I love bagels and this place serves awesome ones. First, I really appreciate the drive through option. Second, the interior is cozy and has a "friends" cafe kind of vibe. I love the oversized couches and there's plenty of tables. The decor is homey and cozy. You can tell there are many regular locals that come here. The staff and owner were very nice and friendly. The bagels are a good size and remind me of NY bagels. I love the chive cream cheese and I'm happy they have the option to purchase a container of it to go. Excellent service today by Austin! I went inside and they have such a nice ambiance, cozy, clean and I loved the music playing on Sunday morning. Their cheddar bagels are so delicious! My girls love the cinnamon crunch bagels, too. Honestly, every bagel is fresh and delicious, you can't go wrong with your choices. The only reason I returned was to politely accommodate a friend's preference. Nothing has changed about the bagels after nearly 10 years, except for the higher prices. The bagels are disappointingly dough conditioned, prefab and insubstantial. They are a weak testament to authentic, New York style bagels and are just one tick above store bought, bagged bagels. Service has become mediocre and can be a bit on the uncongenial side. The only plus about Bagel Boys Cafe is the café interior itself. When sound levels are favorable, the environment is relaxing and conducive to pleasant conversation. This is the only reason Bagel Boys earned a second star. In terms of product quality and value, Brooklyn Bagel Bakery is, undeniably, far superior. read more

Bagel Boys is a convenient spot to pick up breakfast items. I got a sesame bagel sandwich- can't remember the name of the sandwich but it came with chive cream cheese, cheddar, tomatoes, and onions. Plain bagels are fine Avocado breakfast panini is a breakfast burrito. The egg is extremely hard, I think it's the fake egg mix but it looked like stale Swiss cheese. Dropped by here for a solo excursion, in search of a breakfast place prior to some spiritual healing at North Point Church. It's located off Kimball Bridge Rd, where the Webb Bridge light is. There is a new donut shop that also just opened nearby too so will check that out next time. Bagel Boys is very much the same concept as Einsteins Bagels. I couldn't really distinguish between the two, which isn't really bad thing. I did actually like the lay out more and the atmosphere here. Maybe it was the fire place? It didn't seem like the type of place they push you through and out. You place your order, pay and then grab a table. They call you once it's done (they call you based off your credit card, so when they called Jason, I didn't pay attention). I like that the seating is snug, and they do have an outdoor seating area too. Good atmosphere, wished I had good company with me but guess it's solo for awhile for now. I ordered the bagel in lux. It was pretty average to me. There was a small part of my salmon that was brownish so tore that off. Not overly impressed but it hit the spot. I really liked the coffee and took extra to go. I wouldn't not come back here, and if you're in a bind and want something similar to Einsteins but better atmosphere, then check them out! read more

Good bagel and cream cheese, just don't expect them the slice and toast them for you. They didn't ask me if I want the bagels sliced and toasted so I requested that. Immediately, the cashier told me due to many other orders, it might take awhile (that's an understatement). 15 minutes went by, 2 or 3 customers who came in after me had received their food and left. The cashier said she will check on my order and again, said they have lots of other orders. Another 5 minutes went by and I was getting impatient. The cashier offered me a free bagel so that I'd continue to wait, because there are other orders. I felt insulted because 1. my time is much more precious than ONE FREE BAGEL 2. there was no other customers in the store and workers at the cashier were standing around. 3. I'd like to think my order is just as important as the others. The worst part is they don't really seem apologetic about the incident as if they don't understand why I'm upset. The cashier might have apologized once, but the guy who handed me the food definitely didn't care to apologize. To which, I want to ask the business owner - does it really take 20 minutes to slice and toast 6 bagels regardless of how busy it was? As much as I love supporting local businesses, I will never patronize this place again. read more

This is my favorite bagel place in metro Atlanta. I know some people prefer BB's Bagels but I like Bagel Boys much better. It's just as good as their original location on Old Milton. The bagels are very tasty, and they have a good variety (my personal favorites are everything, sesame, sundried tomato, and pumpernickel). They also have an excellent cream cheese flavor that I rarely see- spinach artichoke. It's rarely pre-made, but you can ask them to make a fresh tub of it on the spot. read more

My first visit was five stars. This last visit (emphasis on last), was terrible ! I put together a go order for the ladies in the office. Had to get the manager involved for side chicken salad. Manager said it was a quarter pound per serving at $2.99 each. That was BS ! It came at a ketchup cup, little plastic cup. I ordered two. First, the pricing was twice what it was in the past. What's Worse, the chicken salad was inedible ! This was not for me but both the ladies put it down and said they could not eat it it was horrible! Well I don't have such a picky pallet. It came with diced tomatoes, eggs, cheese and sausage. It was pretty big and good for fast food. Their bagels are fresh! They seem a but larger than Einstein's for a dime more ea. Bought a 1/2 doz for about $8. The sesame seed and asiago are our favorites. The multi-grain did not seem to have any (grains)...but still tasty. My wife prefers these to Einstein's even though her bagel, egg and cheese sandwich seemed to need more egg to cover the bagel (as I said they are larger). read more
