberries per bite. The coffee is great, no bitterness to it at all. Our waitress, India was very charming, and friendly and did a fantastic job making sure everything was what we wanted. Went in excited to try this new joint. Was greeted and seated quickly. The center table for two right inside the front door. Greeted quickly by Anicka sp?. Got our coffees and breakfast started. Wasn't two sips in before offering refills. That's a nice start. Food came out. I had the Bacon Benedict. Seemed pretty simple. Simple is good if the flavors are there. The hollandaise tasted "packaged" with not much flavor. The eggs were poached perfectly, got two beautiful pieces of bacon on each muffin. The hashbrowns were what you expect at a "regular" diner. For $19 it was a bit steep, I ate the whole plate though. The service after the food came out is where everything takes a screeching halt. 2-3 bites into breakfast my coffee was empty. What looked like 2-3 hostess' just standing at the front door doing nothing, maybe the owner or manager standing behind the counter talking with the one customer, there was no awareness of the floor or intuition to maybe roam the floor with a water/coffee pot helping the servers with refills. It wasn't until my plate was clean, silverware sat at the 4oclock position and napkins on the plate and ready to pay that only the server noticed the empty cup sitting at the edge of the table. Booooooo... Will I return? Maybe, probably not. It was a great start that sputtered to a flavorless, coffee less experience. Heard about this restaurant last week, and thought we would try it out. 10:30 in the morning, my wife had the Classic Breakfast. She said her food wasn't hot, and tasteless. I had the Breakfast Burrito. It was not hot, and tasted bland as well, as though it had been prepared earlier in the morning. The coffee was fantastic. That helped explain why avocado toast was $15. But when it was served it was actually a small piece of toast cut in half! Totally overpriced. I think that we have found our new go to restaurant for breakfast and brunch in Redmond. Bacon Bar N Brunch is a comfortable, inviting, and cozy restaurant with friendly and extremely helpful people. We started with very good coffee and ordered Farmer breakfast scramble and Breakfast Burrito. Farmer scramble is what a breakfast scramble should be. It was perfectly balanced with eggs, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, cheddar, and sausage. The hash browns were cooked to near perfection. Breakfast Burrito might be the best breakfast burrito in Redmond. I have a few more restaurants where I need to try their breakfast burritos; but, the breakfast burrito at Bacon Bar N Brunch was the best so far. Next time I will try the Bene; but I need to decide which option for my first try. Hopefully, the weather will be nice enough to enjoy eating on the front patio. read more

The food was mediocre. One of the key words in there sign is "bacon'. I ordered a BLT. First word of a BLT is bacon. It came with 2 stragglers of very very undercooked bacon with mainly fat. We have been here a handful of times, the food is always good. We went on Mother's Day, we were seated right away, empty tables all around us. It took 10 minutes to even get water & coffee, then another 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken. My husband overheard the waitress tell another bigger table that she would get their order in before others as they must know the owner or something. Not cool!! We were in the restaurant for almost 2 hours, 2nd time we've seen the owner reprimand the staff if front of customers. My husband said he will NOT ever go back. Ordered Biscuits n gravy. well tired to order the corned beef hash only to find out this was no longer Kristy's anymore so opted for the biscuits n gravy. It was TERRIBLE to say the least. There was only one person in the place when we came in. N the owner had nothing to say but Bad mouth Kristy n state all her menu was store bought which I KNOW not to be true! After the owner stating how all Kristy's food was store bought multiple times. Ask me what I thought? By this time another couple came in. so now there's 5 of us in the entire restaurant. when he asked my opinion in front of all these people, I asked do U want Honesty? He replied yes.
