Bahama Breeze used to be the new and hip place to go to back in the 90s. Fast forward to today and it's now your average overpriced restaurant. We had dropped in here a few years back as a team outing. I was pleasantly amused to dip back into nostalgia but that's about it. I did enjoy the openness and layout of this place! They have some decent drinks and nice aesthetics but that's really about the only draw. The food is ok. It's worth a trip to pretend like you're at the beach!

It's been so long since I've been to a Bahama Breeze so I decided to stop by here for a quick lunch. There was hardly anyone there. Service was a bit slow. Food was decent. Drinks were ehh, like a fruit juice. It's fine for a quick cheap bite.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my evening here at this location. My server Felicia was simply amazing. She was very patient with me and extremely helpful in taking the time to go over the menu with me. This is my 1st time here and I had quite a few questions. The menu has plenty of great food choices and I had to narrow it down. She was very informative and helpful. I highly recommend this location for a great dining experience with live entertainment.Tell them that Sonya McGuire sent you. You won't be disappointed.

I went on July 11th 2025 after work with coworkers. Casual Caribbean dining. We sat outside near the band that was playing. You could dance if you wanted to. I sat at inside table waiting for me party to arrive. Once they did we were moved to the outside table. This caused some confusion because the table already had glasses of water on it. Apparently, this signals to the staff that we were already being taken care of. However, this wasn't so. So, we sat approximately 10-15 mins before we called someone to help us. The waiter was very apologetic and then explained what had happened. The vibe is very cool and relaxing. Dining while listening to the live band was very nice and the 2 man band was very good as well. The food was very good and satisfying. I had the coconut shrimp and yuca cheese sticks. It's a nice and easy dinner on a weekend night.I still would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. My mom and I came here after getting my car serviced for some dinner. There's ample amount of free parking which I love. The ambiance is perfect. It makes me feel like out on the beach with the sand between my toes. We got the beef empanadas and coconut shrimp to start. They were both great! I got the jerk shrimp pasta and my mom got the tequila glazed salmon for our entrees. For dessert we shared the flaming rum cake which was tasty. All of our food was great, hot, and delicious. Our servers Trey and Adam were really good to us. Very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager was also very kind to us. I will definitely come back here.

The service here was super slow and it wasn't busy. They messed up our orders and didn't stay on top of our drinks. The drinks are pretty here and the food was okay but not worth the wait.

The food was delicious and the service provided was incredible as always. I had Andy, he was a great server. The ambiance as always is amazing and I felt like I am in the islands. Thank you Bahama breeze!

I was in Duluth waiting out traffic and a quick Google search led me to Bahama Breeze happy hour! I felt the island atmosphere as soon as I walked in, the restaurant is huge, with a sizable patio that really brings the tropical vibes in the summertime. As we settled into our booth near the bar, we poured over the menu and decided on the skillet simmered jerk shrimp, crab and cheese dip, and crispy conch fritters. What's island time without libations? Bahamarita for me and an ultimate margarita for my date it is! All of the food was tasty, especially the crab and cheese dip. We enjoyed our drinks but be aware: they are more sweet than strong. The manager checked on us to make sure everything was smooth, we assured him that it was. Overall, it was a great experience and I would return.

Decided to give an old goodie a try. The food was just as good as I last visited. The live music is always an added plus. The outside sitting was great; it was a nice night with a perfect breeze. The serve in the other hand was not great. Or waitress started off with a great greeting and that was it. She kept forgetting things and took her time coming back or even to check on us. She was sitting with a chair pulled up at another table watching videos on the customers phone. All while we need her service. It was shocking to see.

It was not good at all to me. The restaurant is a beautiful space. The bathrooms need work and the food seems to need an overhaul. It was not hot just warm. The service was ok. If I hear they are refurbished with a better menu I will go back but otherwise no. It's sad because the ambiance could be fun.

Nice looking restaurant with unfortunately mediocre food and very subpar service. The menu is overpriced for the quality and portion of food given. Additionally, the service was pretty bad. We only saw the waitress for our initial drinks and food order. Luckily, each table has a tablet that allows you to call for the waiter. Otherwise, you wouldn't have seen them again.

Service is excellent and check out is made easy for a large group. Large parking lot and easy to access.

They had some specials posted, which I appreciate since it shows they like to try new things. Sadly, we were disappointed with the special. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which is a little long for fast-casual when they aren't busy. We ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, the special salmon BLT, a side of lobster bisque, and fries. The salmon grilled cheese was completely inedible. Neither of us could eat it; we took one bite each and threw it away. It had way too much special sauce, making it unbearable. The fries were okay, and it was nice that they have a house dipping sauce. The lobster roll was decent and had a good amount of meat. I wish it had been a bit more buttery, but it was still okay. The lobster bisque was really good and easily my favorite item. My only minor complaint is that it lacked a splash of sherry on top, but it was still delicious overall. As someone who has spent many years on the New England coast, I know a good lobster roll. This is an okay spot to get your fix, but it ultimately gets 3 stars because that salmon grilled cheese was just that bad.

From king crab to fried jumbo shrimp, this food won't disappoint. Their house seasoning for fries and other fried foods is amazing. Both sweet and sassy, but very addictive. I had tried a seafood boil from here a while back, and the sauce wasn't as good as what I've had from a local competitor. However, my boyfriend insisted that we give it another try, so we ended up ordering the Kickin Combo #1, along with a dozen raw oysters and an order of fried oysters and fries. The raw oysters came out first. I didn't want any, so they were for my boyfriend. Immediately after trying the first one, he wasn't happy with it. He said it tasted fishy but decided to give another one a try, thinking maybe the first was just a bad one. Unfortunately, the second wasn't any better, so he sent them back. Next came the fried food, which is never a miss. I absolutely love the fried oysters here. Then the seafood boil arrived, and at first glance, it looked promising. The seafood appeared large and fresh. I grabbed a shrimp first, sucked the head, and immediately noticed a strong fishy taste. I then dipped the shrimp into the sauce, but the sauce was watery and lacked flavor. I tried a few of the other items in the boil, including a mussel, but the texture was extremely chewy. Between my boyfriend and me, we ate a total of about ten or less things from the boil before deciding we were done. Unfortunately, it was not good whatsoever, and I was extremely disappointed. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and the manager offered to reheat it. I explained that the temperature wasn't the issue but the fishy taste and the texture of the seafood. He then said there wasn't anything else he could do besides take 20% off the bill. While I appreciated the discount, it was still disappointing given how much of the meal we were unable to eat. The service itself was good, and the ambiance was chill, especially since we went during dinner. Unfortunately, though, the food quality of the seafood boil and raw oysters overshadowed the positives for me. All in all, I won't be returning.

I attempted to order the crab and spinach dip with the garlic bread like I typically do at other locations, and my server told me if I were to order it with the garlic bread, it would be an additional charge and I would only get two. I was shocked. I've ordered that and other locations, and that was my first time hearing that I would be charged extra to swap out the bread and then on top of that only receive two pieces. I ordered the Texas redfish pontchartrain with mashed potatoes. I asked if I could add cheese, and I was told yes; however, when it came, there was no cheese, and our server took so long to return, I didn't even bother. In addition, by that time I was already turned off with the bland fish that had several bones, minimal sauce, and overcooked shrimp. I was extremely displeased. I wish I would have just stuck with a fried dish, such as the chicken tenders and shrimp. That would be a safer choice. Both the fried shrimp and chicken tenders were pretty good, but know that they have a kick. The brownie dessert was pretty good. It was actually the highlight of the evening after a disappointing meal. I will never return to this location.
