She helped us learn the tools we needed for our dogs to be successful. After 8 sessions our dogs are doing great with door manners, a long stay, coming when called and more. She has taught us fun games that allow the dogs to use their noses to find scents, while also tiring them out. AJ listened to our needs, and investigated our surroundings/situation. AJ prioritizes Nala's delicate insecurities. There are not many Trainers (or businesses) that go above and beyond the need to "sincerely help" and yet is still a professional. ie: AJ has accompanied us on numerous Vet visits; suggested Doggie Daycare, plus accompanied us on Nala 1st visit and ensured Nala's transition into socializing with other dogs. I'm giving two stars only to provide them with the benefit of the doubt that maybe their classes are effective, however I wasn't given the chance to see them through. Maybe let your customers know BEFORE they pay (and make it very clear) that if you don't have a minimum of 4-5 clients, then you have the right to cancel at any time. Bad planning and bad communications so I won't be using them for one-on-one training.

After a short 6 day long board-and-train followed by 6 months of weekly one-on-one sessions with Nate, I can confidently say our sweet girl is rid of her demons! lol. She went from a dog that I was scared to be under the same roof with to the sweetest girl that is off-leash trained, safe around children of all ages (under supervision of course), and eats just like any other dog I've ever had (with better manners actually). I am so grateful for his guidance. It took lots of time, dedication, and sacrifice but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I also feel all around more confident around dogs. Once you learn leash basics properly you can do anything!
