Friendly service and staff But the food was just ok I was looking forward to a fresher thicker bagel and more lox on the platter Dining room was as I expected

Trapped in the 80s and not in a good way, Rob's Bageland didn't deliver very well on the standard bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It was mostly flavorless with chewy bacon and just OK. Service was OK and the interior could use an update. It did take an abnormally long time to get my to-go sandwich as well

Was in the mood for some morning bagels and came across this spot. Instantly greeted by a friendly employee who answered any questions I may have had. There was a wide variety of bagel types, bagel fillings, etc. Took me a minute to decide what I'd want. The bagels I ordered had a nice crunch in each bite and yet the inside was still very soft inside. Really hit the spot and kept me full for a good portion of my day! Cute local spot perfect for breakfast or lunch!

When it comes to this place I'm glad I got a good recommendation for it because otherwise I never would have known this existed. It is very easy to miss but once you know it's here you'll want to keep coming here time and time again. The staff was very friendly because as soon as I opened the door I was greeted and for this trip I decided to just grab some bagels and take a look at their various cream cheese spreads they have to offer. The place was very clean and well lit and everything looked to be very up to date with nothing being run down or broken. The bagels in the front were the first thing that greeted me and I'm not sure if it was just an off day or not but a handful of the bagels were already missing and it was only nine in the morning. I'm not sure if they were that amazing or they were just out from previous times. I decided to get a handful of bagels and some locks cream cheese spread. I will say the one thing I did not care for it was not being told about a credit card service charge of 3% so that kind of irritated me a little bit for my first visit. When I got home I decided to try my everything bagel and let me say it was amazing. After popping it in the toaster The Bagel had the perfect crunch and it was a nice size. All of the toppings made it very tasty and nothing overpowered one another whatsoever. The lox cream cheese I got, which was a quarter pound was about $3 if I remembered correctly and I had more than enough for all four of the bagels I got. There was a very nice amount of fish in there and the cream cheese had the perfect creamy consistency. The fish was also flavored wonderfully and not too fishy which is something that I am very happy about. The price overall for the four bagels and cream cheese was about $10 including the credit card fee they didn't tell me about, which again irritated me but for the price it really isn't a bad deal in my opinion! It was very fresh and flavorful all of the bagels and cream cheese! The staff was very friendly from my quick pop in here and I'm glad that I found this place because it will be a new bagel place that I will come to time and time again when I want some fresh bagels!

Parking was easy directly in front of the business. Came in today to grab some fish dip for my wife. The owner was super cool and provided me some fresh white fish dip at $5.00 for a quarter pound - fish prices are crazy everywhere. The salmon filets, kosher pickels, and cole slaw looked phenomenally fresh but the big black & white classic cookies were calling my name. They obviously offer bagels with a large variety including whole wheat, marble, everything, multigrain, cinnamon raisin, onion, garlic, pumpernickel, blueberry, oat bran, sesame and egg. The gender assigned men's bathroom was clean and oddly large.

Really great Coral Springs diner with plenty of options. The portions are great and the food came out really quickly too. The service was very good and welcoming as soon as we sat down.

I love bagels and decided to check out the options at this place. Well, it was kind of disappointing. They didn't have much variety, the atmosphere was super old, the menu was huge and quite expensive. I ended up buying 7 bagels, garlic, onion, cheese and bialy. They all tasted normal, nothing out of the ordinary, and they need to be eaten fresh, the next day they'll be as hard as rocks. I also bought the Lox cream cheese, which was delicious, I definitely plan on going back there just for the cream cheese and not the bagel. The service was also disappointing, the girl who served first didn't seem very interested in serving me and the man who came after served me so quickly that it seemed like he wanted me to leave right away, for a place that was empty I don't think he needed to rush so much. In the end, for the 7 bagels and 1/4 lb of cream cheese, I paid $15.78.

    Turkey reuben & potato latke

Rob's Bageland is your quintessential neighborhood joint serving up classic brunch and Jewish deli fare. It's a no frills place that offers up delicious plates of food, where the staff remember their regulars and always stop by your table to say hello. We've been coming here years now, so I'll stick with naming a few favorites. The asiago bagel and scallion cream cheese is easily the best bagel in Broward. The blintzes with blueberry sauce are light, sweet, and the perfect indulgent breakfast. Their sandwiches also do not miss. The tuna melt and turkey reuben are particular favorites. They do a great matzoh ball soup, with egg noodles, salted chicken, and a big, fluffy matzoh ball. Their latkes are also huge, and are perfectly cooked every time with a softer center, a crisp exterior, and that hint of onion. I wish I had more photos to post, but I usually forget myself and dig in before I can help it. Whether just grabbing bagels to take home or sitting down for a full meal, Rob's always leaves me happy.

