I had to update my review. I had originally given them 5 stars, but the last 2 times in a row that I've ordered from them, they've left items off my order. The first time, I received an email from the manager with an apology (that was nice) - but the second time - nothing. I even reached out to them and let them know that I'd received 2 wrong orders in a row - no response. I just don't think I can continue to spend money at a restaurant that 1) can't get the order right and 2) doesn't care enough to apologize. I'm not even asking for a refund - just an acknowledgement that they messed up and they are sorry for their inconvenience. read more

Have been to Bad Daddy's a few times. The Burgers are really yummy and they have a sauce that is amazing. The server on our first visit was super sweet and very attentive. Since that time the servers have only been sub par. They really need to work on that. I always say the better service and bigger smile gets you a much better tip. We are very friendly people and enjoy when we get something back in return. read more

Stopped here for dinner on our way to Chattanooga from Indianapolis. This area has a lot of places to eat but we decided to try this based on the good reviews. We were greeted promptly by the hostess and chose to sit outside. The outdoor area was nice- although you are looking at the lobby for the cycle bar. We arrived just before the $4 beer special ended but they honored it for our whole order. I got the blond and my husband the IPA. Both were pretty basic but good. My husband and son ordered burgers and fries - horseradish Mayo was awesome and I got the small salad (build your own) that was plenty big for dinner. My son finished with a funky monkey milkshake while we had another beer. All the food was presented well, tasted good and had good portion size. A nice way to spend our break before finishing our drive. BTW Abigail was our waitress and she did a great job- we were only her second table on her first night working alone. read more

Server was great, but we were enjoying our time when I ordered another beer from the manager, he said I'll send it in with the waitress. He proceeds to come back with said beer, but then another guy comes out of the back and attempts to take my plate that I haven't finished yet, completely ignoring my guests plate that was empty. He then walks back to the kitchen. I asked the waitress for the check, and see the manager lip "are they leaving"? Wow, way to make people feel comfortable. I have been here several times and have never had a bad experience. The fried pickles are a must. They are slices rather than chips. I have had many different burgers and salads. Both are great and entirely customizable. They have many housemade items including dressings, sauces, cheeses, etc. I always get the house chips with french onion dip as my side. Food is 5 stars BUT Covid over the top wait times and not so friendly people working the check in. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes and it took 40 minutes to be seated. You are not allowed to wait in the restaurant lobby and are told to wait in your car. I guess Covid only exists in the lobby of restaurants? I had anxiety after checking in and did not feel comfortable until after eating and leaving. There are much better choices in Murfreesboro right now that are more welcoming and not psyco Covid restricted. I'm sure there will be a "we follow CDC guidelines" response but you know, just use common sense and don't give people anxiety for Gods sake. The mushroom burger that I had from Bad Daddys last night was one of the saltiest things I have ever eaten- and I love salt. It was borderline inedible. I'm hoping they were just having an off night...or maybe the chef accidentally over salted. I will say that the sweet potato fries were great and my boyfriend enjoyed his burger and truffle fries. Their vegan burger is not bad! I have yet to check on the ingredients 100% though. The vegan bun is the gluten free one. The only side for vegans is gluten free chips (unless cross contamination for fried foods is something you work with). Good service the times we have been! read more

Good burgers, better service. From the host, to the bartender, to the waiters, to the managers, and even the back of house there's a sense of family. All the waiters are really nice, especially to children. They always make sure your order is how you want it even if things aren't the first time. The front of house manager Sean is very helpful in any problems customers have and does he best to resolve it. There's always someone around to help you out and everyone is in a good mood. The burgers there are also very good, they have so many options. A burger place may not seem vegan or vegetarian friendly, but they have options that fit anyones taste. Burger was perfectly seasoned! Just a lot of flavor inside the beef alone and that is a welcoming flavor. The nachos were amazing as well. Only tiny set back was the pork was a tiny bit dry but the cheese sauce covered it up nicely on the nachos. Darn good food! read more

Our order was accurate, the only thing was that we both ordered well done and both burgers had pink; just need to get the cooking levels right. The food was still delicious, hence the 5 stars. My family ate here this passed Saturday and it was a legit great burger. It was like an old school diner burger which is what I prefer so I was quite happy lol. We tried their fried pickle appetizer and they were a little on the salty side but were good. To add, they are not dill pickle chips or spears but more like spear chips (very thinly sliced spears). I ordered a side salad, which their salads are build your own, and I wanted something pretty basic so ordered lettuce, spinach, onion, and cheese with ranch. What I got was spinach and bell peppers with cheese and ranch not the end of the world and I don't blame the waitress, but more the loudness of the music playing so be aware of that.
