Many people in the Orlando area talk nonstop about other bagel shops--but I've never even visited them on my own, because Bagel Bros does it right. An old roommate of mine is from Long Island and told me that THESE bagels are legit. The menu is expansive, including tons of bagel sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, breakfast plates, and more. Traditionally, I've always gotten a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It always hits the spot. Today was the first time I've ever switched it up, and opted for a garlic bagel instead. It was also VERY solid. Service and ambiance has that hometown feel that you can't manufacture. It's genuine. I enjoy bagels. I have passed this location several times. I decided to stop here for a breakfast bagel following an early morning appointment in the area. The customer area is small. There is no seating area, so the location is essentially take-out only. They have an extensive menu that includes elaborate breakfast and lunch bagels. Customers order at the counter. The staff calls out the customer's name when the food is ready for pickup. The service was friendly and efficient. I was greeted when I walked in the door. They have a display case that includes bins with their bagel offerings. Since it was breakfast for me, I chose a blueberry bagel. I requested the bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel was nicely toasted, sliced in half with a generous amount of cream cheese between the two halves. The cream cheese was fluffy and actually had strawberry pieces in it. My only criticism was that the location lacks any seating. This was a drawback since I do not live close by to take heated food home. read more

We have a new, favorite bagel shop in the area, Bagel Bros Café at 1215 Sunrise Plaza Drive in Clermont. They offer traditional NY-style bagels, with a chewy interior and a firm crust. It's a cute shop and the staff were very friendly. They have a large variety of bagels, and they are cooked in small batches. If you see a bin of your favorite type of bagel empty, just ask. They may have some in the oven. I had their "Everything" bagels, double toasted and with cream cheese. I loved that the toppings were on both sides of the bagel. My wife had a plain bagel that literally came straight from the oven to the toaster. They also have bagel sandwiches and pastries. It is a small shop, and it gets busy, so I recommend online-ordering if you're pressed for time. It will be our go-to bagel shop from here on out. read more

These are truly NY style bagels, chewy and moist- they didn't even need to be toasted! The egg everything bagel was my favorite! Went here on a weekend morning. It was poppin, even though there wasn't much of a line wait was a bit longer than preferred. Staff was friendly. Just got egg and cheese on everything bagel. Didn't get it toasted because of the wait. The blend for the everything mix was pretty good, didn't have caraway seed which is always a good thing. Gave this place a try last month and have been back constantly every Sunday since. Very friendly and hardworking staff. Everything is served fresh and made to order. They handle morning rushes amazingly and it's always worth the wait. Today I tried their coffee for the first time and absolutely love it. Good bagels in Florida are hard to find, these aren't the best bagels I ever had, but after 30 years of eating bagels in NY and NJ my standards are high, too high for Florida. But for Florida these are impressive. The bagels were dense and had a good chew. The pork roll in the sandwich was a little on the stingy side, we would've liked a thicker slice or 2 slices when it was this thin.
