I was extremely disappointed with my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich from Bagelicious. For the prices being charged, customers should expect quality and reasonable portions, but that was not my experience at all. The sandwich appeared to have only a single strip of bacon broken into several tiny pieces. There was so little bacon that it was barely noticeable. The cheese was even more disappointing, it looked like only a small corner of a slice had been added. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was difficult to find. The eggs were bland and lacked any real flavor, making the entire sandwich underwhelming from start to finish. What makes this even more frustrating is the cost. If you're going to charge premium prices, then the product should reflect that. Customers should not feel shortchanged when they open their food. There is a difference between managing costs and skimping on ingredients. When people pay hard-earned money for a breakfast sandwich, they expect a fair amount of bacon, a full slice of cheese, and ingredients that are prepared with care. The overall impression was that corners were being cut while prices remained high. A bacon, egg, and cheese is a simple classic, but it still requires quality ingredients and reasonable portions to be worth the money. Unfortunately, this sandwich missed the mark on both flavor and value. Im just going to leave this here you well out of my 21 years living I've never felt the urge to leave a review I went in the other day all the ladies behind the counter we're talking about cheating on their boyfriends followed by a whole bunch of high school nonsense. I waited there for 20 minutes, looked at my Life360 to double check then upon receiving my items, I was very rudely treated I Only got one egg sandwich and two cream cheese, and my bagels are sitting behind the counter the whole time while the owner and a couple other ladies were making jokes and being very unprofessional, then when I asked about it, they gave me an attitude the blonde dude started speaking Turkish to some girl then they took my cream cheese bagel and threw it inside of the microwave for 10 seconds.. OMMFG...what a dumpster fire this place is. Stopped in at 7am this morning, 11/7, for breakfast. Ordered one fried egg on a roll SPK, and two Italian Jelly Cookies. I even pointed directly to which cookies I was asking for. They made me TWO SCRAMBLED EGGS on a roll that had half a gallon of ketchup on it, and put two giant wrapped sprinkle cookies in the bag. These cookies were on top of the counter, and nowhere near the Italian Jelly Cookies I specifically requested and pointed to - the jelly cookies were in the pastry case underneath the counter. I kept having to repeat myself that I wanted the jelly cookies. They had no clue what I was talking about. How the f do you sell something, and not even know the name of it? In addition, there was a man standing next to me who was obviously going through a difficult time, so as I was paying for my incorrect order, I told the cashier I wanted to pay for the man's breakfast. SHE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS I WAS SAYING TO HER! She kept looking at me like I had three heads. I had to repeat myself THREE TIMES, and finally said forget it. I was actually heading for a store next to this Bagel Shop. Maybe an egg sandwich, and the store is empty with at least four women and a man behind the counter. So I order an egg sandwich and then decide to get a sandwich for lunch. While waiting, all four women took turns asking if we had been helped. I guess then for good measure the man asked. So waiting waiting waiting. About 29 minutes for an egg sandwich and a panini. Still no one else in the store. The one of the women lifts the plate on the panini maker to take phone calls. Unbelievable. Next, breakfast sandwich comes with juice, but if you don't ask you don't get it. Also panini comes with a choice of potato salad, macaroni salad, or coleslaw. Again, don't ask you don't get. Two stars? Well one of the TV's playing was Turkish TV broadcasting about the very recent earthquake there. Unfortunately not in English, but I guess a public service. I never write reviews. This is the fourth time I've come into this store. Everytime I've come in there's been issues with my orders. It's one thing to make a mistake and apologize for it during a busy hours of the morning. I can understand that. However, if you're going to charge $40 for two egg sandwiches and a corn muffin it better be correct the first time. Not only was my order incorrect, but by the time they fixed it, and I was waiting there by the counter the deli clerk that took my order didn't even have the audacity to let the clerk running the register know my order was fixed! Let's begin with the food: the bagel was tragically dry, like it had been left out during a sandstorm. I asked for it toasted--they warmed it just enough to disappoint me. The cream cheese? A sad smear that looked like it lost the will to live halfway through being spread. But the real highlight was the associate behind the counter. I'm not sure if I walked into a café or interrupted someone's personal existential crisis. I said, "Good morning," and was met with a sigh so deep I felt like I owed them therapy. I asked for an iced coffee and got a cup of bitter regret--both in taste and tone. When I politely mentioned that my order was wrong, the associate blinked slowly, said "whatever," and wandered off like a ghost of customer service past. I watched them argue with the espresso machine for five minutes, and I'm still not sure who won. In short: The bagel was bad. The coffee was worse. if you order delivery your food will not be good. Your bread will be burnt even if you say lightly toasted and they flip it on the lightest side knowing the other side is burnt to a black complexion.. Everytime I order they do the same thing with my toast or bagel instead of just making it over. Then when you call to complain they don't want you to speak to the manager they say they will refund you next time and then next time they act like they have a loss of memory.. It's only right you prepare customers food order properly because the prices are not cheap!! This is one of my favorite bagel places! I love getting a fresh egg everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese! They are also great for egg sandwiches, and if you go in before 9 (maybe 10?) you get a free coffee, tea, or orange juice! The staff is very nice and friendly as well. Also, if you buy 12 bagels you get two free and if you order six you get on free! The only reason that I am giving it four and not five stars is because they often have a long line and run out of some types of bagels due to high volume of customers. read more

We get home and open our wrapped bagels and find two disgusting bagels that were like cardboard and tough, not edible plus we paid for lox AND cream cheese and got some gross lox spread. They've large selection of food. Their staff is very fast and friendly even when they're busy. I have been coming to bagelicious for years as I used to live just up the block, and finally stopped in for a bagel when I was craving a good one! The store is always packed and they have a pretty massive selection of bagels and cream cheeses. I went with my standard everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and it was very good. Not spicy enough for me, but still had good flavor. I also had an order of home fries which could have also used more spice (they used to be quite hot!) but very good nonetheless. The first time I ordered from here was at work. We ordered several breakfast sandwiches for delivery. When I first tried to call and ask if they deliver.. the phone just rang.. and rang.. then someone actually picks up and just says hello!?? The lady over the phone was very nice and they were very accommodating with letting us use like 6 different credit cards over the phone. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. The eggs were okay and the rolls were fresh and soft, no complaints other than the bacon .. not crispy not that good... So the second time we ordered from here, I get a nasty guy taking the order, first I start off and say i'm ordering several sandwiches for delivery can i use separate credit cards? He says back yeah i guess so, haven't you ever heard of venmo!?!? I ignore him and gave the order. His overall attitude was just horrible and obnoxious. At the end I say how long? and he laughs and says 45 mins. The sandwiches this time we're not as good as the first time.. the eggs tasted weird and the bagel was a weird doughy consistency, I only ordered a roll last time.
