This has to be the biggest 180 I've EVER seen in any restaurant. When we first tried the place, I'd swear the burgers were the best I'd ever had, with the possible exception of the Wagyu burgers at the Kahala on Oahu. The service was world class also. The last THREE times we got food there though, they screwed up a to go order, gave us stone cold food when we came back to fox the order. I think they held onto the returned food to give to the customer it was originally supposed to go to also. We gave them two more tries because they did so good at first. It just kept getting worse. The last time, we ate in and they put enough salt on the all food to make even Five (pounds of salt) Guys look bland and unseasoned. We have been there several times , service is always good as the food. However , the last two times the portions were much smaller and even dry ( philly steak sandwich) I don't know if it's due to Covid but for the price you shouldn't leave this place hungry. In Murfreesboro we have so many great hamburger spots. Busters, jack browns, burger republic, Red Robin...and many more I am leaving off the list. Just received my burger and I have to say, I am disappointed. We ordered through Door Dash. Food got here just fine, however when I went to go eat my burger, it was completely raw inside. Called over, and was told by no less then 3 people that everything would have to go through Door Dash. It was there product that was raw and below standards, and all responsibility was pushed onto someone else. I understand that it was a Saturday night and restaurants get busy, but to think it's alright to serve raw food and then not take responsibility is severely disappointing. Pros: They have black bean burgers which are important in a burger place restaurant and often forgotten about.. They are good, really good, really really good. So, let's talk cheese. Take everything you've ever known about cheese and discard it. Once you have their house-made cheese you will puke when you see kraft singles. (Maybe-ish). They have sweet potato fries, amazing Oreo shakes. If you love black bean burgers, several sauce options you'll love this place. Cons: The house made lemonade I've had 3 times and while it's very good it's a bit to sour for me. (This is just my opinion though) This... to me is a turn off. You have to pay $1 for cheese on your burger. I understand upgrades like avocado, but cheese? It's a staple of burgers and should be included. I'd like to give it a solid 4, but I feel like there's something missing. If I'm paying $6.50 for a side of fries as an appetizer it shouldn't have taken 15 + minutes; fries were well seasoned, but cold and the side order that came out with the entree was cold as well. We went here for the first time and we were already greeted with great customer service. The waitress we had asked if we were new and then went over the menu for us and explained her personal preferences like what she liked. We got to build our own burger and it was so good. I am not sure where these onions are grown but they are on steroids and perfectly fried. Normally, I would never mention a side salad but this one is more than worthy of a mention. Their burgers are delicious and they provide plenty of choices in regards to customizing burgers and salads. The first time we visited the Murfreesboro location it was a great experience. However, this is the second time we are back and there is only one other table that is here. We have waited for over fifteen minutes for our burgers to be brought out, which is typically not a big deal- except we were seated by the kitchen and listened to plenty of employees using curse words and having incredibly inappropriate conversations. There was a clear conversation that was overheard, " how about you make a complaint and tell them you talked to the cunty manager." From the moment we walked in the service was amazing. The hostess saw our toddler wasn't in the best of moods and offered her some Nilla wafers and a coloring page while we wait for our food. Extremely slow staff. Came with a group of 5 friends and My beer took 15 minutes to get to the table the first time. Our server cashed us out and was no where to be seen again, so when we decided to order another round we grabbed a super nice server and he took our order (this was only our second round after 2+ hours of being in the establishment). The manager then came to the table, refused to serve us our second round and blamed his reasoning on (our servers and upper management have been getting in trouble for over serving!!!) Not my problem. I simply wanted a second beer after my food while we hung out and talked. Other servers even stopped our group when leaving to ask what happened and couldn't believe he cut us off.
