Shame on you bagel hole! I have been there every single day this week because I moved to Florida and only come back here once a month. Every day this week that I was there, I had an issue with either they made something wrong or gave me less than desirable bagels or even put an everything bagel unwrapped in with sweet bagels and they were left covered with seasoning. I always add a tip even though I think it's ridiculous to tip before you even know what you're going to get, but today I only gave them $.92 to round up to the next dollar since this week has not gone well. This bagel is burnt and most likely inedible. I ordered it uncut and untoasted because I was going to take it home with me and it will be a struggle to make it have any life in it because if I toast it, it will just be terrible since it's already burnt and bitter. Apparently $.92 is not good enough, so I got the crappiest bagel in the bin and there were lots of nice ones. I guess no matter how busy I am, if I want a bagel, I will have to drive out of my way and go to BB's! read more

And for $29.40 for three bagels and a sandwich I am not impressed. I would stop by again to get bagels by the dozen for my co workers but I must say I could have passed on this sandwich today. The Bagel Hole has officially become part of my once-a-month Saturday routine after Pilates! I now understand why this place is always busy. The bagels are made fresh and you can absolutely taste the difference. Service is always super friendly, and it's obvious there are lots of regulars that the staff genuinely know and appreciate, which gives the place such a welcoming neighborhood feel. My wife chose a place we hadn't been to before she selected The Bagel Hole as a date spot for breakfast and I think we hit the jackpot! What an amazing find and delicious local bagel store that just screams quality and excellentnand friendly customer service. Have been craving a good bagel and being from New York it's hard to find good shops around Atlanta. This place is amazing and the bagels are the size of your head. Everything from rosemary salt to jalepeno cheddar. The portion size is 2 meals in itself because of the size of the bagels. The owner was so kind and there's plenty of parking- we wish they opened one in the westside near downtown because we would go every weekend. Perfect recovery for a long weekend. We ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel and an everything bagel with egg salad, both were excellent. Toasted perfectly: crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, easy to eat, and full of flavor. That's how a bagel should be. The owners, Gary and Kathy, are wonderful and truly care about their customers. Good bagel selection. Friendly staff. Surprising for a bagel place they offer breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, bacon) and it's surprisingly good - prob best in the area. Bagels are a bit soft for my taste (I like them slightly more toasted and on a crunchy side), but lox is fresh, tastes good, portions are quite generous, and cheese (reg an jalapeño) is very good. Coffee cake is quite nice as well. Lines on the weekend can be a bit long but worth the wait. read more

Definitely worth the drive. I make a trip from Roswell 2-3 month. The everything bagel is great. Perfect salt balance but not too far. Always put plenty of cream cheese on there too. I like how they cut them in half as well. Price wise, you can't beat them. Period. I recently tried the cinnamon raisin one and holy BLEEP. It's awesome. Now I know why they are sometimes none left. The bagels here are by far the best I have had in Georgia. Its not close to us, but it is worth the drive any day. They also have other freshly baked items and the few I have tried have all been delicious. The owners are very sweet people and the young staff always very welcoming. If you're looking for good coffee, this isn't the spot. When I asked what sizes were available, the cashier told me they normally only give out small cups but would "allow" me a large this time, which I found pretty odd. The drink selection is also very limited (pun intended, since small cups seem to be the norm). It's clear their focus is on the bagels, which are good, but I'd recommend ordering a condiment ahead of time or adding cream cheese, as they're otherwise pretty plain. read more

