I know you ladies heard a customer enter the business because a bell rings when the door opens and I was passed at the counter several times. I waited approximately 5- 10 minutes before walking out. Might be time to invest in friendlier, quicker paced staff with more customer service experience! It's never too late to turn a business around but the quality staff and the inefficient work flow needs to be reevaluated and corrected fast! I will not return to this business and do not recommend this place to anyone. I took my business to another bagel place where I was greeted, smiled at, served and checked out in under two minutes!

It was -- because it got worse. 3 people working on a Saturday morning in the most inefficient way possible. No one person is on grill, and the grill is 20 feet from the bagels. So each staffer is also a grill person. Awful process. While 3 people are by the grill (i kid you not) no one is help customers. The staff is slow. Like walking slow. No efficiency. No smiles. Plus, the lady before me got the wrong order twice because the staffer refused to write anything down. Oh, and I don't even get anything on the grill. Two (2) plain bagels, lightly buttered, not toasted: $8.20. $8.20? Stay the hell away. Never again for me.
