UPDATE - I have been trying to fix the issue with the touch screen that was on the bill of sale since the day I purchased the car. They have made me come out there multiple times with no resolution. They know it is over an hour for me each way and they proceed to tell me to bring the vehicle in so they can make the repairs, only to tell me the part has not arrived yet. I have called Lincoln myself and the part is instock and will only take 3-5 days to come in. They supposedly ordered it 5 weeks ago. They are 100% making this as difficult as frustrating as possible for me because they do not want to make the repair. read more
