Just ate here for the first time. Had a great experience with the food. Had a sun dried bagel with veggie cream cheese which was so full of flavor very delicious. My husband has a sesame bagel with ham egg and cheese and had a pumpernickel with butter. Both delicious. Not sure why the negative reviews we had great experience. Amazing fresh bagels daily! We love coming for breakfast there the bagels have that authentic NY Deli taste and their lox is absolute perfection with their thick cream cheese! We also had an mushroom omelette before which was packed with mushrooms. The location itself is small they do have outside seating and they are busy on the weekends so I recommend coming early to avoid a long wait. read more

I recently visited this establishment and had great expectations but was so disappointed.My husband ordered a ham and cheese on a Kaiser roll and I ordered a everything bagel the bagel was hard and the sandwich had one thin piece of ham and one slice of cheese lots of mayo though .My husband returned the sandwich and was informed by the manager Becky that he would have to wait for a refund at the end of day never have heard of a business having to wait till end of day She didn't apologize but did say they weigh there ham one slice and they charge $7.49 for .So if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go .Absolutely horrible read more

Sandwiches are only decent, and your local grocery store will make a sub with better bread, topping selections, and meat and cheese choices. I've been going here for a while and if all you want is a bagel, it's a good choice. But they're weirdly inflexible at times, too. For instance, when I try to order a platter with eggs and potatoes, they put a cup of cream cheese (which is much less cream cheese than they would normally put on the bagel) in the platter rather than putting it on the bagel, and if you ask, they will straight up refuse. So I don't get anything but a regular bagel anymore The staff is nice and the food is fresh, so if you want a good bagel, you should check it out. read more

Almost every time I come here something is wrong with my order which I don't really understand because I never get anything really complicated. Today I ordered their nova bagel which is just lox and the cream cheese of my choice which I chose garlic and herb. I paid almost $10 for this and got one tiny slice of lox with a massive serving of plain cream cheese. I've gotten this before and the portions were a lot more reasonable but I can't justify paying so much for one slice of lox. I also got a steak and egg bagel for my fiancé and that too had issues. He told me that his sandwich was very soggy/wet and I paid extra for a specialty cream cheese but there isn't any cream cheese on it at all. I have gone here several times because I love their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Today, my daughter ended up getting a pancake breakfast with eggs,hash browns, and sausage and she could not stop talking about how good everything was. The pancakes were huge! We love a fresh bagel joint and this one did not disappoint. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get our food and the staff were friendly. We got 3 different bagels and they were all great! My kids got muffins which were beautiful but a little disappointing taste wise, maybe they would have been better if they were warm. Giving a 5 star because the bagels are always great. But also wanted to share some feedback about the inefficiencies I've noticed as a regular patron. There is an older gal who usually works the bagel line. She does a good job at getting orders turned however relies heavily on the younger cashier and is always ordering her around taking her away from her job as the cashier. It's a bit embarrassing to watch and I think the cashier should be treated with a bit more respect instead of embarrassing her in front of a mass of people waiting for their orders. I realize the bagel line worker has a ton of work on her shoulders but just needs to show more professionalism. Cashier is a sweetheart and honestly the main diffuser when customers are unhappy about the long waits. I believe the whole structure would be so much better if there was 1 bagel line worker, 1 cashier, and 1 "runner". Someone responsible for bagging up the orders, making coffee, helping accept online orders & calling customers when inventory is low and unable to fill items on the online order. They can also communicate between front of house & BOH instead of constantly taking the cashier away from their job. On my day off I decided to buy my family breakfast. After going to pick it up, while serving the bagels I noticed mine didn't have Lox on it just the spread yet I was charged almost $11 so I called and was told to just bring it back. I quickly placed it into any box and brought it back for them to fix. The Karen with the glasses behind the register was extremely rude inspecting the box and accusing me of tampering with the bagel because I didn't put it back in its original wrapper/box. I had to stop her from accusing me of eating the lox and wasting my own time on my day off to drive it back for a few pieces of lox. She wasn't sorry but nasty and I will never be returning and we live 5 minutes away. Not only do they have bad coffee with no milk alternatives but horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want your breakfast ruined poor coffee options and to be accused of something you didn't do by someone who hates their job. read more

We were told there was a 20 minute wait when we walked in, which was fine. Except that it ended up being nearly an hour wait. After being there a while, we discovered other customers had already been there an hour. But everyone who came in was told 20 minutes!