Rob's Bageland in Plantation is a long-time beloved family owned restaurant serving up classic New York-style bagels, breakfast, and deli options. Known for its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and generous portions, this spot is a go-to for locals looking for a hearty breakfast or lunch. There is also a great Kids Menu too. Located in the Jacaranda Plaza off Sunrise Boulevard just West of University Drive, Rob's Bageland has a warm laid-back vibe that makes you feel welcome. The staff is friendly, often remembering regular customers by name. This place is busy open every day from 6:45 to 2pm. The bagels here are the real deal--crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. There is a large "Deli Case Display" full of homemade dishes and the finest slices of meat and more. While the food and service are excellent, the restaurant itself has a no-frills, old-school diner feel with basic décor. Since Rob's Bageland is such a local favorite, it can get busy during peak hours, especially on weekends. The wait for a table or takeout can sometimes be longer than expected, but the food is worth it. Rob's Bageland of Plantation is a must-visit for Breakfast and Lunch you will not be disappointed.

Their bagels are phenomenal. Their sit down service, not so much. Their food is hardy, but bland. They do have a pretty extensive menu, and I have not tried all of it, so this is just based on a few. It is a cute little diner ambience with servers who have been there since forever. There's ample parking in the parking lot. There is one stall bathroom per gender. It's a really cute place to try out but definitely pack your patience.

Won't you take me to... BAGELAND Long-time employee Samantha Lesser let me in on the secrets of the newly improved Bageland burger -- it's a HUGE 8oz (I'm thinking it is cooked weight) of lean beef, on a brioche bun, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and Bermuda onion. Cooked PERFECTLY medium rare to order. The fries are outstanding, seasoned well, nice, and crispy. You WANT this burger, and you can get it at all three Rob's Bageland locations (Coral Springs Wiles, Coral Springs Lakeview, and Plantation). Other news: Under Scott Botting, the new owner, they've completely changed all of their meat suppliers, including moving from Carnegie to Sy Ginsberg/EW Grobbel/Leon's (Detroit), which makes a huge difference. They will also make some renovations to each store to make them cleaner and spruce them up. The new menus will also be rolled out soon.

Went back to Rob's with my two daughters... of course you know Whiskey was there taking care of people and keeping us entertained.... But then I made a new acquaintance with JILL... it was her first day on the job and she got to sit down with us and treat us like family. An amazing time, amazing service, and we will once again be back.

Free parking in the lot. The place was clean. We didn't order a lot but what we did order came out correct. The little one LOVED the grits. We found out the Coral Springs location has a military discount but not the plantation location.

The small deli/restaurant is mainly for take out, but they do have a couple tables inside. We chose to order here and eat at one of the tables. We got a chance to chat with the owner. We got a friendly welcome. She was quite sweet. When we asked, she told us that Goldy was her sister who had passed away. The restaurant was named after her. In addition to the menu on the counter, they have a blackboard with various featured items -- including soups of the day -- and specials. They use Board Head meats which you can see in the case. We both ordered their Italian sub, but I made a few changes to mine leaving out the ham and the capicola. The bread was soft and went well with all the meats, cheeses, and veggies. It was an excellent sandwich. We each ate half (the sandwich was stuffed with stuff) and took half home. We were talking about other options that they have when the owner mentioned various desserts -- including banana pudding. She mentioned that it's quite popular and sells out often, but she just happened to have some ready. This is my husband's favorite dessert. He couldn't resist getting a container of it. He took a few tastes there and devoured the rest at home. This place is definitely worth a return visit. And if you're looking for a good sub/hero/sandwich, etc. it makes a perfect lunch stop -- to eat in or to go. I'm so glad we tried them.

However, when I got home, I realized that both tuna platters were missing the bagel chips--so essentially I paid $17 each for just two scoops of tuna. A quick call, or even mentioning it at pickup, would have gone a long way. I would have happily substituted for a bagel or chosen something else. Instead, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. By that point, I was understandably frustrated, and the response at the counter didn't help--the staff seemed indifferent. They did replace the missing items with bagels, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was disappointing. I used to really enjoy Marian's under the previous ownership and was a regular customer. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality of service seems to have declined. We decided to give it another try, but this experience confirmed that it's just not worth it anymore. Disappointing, because this used to be a go-to spot.
