Tried out the newly opened Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. This place has a huge menu for a "burger bar" and a solid selection of beers to enjoy. We came during lunch and needed a booth but only had to wait about 5 minutes. Our server Angelice was very nice and got us started with waters and a beer for me. I gave the Bad Daddy's Amber Ale from Full Sail Brewing Company a try and was impressed...a dark reddish color with a solid flavor and no after taste. Appetizer: Tried the House made Potato Chips with both the French Onion dip and Tangy Pimento Cheese. This appetizer is AWESOME...the chips are crisp and are great without dipping. My daughter loved the pimento cheese and I loved the French Onion. Meals: Love how they have options here and you can use a checklist to build either your burger or salad "a la carte" by checking the boxes of what you want and handing it to the server. Watched a number of different sandwiches come out of the kitchen from where we sat and they were huge and looked impressive. One thing I noted...this place does not skimp on the cheese...so you may want to request a bit less on your sandwich. I went with the Daddy's Philly where they take a patty and chop it up with cooked with onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, red peppers & smothered in their House made American Cheese on a hoagie roll with garlic mayo. I ordered the sandwich MINUS the peppers and guess what arrived...a sandwich with all the peppers on it. When Angelice was taking the burger back to be redone I also asked her to do half the amount of cheese on the sandwich. I love cheese BUT there was a ton of cheese and it would have been more like a grilled cheese hoagie...LOL When she brought it back...perfect. The flavor was really good and the garlic mayo added a great flavor but Angelice also gave us a sample of the Chipotle Ranch dressing they make there. I dipped the sandwich in that and WOW...great flavors. Overall this was a sandwich when brought I was like "I can't eat all that" to "where did I put all of that sandwich"...LOL Highly recommend the Tater Tots as a side...they are really good. My daughter when with the Create Your Own Black bean burger with Brie Cheese and grilled apple slices. She was a bit disappointed in the burger...overly moist and "mushy". While I am not a fan of this type of burger I tried it and agree the texture was not appetizing. The house French fries are delicious! Sadly...we were too full to try out one of their Shakes, maybe next time. Overall good food and great service. They are newly opened and are going through the normal growing pains but I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the positive vibe here. read more

My Fiancé and I tried bad daddy's for lunch, I had the bacon burger and she had the bbq shredded pork nachos, I ordered my burger medium it was brought out well done and my fiancé was not fond of the nachos as the pork was very dry and she found a bone as well. Overall was not as good as we thought it would be based on previous reviews we saw but the service was good and the restaurant had a nice setting to it. read more

One huge positive...you will absolutely be full after eating the burger here. Outside of that; nothing spectacular. I had such high hopes for this place after my girlfriend hyped up one of the locations in Charlotte. The buttermilk bacon that came on the burger was FANTASTIC though! The rest of the burger was nothing special. The fries were also just "ok". My fries may have been better had they been hot when I received my meal. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. We tried their strawberry habañero margarita which I thought was terrible. I'm not a fan of drinking a spicy drink. Some people may like this though. They attempted to make a regular strawberry margarita in place of it, but it was lacking as well. I was told that they used to have a mommas margarita which was better. So in summary there was nothing that was truly terrible, but there was nothing that would rush me to return either. read more

We were trying to decide where to go for a tasty, fat & juicy burger. We decided on Bad Daddy's Burger Bar as a few of our friends had not tried them. It did not disappoint. I got the smokehouse burger and it was amazing. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the patio and having our lunch. Went to Bad Daddy's for a work birthday celebration with a group of 10 and our server did a great job! Everything came out correct and delish. I got the BD All American burger and it was a perfect burger. I also tasted the chicken fingers and they were also really good. My only complaint is that while we were sitting outside, we kept having to swat away flies but that isn't Bad Daddy's fault just an FYI if you choose to sit outside and eat there. I recommend trying Bad Daddy's if you haven't been yet! read more

