Made me feel as if I was buying from a friend and I appreciated the fact that he was down to earth and friendly. Even encouraged me not to buy the car right away but to take some time to think about it. I was really impressed by that. I bought a Land Rover, which I know have been known to have computer problems. He assured me that he knew the owner and that the car had been taken care of. When I pulled the car fax it confirmed that the car had been only serviced at the Land Rover Dealership. He recommended a company to give me a warranty and had them call me to even set it up. I'm appreciative and would definitely recommend Auto Warehouse to anyone looking for a great used car

I had to run down to the bank to get a cashiers check and the bank manager said "are you working with Derek?" She proceeded to sing his praises and said that he had helped her with a car. I honestly won't buy another used car anywhere else.

We finally tried Enterprise, since we were again renting a car from them. We were lucky enough to talk to Johnathan when we first got there. He was knowledgeable as to their stock and showed us three SUV's that had all we wanted but were reasonably priced. I thought they were all great looking cars, clean and well maintained and relatively low mileage for rental cars. We took a test drive in the one that I liked. We couldn't decide so we thought we would come back another day. We went to lunch and over lunch we picked the one we liked the best and then went right back to purchase the vehicle. The process was not only no hassle but the car was exactly what we wanted. This was to be a vehicle for me and I had had leather seats and loved them. Guess what? Enterprise can re-cover the seats! We were able to get heated leather seats and Lo Jack installed. Also we have a free 3 month subscription of Sirius XM. We had to wait a few days but it wasn't long. We didn't finance the car so I can't say how well that goes but our purchase experience was the easiest and most enjoyable. Isaac made the paper work go smoothly. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales for good customer service as well as a large selection of newer cars at really good prices. The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable. We love our 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I wish we could have purchased all three of the vehicles we looked at but I have to wait until we win the lottery.

I always…read morethought they provided good service at a premium price (being a dealer in the center of the city, I expected and was happy to pay the additional premium for the convenience.) Right after they switched to the Murgado brand, I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change back in January of this year. I noticed immediately after the oil change that the plastic tray that covers the bottom of the engine would fall off and drag on the road. I bought some additional screws and that held me over until the cover continued to lose the screws and detach and today I asked them to fix it when I came in for my scheduled oil change. Parallel to this, I asked them to check a seatbelt in the rear that wouldn't retract. They said it'd be $280 for the diagnosis and the majority of the time, they can fix it. Okay. They have my car all day and tell me I have 45 minutes to come pick it up because they close at 6 unless I want to wait until tomorrow. They said it'd be $1200 to replace the seatbelt (they couldn't fix it) and $600 to replace the bottom cover. I denied both. I talked to my service advisor, David and explained that they caused the issue with the bottom cover and he lied to me and said they didn't need to remove the cover for an oil change. He also said they couldn't cut the part hanging off because it was covering a key part of the engine protecting it which also ended up being false. They also charged me $30 to put new screws in without fixing the problem. When I arrived and complained to the manager, they did nothing to fix the issue (saying the car was "old") and still charged me $440 for the oil change, 3 screws and seatbelt diagnosis Oh, and did I mention when I looked at the bottom and did a small minor tug, one of the screws came right out. I also disassembled the back seatbelt myself, and I fixed it within 2 minutes of messing with it. I'll never be back. UPDATE: I took the cover off the broken seatbelt and messed with it for 5 minutes and was able to fix it. I asked the service manager for a refund for the $280 and they said they'd send me a check. 20 days later, I never got the check, so enjoy the chargeback on my credit card. STAY AWAY!

I've owned a lot of cars over the years--from BMWs to 300Zs--and after driving the Subaru Crosstrek for nearly a decade now, I can confidently say it stands in a league of its own. It's the perfect balance of size, shape, practicality, and everyday performance. I was never chasing high performance--I wanted something reliable, comfortable, and capable in all conditions--and the Crosstrek has consistently delivered, whether I'm navigating city streets, cruising the highway, or taking on backroads. Berman has been my go-to dealership from the very beginning, and for good reason. The team is always professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. Pricing is very fair, the process is smooth, and their service department has been consistently excellent over the years. A big shoutout to Daniel Szontagh--he made this latest experience just as seamless as the others. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest help and great communication. I recently traded up to the Crosstrek Hybrid, and even after just a few days, all I can say is: wow. The previous models were great handlers, but this one takes it to another level. It feels incredibly smooth, connected to the road, and surprisingly comfortable--even over Chicago potholes. It's refined without losing that fun, capable feel that makes the Crosstrek so enjoyable to drive. If you're in the market for a Subaru--or even a quality used car--do yourself a favor and check out Berman Subaru. And if you can, ask for Daniel. You'll be in good hands.

