These guys have it together. I stop by twice a week to treat my employees to fresh bagels with sides of various custom cream cheese varieties and butter. The combo is a good deal. I take advantage of Perka APP. That saves me $5 every couple of weeks. The food is top shelf and the staff is very friendly and service is quick. As a former owner of a coffee shop up north, I appreciate all the effort you and your staff put into your work. after two weeks it still bothers me, how this owner speaks to customers. I spoke to 14 other deli's in the spring hill area and asked, do they charge to put butter, or any spread on a sandwich that anyone would ordered. Every owner stated they never heard of such a thing in there life. So I guess i was not losing my mind. For this owner that kept mouthing off to a customer like that was so non professional and should not be in business. I warn all bagel and beyond customers, check your bill from this bizarre establishment.. He charges 98 cents to add butter on your egg sandwich. that's correct, 98 cents. that is like going to a deli ordering a ham and swish hero with mustard and the deli charging you to put mustard on your hero. that is what bagels and beyond does. He charges extra for everything. another thing the tip cup by the register? he don't give it to his workers, he takes all the tips at the end of the day. what a horrible man who should not own a establishment. What gets me is he kept saying go to McDonald's. He wishes he owned a McDonald's franchise. he also states McDonald's only gives you 1 egg. If the loser at bagel and beyond wants to get technical, I can order 4 sandwiches for the price he charges for 1. that means I get get 4 eggs at Mcdonalds. This place has a great location and essentially no competition, that's basically the reason that I continue to get a passing sandwich from them. Their bagels are good and the prices are fair for them but the rest of the menu is really lacking. The sandwiches are far from overstuffed and the prices are high. Yes they use Boar's Head meat but I can get that easily on a Publix Sub and that's cheaper plus it has at least double the meat. If you are looking for a bagel then this is still my go-to place but the sandwiches are a rip off. Plus the staff is always standing around and it takes FOREVER for an order. read more

I went here this morning with a group of five, and everyone was raving about how delicious their sandwich was. This is a great place to have breakfast or lunch. The Bagels and rolls are all made fresh there daily. They also have a deli case, so that you can purchase Boar's Head meats and cheeses to take home. Love bagels and beyond! I go there a couple times a week. My favorite is the egg everything with cream cheese. Another favorite is their sesame bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. On several occasions we have called ahead and placed an order of a dozen or so bagels and when we get there they are fresh and ready to be picked up. The godfather sandwich is delicious- ask to add pepperoni is delicious. The pistachio muffins are out of this world! I recommend bagels and beyond to everyone. Ok. When I walked in NO ONE greeted me. It doesn't take much to say Hi or Welcome. The Assistant manager was gabbing away at a customer. He even looked at me NO can I help you. Nothing. I waited patiently while he continued to gab. After the customer walked away I walked up to him and said I'm here for a pick up. Oh he said. WTH??? Bagels were not very good and the guy flipping the eggs was beading up on the forehead. Where is the GM??? The owner? The need a class in customer service. A nice Hello when you walk in would be nice, that would knowledge that they see you. I have read the other reviews, but I guess they dont take these comments seriously. What a shame. If you are eating any other bagel you are wasting calories on junk. This is the real deal. Best bagels anywhere you've ever been. Let them toast your pistachio muffin and put on the butter. To die for. I used to wake up my husband at 6am when I was pregnant and ask him to go get me a sausage, egg & cheese on an everything bagel almost daily. I still love it. I love eating here. We love the bagels and the sandwiches, and the pistachio muffins are delish. We have even had breakfast here and gone back again for lunch. Get your bagel or bialy grilled, its better!! Good quality ingredients and very tasty. We go back as often as we can but we don't live close, about 20-25 mins from our home. read more

I was there Sun. 4/30/18, was delicious and good service for take out . Cashier knew what she was doing and how it was served . Went again for the same items togo asked for extra bacon did not get. The onion barely covered the bagel and cream cheese was like one little smear that didn't cover the bagel it was pathetic !! Called to report it to the manager or the owner was left on hold, had a different cashier today seem like she was a little new. Will not go back because I have seen previous reviews and obviously the bad reviews didn't help change it !! Food service industry needs to be consistent !! read more

This is a great place at times. The food is good but the wait at times is horrible. Kitchen is so unorganized. Girl behind the register seems to be in outer space. As a native New Yorker, I can honestly say these are NOT New York bagels by any stretch of the imagination. The staff is not very friendly either. After paying almost $17.00 for 2 sandwiches, and waiting an awfully long time for them considering the store was empty, I come home to find ingredients I did not order, grey borders on the lox and runny cream cheese. No capers either, which were specified when the order was placed. I ask all of you, who puts tomatoes on a lox and cream cheese sandwich??!!! I will never go back. At first my family and I loved going out of our way to go to this place until one day my husband found hair in his ham egg and melted cheese sandwich.... He tried to quietly let the people know so they could correct this without other customers seeing or getting grossed out. The OWNER said to the cook put a fresh bun on it and they tried to put the melted food (that was found with hair on original sandwich) on a fresh bun. Now my husband is grossed out at this point and asks that he just be refunded his money for his sandwich, and my son and I were sitting down to eat the OWNER threw the sandwich across the back counter and got very pissed at my husband so then my husband said... "You know what I'll just take a full refund of our order and leave, that was uncalled for" the owner said "nope you can't ale your other food to go" and threw the money for my husbands food on the counter. Now my husband and him shared a few not so nice words because he wouldn't just give us a refund for that awful display of customer service, even I tried to speak politely with the owner and he refused to refund our money...... This just goes to show the lack of cleanliness and their disregard for customer appreciation. We will never go to this place again and advise others to steer clear.....they keep all of their containers cups, plates, napkins etc in the PUBLIC RESTROOM ITS DISGUSTING. read more
