I went to there main one (they have everything they need there, so it was a good choice for me) You can tell these guys are very proud of their work! Once the inspection was complete, they told me what was up: any signs of rust, scratches, dings, brake pad conditions, test drive results, etc. They also emailed me a report with pictures. To schedule the appointment, I had to email them with the car VIN and dealership info. They emailed back with car history and market value reports. I actually emailed them 3 separate times, because I couldn't decide on what car to buy. Every time, they responded back within 3 business days. On the day of the appointment, I just had to call at least one hour in advance to confirm the appointment. I'm very relieved to know that the car I'm going to purchase is in very good condition.