UPDATE: we didn't even get 3 of our bagels! You people are so rude! We were polite and patient totally not in a rush. When we asked to check the bagels before we left they snapped at us so we left! NOT COMING BACK ANYTIME SOON! we're always loved bagel hole bagels and cream cheese but man do they need to work on their customer service. makes us not want to go back even as long time customer. not the first time this has happened. We went in this morning and were the only ones there and then 1 other lady came in. The workers were just mad but all we wanted to do was order bagels. we weren't even in a rush but the workers didn't seem to care that we were there. When our food was ready we said thank you and the workers said nothing. we had a question about a bagel that was to be wrapped separately (it was in the bag) and the workers just snapped back at us. we were pointed at by the workers "oh them that's theirs" in a rude way. We won't be back Also a couple months ago they served us a VERY undercooked sausage. Obviously there is something wrong with their management and the people working there. Oh my goodness where do I begin ?! I was intrigued by the strawberry bagel so I ordered that lightly toasted with strawberry cream cheese. I am a New Yorker, I've only been in Georgia for 1 years, & this place is spot on when it comes to New York bagels. The cream cheese was so delicious. The bagel was light & airy, soft & chewy. I'm truly impressed with this place. To add to this gem of a bagel shop the staff was super friendly & polite. So many unique bagels with unique flavors of cream cheese selections. This place is the real deal. While I was a little surprised they did not have a lox cream cheese spread. With lettuce, tomato, and a regular cream cheese more than made up for this. When they hand you the bagel. You've actually think you are in a New York deli. Because of the size. I could not finish it and more so it was absolutely delicious. A hidden gem that puts the chain bagel places to shame. The coffee was outstanding. And next time I will actually get some locks to go with it, though I must admit for the first time in a long time I was not able to finish the entire sandwich because of its size. read more

First time here... first thing I noticed is that the stuff is unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Second thing I noticed is how small the shop was with NO seating for customers waiting for food. I ordered two bagels toasted and it took forever. People in front of me were getting their food before us. I know it sounds like I'm complaining but I expected more. The bagels are twice the size of the Brooklyn Bagel Company 's and don't have the subtle sweet flavor of their bagels. The whitefish was savory and delicious and they gave a generous portion. I opted for a rainbow bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese while Justin got a Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel! We also got a cinnamon roll to share. Everything was so good! I was in town for a baseball tournament about 15 minutes away. I passed another bagel shop to get here bc the other shop didn't have garlic bagels. While I was waiting on my bagels the owner was walking around offering samples of the lemon cream cheese he'd just put together which I then had put on a blueberry bagel and when I say it was DIVINE, I MEAN IT WAS DIVINE! I would give this place a 4.5 if I could! The vibes definitely remind me of a New York bagel spot, just friendlier. They even have Taylor Ham!! The bagels are HUGE. They are perfectly chewy and they season both sides, not just the top. The cream cheese is rich and whatever flavor you get, they don't skimp on it. My only complaint - I may not get it toasted by them next time. Or maybe I can ask them to only toast it lightly - if you let the bagels get fully toasted, and they have seasonings (onion, garlic, everything, etc) parts of the seasonings get burnt and that isn't the most pleasant. A bit to heavy and doughy for a bagel. Turkey Sandwich was delicious and filling. Indoor and outdoor dining.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very satisfied! Got the Rachel turkey Reuben on an onion bagel and it was super filling. I ordered the "combo" which includes chips and a drink but didn't touch the chips. The bagel also comes with a small side of yummy pasta salad so you really don't need the combo... unless you're super hungry. Small indoor seating area but lots of outside seating when the weather is nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will return! read more

The location of this spot is hard to get in & out because there's a median in the road. It's a new bagel shop that we haven't tried in our area so we decided to stop by. The place is set up very cute. It's has a small front store area with just a few small 2 person table for dine in. They have more outdoor sitting areas. They open early, and constantly make fresh bagels throughout the day. They serve a lunch menu with different types of stuffed bagels all day long. The bagels don't really taste like what you would think a bagel normally taste like. It was slightly dense, but more like a thick piece of bread. Because it was softer than your typical bagel. You can order a bagel by itself or you choose to do a "build a bagel" and add egg, cheese, and meat for an extra cost. For one stuffed bagel it would generally cost you about $10 on average. In my opinion for just a breakfast sandwich, I think it's pretty pricey. That's why I only gave it three stars. I would much rather have a hamburger for that price. Although the bagel is extra large, and probably one oh the biggest bagel in size I've seen, it's still not worth the price. When you do the build your own you end up paying the same amount as the Specialty bagel so go with the specialty and get extra toppings. You have the choice of getting your bagel toasted which I much prefer. The staff was very friendly. And the service was quick. read more
