My family ate here this passed Saturday and it was a legit great burger. It was like an old school diner burger which is what I prefer so I was quite happy lol. We tried their fried pickle appetizer and they were a little on the salty side but were good. To add, they are not dill pickle chips or spears but more like spear chips (very thinly sliced spears). I ordered a side salad, which their salads are build your own, and I wanted something pretty basic so ordered lettuce, spinach, onion, and cheese with ranch. What I got was spinach and bell peppers with cheese and ranch not the end of the world and I don't blame the waitress, but more the loudness of the music playing so be aware of that. Our meals were good.... even though they came out wrong. Two of the burgers weren't made correctly and since our server (Bill) didn't suggest to take them back and correct them we ended up transferring toppings bacon, onions etc. Three out of Four meals were wrong because a third meal had the wrong side which should have been Sweet potato fries not regular fries. Meals were hot and tasty, especially good are the fried pickles and the chicken tenders. Generous portions. First off we love eating at Bad Daddy Burger Bar, we have been several times and always had a good experience. This time around, not so much. Very disappointing and we probably won't be back. There was a 30 minute wait, which was fine since it was around lunch time on a Sunday. We were seated at the booth by the bar where the restroom is located by. It took some some for our waitress to come say hi and get our drink orders. Once she came by ( 10 minutes later) we ordered our drinks and decided that we can just order our food also. Just to speed up the process and we had a hungry toddler. We waited 30-45 minutes and no food came. We aren't complainers and try to be understanding and patient since everywhere is short handed. But this was ridiculous. The booth next to us had arrived much later after us. Not once did the waitress come to check on us. We can see her at bar. She finally arrived at our table and apologized that the printer or order machine did not go through and our order was not put in. She said she had a couple of other orders doing the same. Asked for our order and said she is going to rush the order and get it out maybe 10 minutes. My thing is, if she knew she's been having problems with the order machine, why didn't she double check or make sure if we the order went through. Why didn't she check on us maybe 15 minutes in or asked if we needed refills, appetizers while waiting. Something: we sat there patiently and politely waiting. No managers came to aplologize for the hour wait on getting our food. She did comp our whole meal but the experience was not the best. Just let us know what's going on with our food instead us keeping us waiting. We still tipped her bc at the end of the day, she served us. read more

I really appreciate Bad Daddy's support of veterans on Veterans' Day and the food I had was very good. I especially enjoyed the BD's special sauce and requested more for my tots. Unfortunately, my server was completely incompetent. After I got my food, I saw him one more time and requested a drink refill and more sauce. I never saw him again. What a great addition to Murfreesboro! Our family decided to meet up and check out the burgers but left loving the fun atmosphere along with the food. Our party of 6 all tried a different burger and each one was fantastic. Fries and tots were yummy but the housemade chips stole the show in terms of side items. Everything we received was very fresh and obviously made with quality ingredients and a great deal of care. My brother tried a shake and said he would definitely order another on his next visit. We tried a couple of appetizers but all agreed we would skip them next time and go straight for the burgers! The banana pudding is the only dessert for a good reason-nothing could be any better! This is more of a "treat yourself" kind of burger place in terms of calories and price point but it's a delicious indulgence! read more

Went back again today for lunch. Last time it was good; this time it was great. We were seated next to the window, enjoyed the scenery. Our waiter, Nick was excellent. He suggested the fired deviled eggs and they were fantastic. My wife and I split the Mozzarella Burger and it was delicious and plenty to share. The bun was soft and melted in our mouth; the burger was cooked to perfection and the Mozzarella was lightly breaded and very tasty. Great food and service. We'd definitely return. That said, I was put off by one thing: When we arrived I went to the restroom and the soap was out in the dispenser. I let one of the employees know, they thanked me, said they'll get it refilled and showed me to hand sanitizer dispenser sitting on a table, which is fine. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but the waiter was terrific and the food was great, so again, no complaints there. All told, we had been there about an hour when I decided to go to the bathroom. To my surprise, still no soap. This might normally seem nit picky but during this whole COVID-19 thing I would hope that keeping the soap in the bathrooms stocked would be higher on the list of priorities once a customer let's you know. Given that they had at least a couple hand sanitizer dispensers at tables they could even just place a spare in they restroom. Outside of that, it was great. read more

