Bacon and egg on a garlic bagel
    Steph Q.

Had to run to Stop & Shop on the go one morning but my husband and I were craving a morning bagel and our usual spot is in the opposite direction of where we were headed for the day. We decided to give Best Bagels Around a try and came in right before the rush of people started piling up. We were quickly greeted and our order was prepared and brought out to us in a timely manner. Service was definitely efficient as they navigated through the morning stream of customers walking in and picking up called-in orders. My husband and I both got egg sandwiches (mine with bacon and his with sausage). Bagels were soft and super fresh. Sandwiches were nice and warm. Positive experience overall.

The bagels here are really good - soft on the inside, fresh, and not chewy. The jalapeño cheddar cream cheese is my favorite!

Thank you to whatever development planner decided to add this to the sunshine plaza (Insert glory hands)! This plaza was lacking just that a deli. I'm so glad to see this place open up. Inside is quaint. They offer bagels, all day breakfast and lunch options. I don't care too much for the small size of the ordering counter. Once you order you have to stand on the wall and there isn't much waiting space. This place gets very crowded in the morning and the line extends back to the seating area. I love that they offer a seating area! That's the problem I have with most delis on Long Island. Sometimes it's nice to just sit inside and enjoy the moment instead of getting your food and rushing home. I feel a lotta shops on LI neglect this unlike NYC patrons who have this convenience. The workers here are all very nice and attentive. I was a bit taken aback when the woman asked how I wanted the sandwich made and the type of roll I wanted. Most delis you order a SEC and they give u whatever the heck they please. And now to the best part the FOOD! Delicious! The quality of their breads are fantastic. I also tried some of my boyfriend's bagel and it was so soft and tasty! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This is the "egg white" sandwich you'll receive on a Sunday morning as your order at Best Bagels Around in Medford. Their bagels are good, best around? No. Only around? Yes. Go for a bagel, skip the squared off eggs and grayish bacon sandwich.

These people make one of the best egg sandwiches I've had everytime I can try on them for well cooked eggs, usually making my bacon crispy, sometimes they could do a little better on that. The food is always ready within the time frame they give me when I call in. Always high quality satisfying sandwich, they are masters of breakfast.

Awesome !!! Great food & great prices... The omelet with spinach & feta was great along with the hard roll & egg sandwich which my dad loved... We got 2 small potatoes but only needed one bc the small was big which we should of known better being we are on Long Island but talk about flavor awesome... We will definitely go again & again... Great people as well...

Very good. Great variety. Good price. Cute location. Would recommend. I had the everything bagel and it was just what I needed.

This is by far the best presentation of bacon and eggs that I've ever gotten from a bagel place.

The first time I stopped by this place was the day after they opened, and it instantly became my go-to place for breakfast food in the area. I sometimes go there early in the morning after my workouts at Planet Fitness, and I have always been very satisfied with the food and the customer service. While I can't comment on the crowds during their busy hours, there has never been a line when I've gone. There are a good number of clean tables to choose from if you decide to eat in, and they offer a wide range of menu options, including some breakfast specials. I always order bacon and eggs, but the other options behind the glass look delicious as well. Across my visits, I've met a few of the workers (including the owner, I believe), and they have all been very pleasant and personable. One thing I greatly appreciate is the fact that there is no "$10 minimum" requirement for credit card use. That tends to be a very rare thing in the world of bagel places. I always look forward to my visits here, and I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

Toasted everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. The other half is already gone since I couldn't wait to eat it!

The longish sort of line seemed promising, but the hold up wasn't because everyone needed a bagel from here, it was only because of a discrepancy of some sort. The staff was hustling, and eggs were being flipped right behind the counter and everything looked like it was kept clean. The service is a bit subpar. I was skipped over, which seemed to be an honest mistake so I didn't fuss. More pissed at the dude that speak up to say I was next. I guess chivalry is dying. The bagel itself was also subpar. I ordered an everything flagel with olive cream cheese. It wasn't bad by any means it just wasn't anything special. The star of the show was the cream cheese. Wasn't too olivey and you can tell it was pretty fresh. Nothing was labeled so I couldn't tell you what other cream cheeses they had. The menu was digital and was hung on the wall behind the counter. It didn't have much besides the list of bagels and before I could try to read more it would flash off. This place is fine in a pinch, but I'm not running back any time soon.

Awesome, Amazing, Ourstanding!! Where do I begin??? I have so much to write about this incredible…read morestore!! To start, I found The Turkish Pistachio on Yelp searching for a store that sells baklava! Its maybe a 15 minute drive at most from my home so I headed there after an appointment I had today! I walked in and was struck by their huge variation and selection of products. The refrigerators and freezers in the back carry ready made meals and items you would need to make your own! I saw everything except the baklava so I went to the counter to ask for help and was immediately greeted by the friendliest guy with the nicest smile named Art! The baklava was sitting right on the counter but it was pistachio baklava, not the type made with walnuts that I wanted! Art searched in the back for me and in the frozen section but no walnut baklava, only pistachio! A new shipment wasn't due to be delivered until Thursday, so being a wonderful employee, Art offered me samples of the chocolate covered nuts and raisins that were displayed in the front of the store. I tasted them all and all were so good but the milk chocolate covered almonds were the winner for me! After paying for my almonds, Art took out a little spray bottle he had near the register called Turistik (it has a very fresh lemony scent). Apparently there's a Turkish custom that you shake hands after any transaction and then you spray your hands after with this product to cleanse them. This is absolutely true, I googled it! I may not have found my baklava today but instead I discovered a real gem of a store, learned a Turkish custom, left with a pound of chocolate covered almonds, a bottle of Turistik and I made a new friend named Art. It was a win win for me in every way!
