I was looking for a good breakfast sandwich and decided to try Baguette Magic on Folly Rd, James Island. The staff was friendly and service was outstanding. The menu had penty of great sandwiches that are a must try! You got to also try their fresh brewed coffees, it's a cup of eye opening goodness. I had the bacon, egg & cheese on a freshly baked baguette. The sandwich was awesome. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other tasty items on the menu. Thumbs up for this place

I was so hungry I didn't get photos of the food. It was so good. My husband got the grits hangover bowl. I got an egg sandwich with side of home style potatoes the were so hot I had to wait to eat them. But they were so good crunchy on the outside which is perfect if you ask me. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Staff was friendly. We also got pastries and sourdough bread to bring home. And two take and bake meals that I am excited to try

Every time I come here, I am never let down! From the homemade pop tarts to the Bri baguette sandwiches and the seasonal lattes, I never miss an opportunity to stop by. Great rewards program and friendly staff

Great customer service. The young lady at the counter was informative and personable. The other employees were friendly as well. Ordered an iced latte with almond milk and brown sugar cinnamon syrup. It was tasty. Second State coffee is used. Syrups are made in-house. Also ordered the BEC (bacon, egg, & cheese) on a baguette. Unfortunately, there was a hair in it so I had to drive back and get a new one. Cashier was apologetic, but they lose stars for that. Home fries are chunks of potatoes that are fried very nicely. I'd get those again. They sell various local items, such as teas, jerky, meats, & grits. There are some grab and go things in a freezer -- pasta & sauce, take-and-bake biscuits, pasta, & pies, gluten-free bread & buns, and more. Plenty of indoor seating.

We visited Baguette Magic on a Saturday afternoon. The servers were friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. We ordered a B.E.C. on a croissant to share, a cannoli latte with oatmilk and a caramelized banana latte. My cannoli latte lacked flavor and I could not taste anything related to cannoli. My partner said his latte tasted like iced coffee with a hint of banana. The BEC was good and fresh but nothing remarkable. Overall, an average experience.

What a great place we found headed to do some tourist things in town. Farm to Table place and everything is absolutely so fresh. The customer service was great & friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches, french toast & pimento cheese grits. They offer coffee, lattes & raspberry tea. Many choices! This would be a staple for me if I lived locally. Thank you for the Magic today!

Baguette Magic always hits the spot. Fresh baked goodies and hot cappuccinos first thing in the morning. The staff is always friendly. Love this place.

I was quite baffled when this place had no baguettes actually for sale. Stranger still, some were set aside to make various breakfast sandwiches that I didn't want, but I couldn't simply buy a baguette to take with me. Moreover, they were already out of most of their best baked goods, and I stopped in at 9:30 or so (25% of the way through an 8-2 day). So the quality might not be there, but acquiring the items is a challenge. The croissant I settled on delivered a robust flavor with plenty of almond paste, and it was fine for what it was. Unlike the other nearby Baguette Magic location, this one had a decent amount of seating and was a place you could actually hang around at.

    Decadent pastries case.

Known for their decadent pastries, breakfast sandwiches ,and coffee this was a great pit stop on the way out from our weekend visit for the Cooper River Bridge Run. A great variety of coffee selections from cold brew , lattes, and specialty drinks like honey lavender. Pimento cheese grits and croissant option with bacon , egg , cheese or many made to order as well. Small dining area was clean and staff was pleasant. Well worth giving it a try when you are in town. My group and I enjoyed ourselves.

Frequent visitor to the area and Baguette Magic is always on my go to list. Food is solid. Service, for counter service, is always top notch. Food is always brought out hot and fresh. We had the Recovery Baguette and Brie-covery Baguettes on this trip, with potatoes and pimento cheese grits on this trip and, as always, it was great. Bread is crispy on the outside, eggs are fresh, arugula tasted awesome. I love their cheesy grits, fluffy, creamy, nice hint of spice with the pimentos. I can't praise them enough. If you're in the area, it's definitely one to check out!

Baguette Magic is Magic. It is one of our favorite restaurants in Charleston and definitely our go to. We've never had a bad experience and the food and service is always excellent. The BEP on a croissant is a little lighter than the recovery baguette, but the flavors and textures are amazing together. You definitely can't go wrong with the French toast either.

It just had a really special feel to the service of how they treat you there. Now let's get into the sweet treats. I bought a chocolate chip cookie, a oatmeal raisin cookie and a ginger molasses cookie. They were all delicious, but that oatmeal raisin cookie was amazing. I also got too many cupcakes. I did the vanilla blueberry and the honey. Both were very good. And I got a pecan brownie. I loved the pecan brownie! My only problem with the brownie is that it's so small. We were visiting my mother-in-law in the hospital, so we shared with her and visiting family, I will talk about the ones I did try. The chocolate croissant was textbook with a shine on the pastry itself and loads of thin crispy layers and just the right amount of dark chocolate. The Weltons Honey Pie was one of their signature items that they traveled to South America to learn how to make. It reminded me of a light honey flavored cheesecake but denser. The dark chocolate chip cookie will live on in my dreams! Plenty of dark chocolate chips in a thick lightly chewy cookie and sprinkle with sea salt. Oh my! I could eat a dozen easy! Switching to savory we tried the Hot Honey croissant with Soppressata , ricotta and hot honey. Like all their croissants it was super crispy and flaky and reminded me of an Italian sandwich. A great choice if you aren't wanting sweet. But for my wife and I our favorite was the blueberry kolache. Loaded with blueberries and a brown sugar cornmeal crumb it simple melted in our mouths.
