The owners personally tended to the needs of my puppy training. We decided on the boot camp for basic obedience.

We are beyond grateful to our trainers Chris & Aaron for the incredible work they've done with our two dog's.

My dogs live for this hotel. I swear they think it's their personal vacation home. They get to go…read moreoutside, run around, play, and of course do their favorite activity of all time--sunbathing like they're retired celebrities. We always request the outside kennel because it's roomy, protected from the weather, and basically their dream suite. They stretch out, roll around, and act like they're on an all‑inclusive resort package. The second I turn onto the road leading to the hotel, all heck breaks loose in the back seat. They're scrambling, whining, trying to launch themselves out of the car like I'm driving them to Disneyland. And when we walk inside? Oh, they don't just enter. They strut. They walk in like they own the deed to the building, nod at the staff like "yes, yes, our usual room please," and then march straight to their kennel as if they're checking into their penthouse. Honestly, I'm just the chauffeur at this point

The exterior looks quaint, but inside, you may as well be taking your dogs to a shelter. The environment was incredibly stressful- dogs were continuously barking from their small kennels down the hallway. The family that was picking up their trio of small dogs actually had to chase and corner one of them because he was so scared and stressed from the sounds. When they retrieved our dog, it took her a solid minute to come down the hallway, despite being able to see me, because she was so confused and scared by the barking. When she arrived, I immediately noticed she had a been bathed, a service we did not ask for. The female owner mentioned "her fur is so soft, did we give her a bath?" and the male owner shot her a look like you wouldn't believe. It was fishy. Our dog had been hacking up a lung this entire time, something that had previously never happened under any circumstance. My concerns (which I would caution any good pet owner about): -Your pet is not getting 1x1 care here. They go in a big yard two times a day and the 1x1 time promised on the website is a greeting through their kennel door while 50 or more dogs are just barking their heads off. -Every dog I saw in this facility looked miserable and scared. Imagine all of those dogs you see in shelter videos- that's what this feels like. -Our dog has not stopped coughing, which means they have a Kennel Cough issue OR they used a choke collar we didn't provide to restrain our dog in a bath we didn't request. If it's the later, we were never informed as to why our dog had gotten so dirty and that she had to be restrained, potentially causing damage to her trachea. -There are no safety protocols for escape out the front door. When you come to pick up your dog, they just "release it" out of the kennel, so if anyone comes in after you, a scared dog could bolt Out the door. They even told me "not to open the door again" after entering because they had already released the dogs. I've seen other reviews of dogs escaping their care and that is unacceptable. Overall, for a large dog, it's $40/day to board them. You get what you pay for- this is a budget kennel service, your dogs are not getting any love or special treatment here- if you care about your dogs, I urge you not to make the same mistake we did.
