The menu is also simple, but why add too many things that take away from the basics, big bowls of rare meats that cook in broth crafted for hours, you literally just need fresh basil lime and shoots with extra hot sauce to make one's mouth happy. I'm always a sucker for a V1 too, fresh ingredients make all the difference, the vermicelli is delicious as our their tofu rice rolls. On the way out, order a tea, no need to go somewhere else, it's hot and full bodied.