Just okay. I have been wanting to try this place for a while and was kinda disappointed. I love a good burger, but this was just ok. A better appearance then taste. I had the bistro burger. Unfortunately, I really couldn't get a good taste of anything on the burger because the sauce just took over. Some salt and pepper would have went a long way on the patty itself. My wife and I decided to have lunch here. My wife had a Peach Margarita, cheesesteak and onion rings. The margarita was perfect, just the right amount of alcohol to mix ratio. The cheesesteak was awesome, the bread was fresh, just the right amount of meat and cheese. The onion rings were delicious, the sauce really added to the flavor. I had the BD American burger with the homemade American cheese, The burger was the perfect size and cooked to my preference. It was very tasty. I had the fries, and they were made with real potatoes and served piping hot. To drink, I had the House IPA it was very tasty and served cold. Service was great, Server was polite, knowledgeable and checked on us frequently. Even the manager stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will be back! read more

Atmosphere: It's got a roadhouse theme going on. Tall ceilings, dark, and rustic industrial. Fitting for the type of restaurant. It was a packed house when we went, so it was super loud. The tall ceilings and hard surfaces only exacerbated this. If you are looking for a quiet place to dine, this is probably not your place. But again, this is what I expected with a burger place like this. So I'm not dinging it for that. I will say that it was smaller than what I expected. The bar takes up a large portion of the dining area, but considering the number of beers on tap, it makes sense (more on that in a bit). Service: This was a new restaurant, so it was very well staffed. Everyone we who we came in contact with was friendly. Our waitress was polite and did a good job with offering her suggestions with what to order. We didn't have to wait a long time for service, drink, or our food. So, no complaints there. Food: The menu has the typical burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc that you would find at nicer burger joints. They do offer some interesting menu options such as bison burgers and some creative drinks. I ordered the Bad Ass Burger with sweet potato fries and a beer. My wife ordered the patty melt, tots, and a Bad Betty. My burger was really good. Juicy, well seasoned, thick patty with good texture. That burger also had buttermilk battered deep fried bacon. It was fantastic (how could it not be?).The only negative I can say about the burger was the juices left a soggy bottom bun and I ended up having to eat half of it with a fork and knife. The sweet potato fries were good. Not the greatest that I've had but they were definitely not bad. They came with a mystery dipping sauce that was really good as well. My wife's patty melt was great as well. The bread was toasted well, patty was nice and thick, and held together well (she ordered it well done). Tots were tots. She enjoyed her drink as well. Fresh, tart, and not overly sweet was how she described it. Value: The prices are high for a burger spot. About $12-$15 for a burger and a side. The portions are large, so that does help. I would say that their most direct competitor is Burger Republic. Their prices are in line with them, but Bad Daddy's portions are bigger. I also think BDB offers some more creative menu options that would steer me to pick them over Burger Republic. In conclusion, this place is good. Give it a try. If they continue to have good service and serve quality food, then they are a welcome addition to Murfreesboro. read more

Visited Bad Daddy's last night with a friend and I am still thinking about the sweet potato fries. I ordered their black bean burger. I'm not a burger fan and usually go with chicken but I felt like changing it up. It was delicious, but man those fries. The people sitting next to us commented on how great our food looked and told us their patty melt was one of the best she had ever had. My friend had the steroid burger and loved it too! We walked out at $30, after tip. We didn't order any drinks but they had several craft cocktails that were reasonably priced ($7-$9 range). I might have to update this review in a few months... but as of now the staff is VERY SLOW so plan on spending a lot of time here. We sat at the bar and it took forever to order our food. Then the appetizer came about 45 minutes later, which is ridiculous. Forget the burgers and then trying to pay afterwards. At one point my water completely ran out and it took me a solid 5 minutes to get someone to refill it for me. I know that this place is new and they probably have to iron out their process but the fact that not one person at the bar checked on us or asked if we needed anything after ordering the food is absurd. Not to mention that we couldn't even get their attention when we wanted to pay. The food is good, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars but if I was rating the customer service alone then they would get 1 star tor sure. read more

Had the all American burger with pepper jack cheese, wife had cheeseburger with straws on top. Started with deep fried hard boiled eggs, yes deep fried, good and spicy, lots of starters, lots of burgers, if you don't see one to your liking, build your own.