This was my fourth time to this burger joint . My first experience was amazing and all the visits leading to this one have continued to decline . Our server was sweet and handled everything the best she could . The Dijon on the patty melt was soured and there was a hair in my nephews Philly . I'm hoping the staffing issue was the problem and they bounce back. Our pickle appetizer was the best with no problems . The bathrooms had changing tables convenient to change little ones. We ordered a classic All-American hamburger the handcuff fries and a strawberry banana milkshake. The burger was great. Thick, perfectly cooked. One of the best burgers I've had in a while, perfect. The atmosphere was great The music was awesome. The fries were probably great when they were first cooked, mine were a little old. I sent the milkshake back because it wasnt a milkshake. it was more like flavored milk. They don't use ice cream or fruit and it was really thin, like milk. Hostess on duty was very lethargic most of the servers were good. This place has more potential than three stars but they're not there yet. read more

My husband, a friend and I went to this restaurant on 2/23/22. The server was awesome, a very sweet lady. I wish I'd caught her name so I could put it in this review, because she deserves props. The oil was definitely old, I've worked as a fry cook before and I could tell that oil hadn't been changed after lunch, and maybe not even after dinner the night before. I shared a bistro burger, tots, and sweet potato fries with my friend. We ordered our burger medium well. It was burnt and took forever to chew. I took one bite, chewed for a whole minute, took the bacon off, then took another bite and chewed for another whole minute. The sweet potato fries and the tots would have been okay, if they hadn't been cooked in the same, nasty burnt oil that the pickles had been cooked in. Honestly, I could have forgiven the terrible food if the bill hadn't been $32 for my husband's burger, my sweet potato fries, two drinks, and fried pickles. For $32 I could have gone to Red Robin and had an amazing experience, two burgers, bottomless fries, and an appetizer that wasn't cooked in burnt old oil. read more

I absolutely enjoy this place. I went when I was at the end of my pregnancy last year and have been back several times and it always holds it right. I'm an onion ring snob and I must say, they got themselves a winner with that one. The servers always been so nice when we visit. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I tried this place last night and was truly grateful for the experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the hostess with a smile and pure happiness to seat us. I love that they had an outside area because I'm naturally a cold person. Once we were seated, we had the most amazing waitress (I hate that I couldn't remember her name). She was hilarious with her jokes and ability to make sure we always had what we needed. I ended up ordering a typical beef burger, but my friend ordered the build your own turkey burger. We were passing through for a night on our way from Florida back to STL. We were too tired to go out and find something. Stumbled across Bad Daddy's on DoorDash. I prefer trying something we don't have at home when traveling. Was impressed by the variety and options for burgers so gave it a go. SO glad we did!!! We had the Bad Ass Burger, Sam I Am, Bistro, and Bacon Cheeseburger. Oh, and mozzarella medallions. Everything was so good. We all like a medium rare burger and it can be really hard to get them that way. All of them were a nice pink center and so juicy. Delicious, would definitely order again. We did a carry out order during this COVID 19 pandemic. Went to pickup our order after 15 minutes. Order was hot and ready to go. Unfortunately, as I walking into pickup area, I saw a sign for "to go" margaritas. I HAD to add these to order now. 15 minutes later I got home and opened bag of food. All good was still smokin' hot and ready to eat. They separated any items that might soak into each other ie buns. They brilliantly think of any issues you might encounter during drive home to eat. The all American hamburger was very boring typical hamburger wasn't seasoned well at all. very average ingredients I mean a dime a dozen burger. The large piece of lettuce on top of my burger is the same as what I remember growing up from a cheap diner. The sweet potato fries were soggy and oily nothing special at all. I would not get either again. The veggie burger actually was quite good. Well seasoned tasted meaty far better than the burger. overall unless I want a veggie burger I would not come back. The place isn't cheap either typical burgers are around nine bucks in the area this was closer to 11 and 15 bucks for the works. The website has lots of choices on toppings and everything. I don't like when they want $.25 more for this or 50 cents more for that. I don't like that type of business model just build it into the price it's so high anyway. read more
