But just fyi to the people who leave these bad reviews: 1. The price is high because that's what you pay for. Unless you want to raise the pig for your ham and cheese yourself, please respect the fact that prices are rising everywhere. 2. The portion size has been criticized many times. Some say too much, some say too little. But many don't realize that it is quite simple to ask for light/heavy contents of the sandwich. The staff have a button for that, and depending on one of those, the price may change. 3. The staff being rude isn't right, and I don't say this to say it is. But many times they are very overwhelmed. Yes, the phone not being answered is on purpose. If they have a line out the door, they cannot prioritize orders of people who aren't there. Not to mention there are less than pleasant costumers that show up, and if you are rude to them, they have the right to retort. An overworked young woman, scraping by on minimum wage, isn't going to worship the ground you walk on when you're actively yelling at her for something she can't control. The employees don't control the prices, they just work there. Remember to just be kind to the people who handle your food.

Why was it waiting on the sandwich for the bacon? Shouldn't THAT be made freshly too? What kind of a business makes bacon at the time the order is placed ?? NONE or one that is not run by someone who clearly does not know how to treat customers so they want to Return !! People and economies are chaotic. I would like to see if Ramtown artists have any pieces of art they can contribute to the walls of the Bagel Joint.
