I paid for my husband and I and 4 sandwiches later they finally finished my husband's sub. The tables are never clean it just seems to keep going downhill. I never give a 5 star review. It's very difficult to leave above a 4.5 on anything but the service Jamal and Tammy and the other crew on was absolutely above and beyond. Their welcoming, energetic, professional attitudes were unbeatable. They gave A1 service from every step of the service. From walking through the door to making the sandwiches I give the entire experience a 11/10. Best jersey mikes I've ever had in my life by far. Nobody in line when I arrive. I order my hot sandwich first since it takes the longest. Then my cold sandwich. They proceed to make my cold sandwich at the same time as multiple online order sandwiches. After all of those were done, they finally started my hot sandwich. 15 minutes later they hand me my hot sandwich and lost my cold sandwich. They remake my cold sandwich on the wrong bread even though I told them the correct bread before the re make. All they did was say sorry. Didn't offer anything. Let me start off by saying how exceptional service was. I wish I knew the young lady's name but it was on a Sunday afternoon 1/12/2020 that we ate at this location at 11:45 am (The receipt name showed Jenna, but that might of been the other young lady who range us up). Unfortunately we did not ask her name nor did we see a name tag. She was very accommodating to Jessica's needs for a Gluten free option. The bad news was they did not receive their bowls in to make salads. She apologized dearly and gave us a quick and clever solution on how she could use a to go box lined with wax paper, keeping the meats and salad ingredients clean sanitary. She asked if that was acceptable and we thanked her for this option and creativity, since Jess could not eat bread. Not only did she change her gloves to clean the meat slicer, she changed them once again to cut and prepare the meal avoiding any chance of cross contamination. I ordered a mini # 5 and topped it off with a combo meal option. The bread was warm and softly delicious. The meat, for a mini was stacked high and tasted fresh, the toppings were done Mike's Way (lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano, oil and vinegar, I added banana peppers) Delicious from start to finish. We choose Jersey Mike's Sub because of the Service and Quality of their subs. Every location we have been to, the staff is very accommodating, professional, gluten-free aware, and always happy to serve us. Even when there is a line 6 people deep, as it was on Sunday, they took their time to do the right thing without skipping a beat. Kudos to the Staff and this Establishment. read more

This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's Sub shop. I really liked the ambiance which made you feel like you were at the beach in Jersey. I was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in the door. What impressed me the most about the sub shop was that they fresh cut your meat and cheese to order. They call it the North East way. I ordered the #13, Original Italian. I was advised this is one of the top sellers and now I know why. The sandwich included provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. This sandwich had so much meat I couldn't believe it LOL. I ordered it Mike's Way, with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices, then I added banana peppers and black pepper. I had it on white bread. This was one of the best subs I've tasted in a very very long time. All of the ingredients were fresh, from the meat to the cheese and the veggies. I saw a few bad reviews on Yelp. This spot has only been open a few months. I hope folks will give it another chance. It usually takes a new place a little while to get it all together. I'm excited to have this new sub shop near my house and I look forward to going back. And they serve Pepsi....woo hoo! The staff was super friendly and helpful to this newbie. So for starters, the team at this location is probably one of the best group of people working for this company. Jersey Mike's decided to do an insane promo with DoorDash where you got $25 off an order of $12 or more. This was advertised well in advance and was supposed to be a 2 day event starting at 5pm each day. I'm sure they will never do this again. I placed an order through door dash for pickup and it said my order would be ready in 45 min. A bit long but I figured not bad at all and I didn't get to the restaurant until the time my food was supposed to be ready. When I got there, I looked on the table with more than 20 bags of food and did not see my order. The team at this location was overwhelmed because other Jersey Mike's in the area decided to close their stores to door dash causing all orders to go to this location. That didn't stop them though, they continued working hard as a team and showed very little frustration. The team at this store should receive some type of bonus for what they endured yesterday. When the staff handed me my sub, I stood there waiting to pay. I told them I needed to pay for my food, which seemed to confuse them. So I patiently stood there and one of them came to the register. I said I would also like a drink, and the girl at the register was very rude. I've never seen anyone act that way when a customer is offering to pay...I could have walked out of there with a free sandwich. Other than that, the food was good. We were once regulars here, we really liked the place for all of the right reasons, but recently it seems something bad happened to the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our last few visits were in November, I was not happy with the service, and things looked a little dirty. While driving Uber I came to pick up an order, they said they were making it so I waited. While waiting another customer came in. I watched two employees stop making the food I'm waiting on and served and cashed him out all while I'm still waiting. Uber customers pay more for the food, they want to fresh and hot, and they have to wait for it to be delivered. So why is Uber orders pushed to side and Uber drivers have to wait longer which cost them money as well and has other orders to deliver, to wait for other customers to be served before them coming in first. Uber drivers be aware they will make you wait and cost you money to wait and tell their staff to make Uber orders wait. Not where to make money from. read more

That price isn't too different from NYC, for A minute I thought I was in Manhattan......anyways I pay and head home. Once I get home and fully wash my hands and all that good stuff.......I digg inn, the sub was pretty G00D!!! Everything tasted fresh & satisfying. I've never had a bad sub from this place. Great service and friendly staff. The area to order and pay was a bit tight though. They have 3 sizes to choose from- mini, regular or giant.
