last time i was there my friend placed an order for a bec there was a hair cooked into the egg so i decided to ask nicely for a new sandwich the lady with black hair decided to interrogate me and ask me to dig the hair of out the sandwich myself to show her i did just that and she told me it was "part of the egg" but it was clearly a hair she did not want to remake the sandwich and made another worker do it for her while she sat and watched him. told the owner the i was lying as well. today my boyfriend ordered doordash from there and both sandwiches were missing ingredients and on the wrong bread also was missing my chips and salad would recommend going to bagel your way instead!! read more

We live two minute away and frequent this store a good amount of times. EVERYTIME there's a small issue such as: attitude from the ladies at front, being rung up for the wrong price (got charged for avocado once - my order was a bagel with cream cheese) the fact when I call in a pick up order and it's sitting ready at the counter- but they tell me I have to wait online of 10+ people. Then end up waiting 15 minutes to get my bagels that sat there? Makes no sense. But we go back because it's a 2 minute drive. However, that ends today when I picked up breakfast for my family spent $18 and got an egg sandwich with a black hair EMBEDDED in the sandwich. Lady with long black hair served us and NO ONE was wearing hair nets. Waste of money. Disgusted and will not be going back. Funny enough there was someone's pink underwear on the floor of customers. Staff ignored it. Weird but not my problem anymore they just lost a family of 5 frequent visitors and will be making sure everyone sees the photo of the hair read more

This was our go to place for egg sammies and bagels for decades, but no more. Ordered a turkey and Muenster cheese sandwich and the cheese literally had mold on it. Wife brought moldy cheese back to show manager. Weak apology, nothing more. She was convinced he saw the mold when making the sandwich because he looked at the cheese twice and put it on the sandwich anyway. Never again. It's Long Island. Plenty of bagel/deli places around. Been coming here for years and I can confidently say each week is a little more of a letdown each time. Consistency is non existent here. I've never paid the same price for the same order, the sandwiches are either great or complete trash. 9/10 times it's the latter. The quality of "flavored" cream cheeses has become more and more diluted. Prices also seem to be higher than other competitor spots. The reason this isn't a one star review is because even with all of these negatives I still continue coming back in hopes of getting a decent sandwich because it SOMETIMES does happen, and because I have to admit that I do think their bagels are better then other local spots. It's apparent that quality is slipping, consistency is an issue, and I'm not the only one noticing. If this place cares about staying in business they might want to start by looking at yelp. read more

Monday through Friday they have some specials, buttered bagel and coffee for $2.65, so I will come in for that on my way to work at 6am, and then I like it so much that I will go back there later for lunch sometimes. Two low grade bacon strips, three scrambled eggs, a slice of generic ham and an undercooked sausage patty. It was over 8 dollars. There is hardly anything on it. Also The cheese is not a good quality. You can get these prices if you didn't make such a bad sandwich. But now I just feel like I've been ripped off. Step your game up. While I was in there they were complaining that the day before someone called in ten egg sandwiches and never picked them up.. now I can see why. This shopping center is Grimy. Bagel Lovers is the typical get it and go bagel joint. I had the Egg Everything Bagel with Bacon Egg & Cheese. Salt, Pepper, Ketchup hot sauce. I got it to go. The Bagel was fantastic. Wifey observed they did the right thing with their everything bagel just enough topping and they even had salt. Most places forget the salt these days. Soft, Chewy outside, not too bready, Nicey-Nice. They forgot the salt, pepper, ketchup Hot Sauce- UGGH! That irks me especially when it's not that crowded. That means the service is sub par and they lose the star. The egg was overcooked; They use the round shaper thing. I'm not a fan of that thing it promotes an over cooked egg. I'd go back for the bagels and not the breakfast (not so) special. They have a good deal for the bagels. Buy a dozen get 6 free. read more

Worst place ever!! The people who take your order take cash with their gloves on and then they get the bagels with the same dirty gloves. When I saw this happening I asked them to change gloves and grab me a new bagel, they got nasty and refused. Said that as per the owner's rules they are not supposed to change gloves after they handle money. When the owner arrived I asked him if that was true. He confirmed that he does not want them to change gloves even after they handle money.ultimately, they did comply and did as I had requested. Unbelievable what poor service they have. I am surprised they have not had inspectors shut them down by now for their dirty practice of handling food. So disgusting If they are like that out in public I wonder how they are like at home. I asked for a egg sandwich and a ham sandwich on a bagel with thin ham and cream cheese instead Im watching him pull out 1 thick slice out of a container and I had to repeat myself then he mumbled underneath his breath and corrected it.....now their system for egg sandwiches is no good because the cheese never melts and it's even worse when they use leftover rolls from the previous day and this is 7 in the morning the rolls should be nice and fresh not still feeling hard and stale...and they have to change there gloves they keep handling money and food at the same time with out taking gloves off....I'm very skeeved out. smh read more

The owner is very unprofessional. I ordered an egg white omelette with spinach and turkey they charged me $17... Thought maybe they messed up and I was hungry so I just paid it. Went back a second time ordered the same thing and charged me $17 again. The owner preceded to tell me that they charge 2.00 for ONE slice of turkey... What doesn't make sense is if you ordered a turkey sandwich (which would have multiple slices) It would only be around 7 bucks... The store is a little run down, but the food was decent. The bagels were not the best my husband and I had, however the way the sandwich was made was excellent. The young woman who made our sandwiches really knew what she was doing. The eggs were not slippery like in most bagel stores and the flavor was amazing. Has to be the worst bagel that I've ever had. Took one bite and trashed it. Had an Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Bagel was bland...no taste at all. The veggie cream cheese has a funky taste. Even my husband who has an iron stomach couldn't eat it! Should have went with my gut when I saw 2 plastic strawberries sitting on top of their strawberry cream cheese or the raisin walnut cream cheese that was so dry it literally had cracks in it. Used to love it here. Rude management, and the last few times we ordered, our orders were somehow wrong. Not sure how my mom hasn't went back and made a scene yet after how badly they screw up the food. Example: when she ordered scrambled eggs, the cook fried them, so the manager told him they were supposed to be scrambled, and so he literally chopped up the eggs and said "there.
