All of the items were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! AND I waited about 5 mins for my order to be ready. I can't believe I finally found a place 15 mins down the road that takes me back to NYC, but no wait time, amazing service, and kind employees. Will be coming back again soon. read more

Bagel: excellent. Coffee: excellent. Prices: a little irritated that I pay more for the cream cheese than the bagel, but not completely outrageous. Kitchen staff: awesome, efficient, friendly. Front counter staff: trash. Starting with the expressionless cashier, who is entirely too cool to be at work that day. I had a simple coffee order. Large iced coffee with a splash of cream. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went up and asked if the coffee sitting on the counter was mine. His response was something very sarcastic. When I did get my coffee, it was very heavy on cream, so I politely asked if they could pour some out and add more coffee because it was supposed to be just a splash of cream. And I roll or two, and then another three or four minutes later, they finally decided to get back to my coffee. They poured a black coffee, set it on the counter, set the container of cream next to it, and stared at me. After making my own coffee (iced coffee, splash of cream), I asked if I should walk behind the counter to get my own lid as well. He tossed a lid on the counter without a word. read more

I have never been to the location in Wilton manors but stay away from the location near the courthouse. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. Overall the restaurant is very nice. From the different selections of cream cheese to the assorted selection of bagels. Their breakfast and lunch menu is amazing as well. Been going to Bagels & Co since they opened earlier this year. The food service had always been top notch. ordered two Bacon, Egg and Cheeses on Everything bugle online to be picked up @ 7:15am right after the store opened up. The items were ready and waiting when I arrived. However, the quality of the food was way below the level I received in the past. First the egtg sandwiches did not have eggs! Just bacon and cheese. The bagels were clearly not fresh and were hard as a rock. Finally the cost for two "egg" sandwiches and two coffees $30. I don't mind paying a little extra to support a local business but jeez at least get the order right and provide edible food. I will try Bagels and Co one more time in hopes that it was an off day for the restaurant. read more

I've had two terrible experiences with this location recently. The first one being my very first visit to this store. I wanted over 30 minutes for my order and had to watch as other customers came in order after me and got their orders and left. It took for one of the employees who handed me my drink some time before to ask the kitchen for an update for my order after realizing I was still waiting. They then explained that they were out of certain items in my order so they never made it or bother to ask me for substitutions. After another 10 minutes my order was handed to me without even an apology for the long wait. Since the food and coffee were good I decided to give them another chance today. Although the wait time was a lot quicker - that was contributed to half my order not being included. I was met with the same issue of items not being in stock which I was made aware of after I paid. This will be my last time coming to this establishment since they have very little care for their customer and the money they are wasting going here. read more

We are a six person real estate office. We WERE frequent purchasers of bagels to bring back to the office and generally leave a cash tip. Today, however, one of our agents was purchasing one dozen bagels for the office plus one cream cheese. The server charged us a (large) 20% tip without any notification, and the office purchaser did not look at the receipt! The office was charged a 20% tip for the server just to put the bagels and cream cheese in the bag. There was no table service for which a 20% tip is our custom. We've been waiting for this place to open for over a year now and were super excited to see it finally opened. We arrived at 1pm (they are open until 3) and they only had plain, habanero cheddar, oreo and Dorito flavored bagels. I understand that they are still new and working out the kinks but to still be open for business for 2 hours and having nothing left seems like a bit of poor planning. Having said that, my plain bagel was very good. It didn't quite have the flavor or chew of a standard bagel, it was more like fresh French bread. At first I didn't care for it but after eating a bit it was actually nice not being so dense. The cream cheese was very fresh. Reminded me of a whipped butter. Overall the food was good quality. I would go back and try out other flavors, I'm just hoping they will have them when I go. read more

A very welcome and long-awaited addition to Wilton Manors - a bagel shop! I've been groaning for 15 years about why Wilton Manors has a thousand bars, 2 overpriced Florida-based supermarkets, 6 dry cleaners, but no bagel shop! Now my wish has been granted. It hasn't even had its Grand Opening yet - this is on Friday Feb 23 - but on two visits the place was quite busy, so word of mouth has spread. This Philadelphia-based business has all the basics in place: a wide selection of handmade bagels (nice and chewy, just as they should be), an amazing line-up of spreads, a fine menu of sandwiches and breakfast specials, and really excellent coffee (try the Vienna Roast). I've had both the lox-and-onion sandwich, and just a half-dozen to go with lox spread on my two visits. The quality and flavor were just perfect and a most welcome change from supermarket or chain-bagel-shop imposters. There was a bit of a line on both visits. As mentioned, this is still their "soft open" period and staff is getting used to the flow of things. And the leadership is getting a feel for demand waves in this new location. I'm confident that the remarks about tables and ambiance will get sorted out rapidly once the owners understand if the traffic will be mostly take-out or eat-in, specific product preferences, etc. That's what a "soft open" is all about in the restaurant business. The location is ideal for both walk-in and pick-up business. Yes, the parking lt is a funky holdover from the old Dorothy's Deli/Starbucks days. But it has the feel of an authentic neighborhood place. I'm looking forward to many future visits and hope Bagels & Co. will enjoy the support of locals and visitors for a long time to come. read more

Service service service! Have i said that enough times? I have ordered three different times from this new Wilton Manors location. Each time i experienced a problem with the orders I placed. I finally called and spoke to the general manager. Upon sharing the issues with him he admonished me as to why i had not made the location aware at the time of the issues with the orders. I explained that i was trying to allow for growing pains. He didn't seem to understand this concept. He was speaking to other people while on the call and made me aware he had a line of customers but was listening to me. In my opinion he was not. I made him aware that we would not be back. He shared that this was fine. If this were my business i would want people to be happy and return again and again. Apparently, losing customers doesn't seem to matter to him. Sad indeed. read more