Berman Infiniti Chicago - Service advisor Eddie didn't think these brake rotors needed to be replaced when the service manual says they do

I had the misfortune of bringing my QX80 here for a used vehicle inspection. To summarize, my…read moreinteraction with them was plauged with gross incompetence and outright fraud. Ultimately they refunded me for the service performed, but on a follow up appointment demonstrated the same basic lack of competence on their flagship vehicle - the QX80, and cost me thousands of dollars in additional repairs. When I brought my vehicle there in August 2025, right from the start the serivce advisor Eddie refused to review and discuss my list of known issues. His only interaction with me was saying he was having problems scanning the barcode with the VIN on my car, and that this inspection would cost me $405. A few hours later when I returned to pick up the vehicle, while reviewing the report I was astounded to see that everything passed, except for the power lift gate, adaptive cruise control radar and horn. I appealed the findings of this inspection to Eddie, even taking him to my vehicle and showing him that the engine air filter was so dirty it was black, he pushed back and supported the findings of "Technician 98" and it was in perfectly acceptable condition and did not require replacement. When I went to pay, I saw that Eddie had tacked on unauthorized and fraudulent charge of $37.65 for "non attributable supplies and services", the only possible shop supply used here was a single paper towel to wipe off the oil dipstick, as to how that would cost $37.65 perhaps they used a sheet of gold leaf? Of the issues with the vehicle: - Contrary to their report the horn functioned fine. Eddie refused to say how they determined it was faulty unless I paid him $225 for "diagnostics". - The adaptive cruise control radar having a DTC code for being blocked was already known. It was the first thing I noticed when I picked up this car is that the license plate was blocking the radar. Instead of just telling me they could install the license plate elsewhere on the bumper, Eddie demanded another $225 for "diagnostics" to determine why the radar was blocked. - The tires on the front axle had 4/32" of tread depth and more than 73,000 miles on them. Illinois state law requires them to be at least 4/32" of tread depth, and the manufacturer rated the tires for only 70,000 miles. Instead of telling me they required imminent replacement, Eddie just listed it as a "caution". - Both front brake rotors had a deep groove cut in to them, several thousands of an inch deep. The factory service manual says they should be replaced if it is more than 6 ten thousandths deep. Instead of failing them as the service manual indicates Eddie listed them as a pass. - The emergency/parking brake was non-functional, the factory service manual says it should be able to keep a vehicle stopped after 5 or 6 clicks. Mine required 14. Eddie listed this as a pass. - The windshield washers were severely misasligned, Eddie marked them as a pass. - The windshield wipers had significant problems with streaking, Eddie marked them as a pass. - Passenger compartment air filter was extremely dirty and filled with leaves, Eddie marked it as not applicable. - Engine air filter was so clogged it had turned from white to black, Eddie marked it as a pass. - The vehicle had the wrong battery installed - a size 65 instead of size 27. A size 27 battery has 50% more capacity. Eddie marked it as a pass. - The transmission had a problem with shuddering, instead of inspecting it or the fluid, Eddie marked it as not applicable. - The only actual problem they had managed to confirm is that the power lift gate was broken. They wanted an additional $225 in diagnostics to tell me that the motor needed to be replaced. - The on board maintenance computer said the engine oil was past its end of life and required replacement. Eddie listed it as a pass. - The front seats were both defective, one stuttered while moving, the other would rock back and forth on the track, these issues were ignored by Eddie. I ended up emailing the service director Mark, and he convineced me to ultimately brining my vehicle back to Berman Infiniti so they could try again, to refund me the $445 paid for the inspection, and file a warranty claim to cover the service. I prepared a 45 page report for Mark showing him everything which was wrong with the vehicle, pictures documenting these issues when possible, and excerpts of the factory service manual as an authoratative source as determining if an issue existed. Mark filed the warranty claim, and due to the amount involved the warranty company wanted to send out an adjuster. A few days later the adjuster denied the claim. Eddie at Berman Infiniti refused to tell me why, and when I contacted warranty company I was given reasons such as not being to inspect the power lift gate motor, as the technician at Berman couldn't figure out how to manually open the door. So thanks to Berman Infiniti's repeated incompetence, I ended up having to perform these repairs myself.
