LETTUCE IS INFECTED WITH LIVE & DEAD PARASITES!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING !!! They don't clean or inspect their lettuce before selling . Only leaving 1 star because I can not leave 0 !! I typically go here for breakfast, never had a problem up until today. I purchased a BLT (no tomatoes) on a roll then left. When I left I ate half of a half cut then I noticed something black on my lettuce that was hanging off the roll. My vision is not perfect but i immediately thought it was a bug so I pulled my phone out to zoom and it was ! I came across 2 dead bugs and a live parasite before freaking out and shaking. I CANT BELIEVE I BIT INTO IT !!!!! I drove back to the store to speak to a manager and I was told he's on break and he'll be off in 20 minutes. So I asked for a refund in the meantime and I'll come back. I also explained and showed them a video of the parasites and told them to throw it out and don't sell the lettuce. I was told that they was gonna check it (smh) & everyone went back to work like nothing happened. I returned maybe 45-1 hr later and was told he wasn't in, he's on vacation and will be back Tuesday 10/22/24. Today is the 17th. I also noticed they STILL HAD LETTUCE THERE !!!!! As I write this, I am eating my sliced lox, onion and cream cheese on a pumpernickel bagel and it is delicious! I get one from there once a week, sometimes more. They make the best sliced lox bagel sandwich in the area. Many bagel places will slice the lox too thick. Unlimited Bagels slices it nice and thin. If you know lox you will know that this makes a big difference. The bagels are always good. Not like a round roll with a hole. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Mike read more

I was disappointed one morning when i walked in after placing my order over the phone to pick up . I get to the deli and only two customers were in line and one was leaving with his order the other places his order for a ice coffee and was leaving. I was just looked at and ignored by all employees there. My order was being made so it was ok I didn't want to bother anyone so I didn't say anything. As I stood in front of the tables by the cash register not one person acknowledged that I was there just looked at me and turned away. One person walked in after 5 mins and they take their order and 5 more people walk in after and were asked to be helped. I was going to just leave without my food but I am not used to being rude no matter what so I waited. My sandwiches were done and just put on the counter looked at yet another time and the other people were being asked if they needed help. After 10 mins of being there and still waiting I finally said excuse me and explained that I was there before anyone else that was there and was not asked to be helped. I got an attitude from an older gentleman behind the counter and was told they were here before me and that I looked like someone else and that they were there first and continued to charge people and try and take orders. I told him the two people that were before me had already left and that I was the only person in the store before new customers came in. He continued to give his attitude and said something to another employee but was mumbled so I couldn't hear what he said. I politely paid for my food and even said thank you but I would never go back again. Nice and fluffy but firm. I removed one star because I think they could use a little sprucing up. It would be nice if they had mini bagels. Maybe they do and I've just never seen them. Bagels are fluffy and fresh. They also have French Toast bagels and strawberry cream cheese. There's a closer bagel store to my house that doesn't carry these items, so we usually make the trip to Bagels Unlimited instead. My husband loves that they carry those 99 cent Arnold Palmer iced teas. He also often gets the coffee at the bagel store, even if I've made it at home because he says it "tastes better". smh. They take credit cards over $5. I agree with some of the other reviews...service could be a bit more friendly. read more

This place is one of the better bagel places in the area. I've never had a problem with my order there. I always get a bacon and egg sandwich and its always so good. Never any complaints. The only thing is that it gets VERY busy sometimes and there can be a line on the mornings in the weekend. This was one of the first places I went after everything started opening again and I felt very safe in there, the staff was clean, the tables were clean, hand sanitizer out that was good quality. There are a lot of obvious regulars who come here everyday to hangout and drink coffee. The staff here is not the most friendliest, but the move the line along quick which is much appreciated. Let's face it - most of us are in a rush in the morning and don't have time to bullsh** with the cashier. The bagels are the real deal here. Always fresh, super big and doughy. I can't vouch for their breakfast sandwiches since I'm basic AF and usually just get butter on my toasted bagel. I especially love their chicken salad and cold cuts. They have good iced and regular coffee too. Local standard weekend bagel spot. Everything has always been fresh and spot on. They have a nice selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads. They also make an awesome egg sandwich of all varieties. Prices are competitive with other neighborhood bagels joints. The have a deli section and also offer hot sandwiches which I have never tried but certainly look appetizing. The reason they don't receive 5 is because I normally order bagels, cream cheese, and sliced lox. The food quality greatly exceeds the service. Although i AM a regular here, its not because of the service or attitude these workers have. Im all for good eats! So if you can make it during their scheduled times youll have some great food. But beware their closing and opening times. If you come in too early (10m after opening) nothing is prepared, and if you come in too late (20m Before closing) you cant get anything whipped up cause the cooks feel their shift is already over and refuse to make any food. Fresh, warm, pillowy soft bagels that are made in house daily and are extremely delicious. I would go with either the whole grain, or the flat everything which you cannot go wrong with. This place also operates like a machine and can usually hook you up with a soup and sandwich with chips and a drink in about 3 to 5 mins which is awesome when you're on the go. Above all things, I recommend you get a Turkey BLT on a whole grain bagel with a lil mayo. I stopped by here after dropping something off at UPS. I knew I wanted a bagel for tomorrow and decided to get a hot sub for lunch. I was torn between the hot roast beef with gravy and cheese, or the hot roast beef with melted mozzarella, hot and sweet peppers, topped with horseradish sauce. I decided I wanted something spicy. The people making the food were nice and I liked the vibe of the place. I got home and got ready to eat my lunch. I took a bite of my sandwich. My world ended: I saw stars. The back of my throat, and my sinuses were on fire. I threw the sandwich onto the plate, gagging. I opened it up. on the top half of the sandwich, under the cheese, was not horseradish sauce. Instead it was straight white horseradish by the tablespoon. I looked at the bottom half. It was the same thing. So instead of horseradish sauce, there were about ten tablespoons of white horseradish on the top and bottom of the sandwich, making it completely inedible. Thanks for that. read more
