Bought a pound of scallion cream cheese to only receive half. Bought 6 egg everything bagels, got 6 regular everything bagels. Ordered a mini bagel with lox cream cheese and didn't receive the cream cheese I paid for. It's very frustrating that they take the order as a suggestion and not what you actually get. When I checked what happened, the only thing the email said is that my order was cancelled and a full refund had been issued. Prices are fair and the spreads are fresh. Not sure they do too much turnover of the more exotic stuff (whitefish and baked salmon). They do have an option to text your order in but there have been times where it doesn't go through and they don't get my order and I'm stuck waiting. This place is hit or miss with breakfast too. I placed an order online and when I got there I had to wait online to pick up my order that I purposely placed online in order to save myself time! I should have just ordered my food in person it would have been faster. I understand things happen but the fact there was never any transparency and then expect me to pull cash I don't have and get mad at me for it is ridiculous.
