Huge parking lot and few tables inside to sit and eat . Coffee was fresh and tasted good . Pricewise it was ok. We didn't have egg or omlettes but it looked great . Nice and quick service .. we ordered bagels and they were able to quickly give it in few mins zz asked them for extra toasted and it was really toasted well. Other bagel shops around don't toast much . They have multiple cream cheese options . Cream cheese was fresh and tasted good . Overall a good experience. I rarely give a 5 star but this place deserves it. read more

Besides lots of various bagels, they had lots of different sandwich options too. They were named after famous celebrities. The food was ready in a timely matter. I went with an onion bagel with chicken salad ($6?). I was not pleased at all. The chicken salad was dry and contained too many big pieces of chicken. The bagel was way too soft. I am sick and tired of you people screwing up my order. First time was you forgot the bacon in my bacon egg and cheese which I don't understand how you screw that up. second time I ordered you forgot the meat and toast with the pancake platter and the third was you gave me a mess of an egg salad on my bagel in a styrofoam container. I literally had to completely scrape everything off, refrigerate the egg salad because it was hot not cold and then remake the sandwich. I might as well have just made my own breakfast at this point. Then ontop of it, your egg salad was TRASH. It was so runny and gross i couldn't even eat it and it threw it away so I spent all that time trying to fix your screw up for NOTHING. Oh and let's not get started on the sloppy veggie cream cheese bagel with only half of it having. Cream cheese. I'm beyond upset. Your doordash menu is completely screwed up and you refuse to fix it. Big bagels. Very good bagels. They take many coupons so it makes getting a dozen of them affordable. Their bagels have a nice sweetness to them, and you will want at least two for breakfast at the expense of your stomach. They also hold well if you freeze them and put them in a ziplock bag. The whitefish salad was also really good, but shelf life for that is short. That's to be expected though. read more

I got an onion bagel with a little bit of their scallion and veggie cream cheeses, and I was pleasantly surprised. A nice fluffy bagel. Always pleased with the bagels here. I took advantage of the Wednesday deal of a dozen for $6 and got chocolate chip, plain egg, sesame, and everything ( my favourite) bagels. I haven't tried their cream cheeses but I aim to do so in the future. My friends, family & I have always been satisfied with their plain, everything bagels, plain egg, cinnamon raisin, and everything egg bagels for years. Service is fast if you're just ordering a bagel or dozen, but I have been stuck in line when a cook was making a customer a sandwich and there weren't any other staff members visible. Definitely try their bagels if you're coming up Rt 130 and wanna toss a dollar their way. read more

Looks like new owners again. The bagels are okay but I got a Pork roll and cheese sandwich and it was all I could do to find a pork roll. Three skinny slices of pork roll and one slice of cheese. This has been my favorite bagel shop since they opened and I am a regular customer. However, over the last few weeks there is a noticible difference in quality. The size and deliciousness of the bagels has decreased considerably. Not sure why a change, but I may have to start looking for a new bagel spot!! Very sad because the staff is terrific, friendly, and are the reason I went back after 2 times with the new "lesser " bagels, today was strike 3, despite the staff, I may be going elsewhere. read more

I pass this on my morning commute to work. Decided to get a bunch of bagels to bring to work that day. It must've been my lucky day because it was Wednesday and they have Wednesday Special where you can get a dozen bagels for $5.99. There have the typical variety of bagels: Plain, Everything, Egg, Sesame, Blueberry, Whole Wheat. They also had a Strawberry bagel which was kind of hidden in one basket among other bagels. Interesting! I got a dozen, as well as their plain cream cheese and veggie cream cheese. The bagels were big, but I didn't think any of the flavored ones had much flavor. I occasionally would stop for a bagel on the way to work. Today was the last time I will stop here. I got a multigrain bagel w light cream cheese. After starting to eat it at work I noticed something dark on the bottom of the bagel. It turned out to be a cluster of dark hairs stuck to the bagel. Wow! I am happy to post my first review for Bagel 1. This place might be little known online but I have seen hundreds of people grabbing their morning breakfast from here. This place has been my breakfast and lunch spot since almost an year now. I find this place clean, good menu options, friendly staff and value for money! I have visited this establishment a few times over the past few weeks and was always happy with the service and food. Yesterday I went and ordered bacon and cheese on an everything bagel. After ordering, I went to make a cup of coffee. You can see behind the counter from the coffee area. When the gentleman cut my bagel in half, one of the halves fell to the floor. He picked it up and placed it on the counter behind him. I watched to see what he would do. He then went to the other counter where he was making the bacon and put it on bottom part of the bagel. He then reached to the counter behind him and took the half of the bagel that had fallen on the floor and was about to put it back on top of my breakfast sandwich. I said to him, "please tell me you are not putting the half of the bagel that fell on the floor on my sandwich." he proceeded to tell me no and that I was making it up. I clearly saw the bagel hit the floor and I am unsure why he didn't just throw it out since when he picked the half of the bagel up off the floor the garbage was right next to him. Needless to say, I have reported them to the health department. The owners apologized but I don't want to eat at a place where an employee thinks this is acceptable behavior. read more

Let's be clear I've been ordering from this place for a year now because of its convenience and decent food. However they have horrible service. Their menu is wrong and they will argue with you over the phone based on attempting to order food off of their menu. Meanwhile the menu was taken from their store less than a month ago.
