I came here tonight specifically for the Tropical Chicken salad. By the time I thought of taking a picture of my plate, it was already empty. It was excellent as always. My wife had the same. We did try the new Ahi Tuna stack appetizer. It was very very good. I also had the new Chill Mai Tai. I love a good Mai Tai and this one did not disappoint. Our server was a young man named Don. When we get into Marietta, Bahama Breeze is a must stop for our family. My husband LOVES the wings from the appetizer menu. I would definitely recommend this place. On my visit I had the salmon / jerk chicken pasta / empanadas/ and spinach dip. The empanadas are so good. The come out piping hot which is how I like my food. There is one manager who's very energetic that makes the experience fun and inviting. As far as the other items I had they were also good. The pasta wasn't too spicy and the salmon was seasoned extremely well. Salmon was kinda small but tasty. Will surely be visiting again shortly. read more

I dropped in around 4pm on a Saturday and it was surprisingly busy for an odd meal time. Our meal came out quite fast with no issues, but others around us weren't so lucky. The people to my left received their main dish before their appetizers and the person to my right had their appetizer given to the wrong person. I had the crab and avocado stack, jerk chicken, and coconut shrimp because I wanted light bites. Everything was alright but that was just it, alright. The jerk chicken taste more like a roast pepper chicken, and not really like jerk chicken. It wasn't bad but didn't taste like jerk chicken. This seem to be a hot commodity because everyone around me ordered it. In my experience, it set the bar for everything else. The other 2 sides were decent, everything taste mild to little flavoring and fell short of the oomf factor for the palette. This is a chain restaurant with a very large dining area with interior and exterior setaing, they serve Caribbean inspired entrees and are best known for their tropical cocktails. The restaurant is open for dine in right now and they accept reservations, which is pretty cool. If you have a small party they have an enclosed patio area with a fireplace.   Service - everyone had a smile and I was greeted as soon as I entered and the server was on top of it! He checked in with everone, kept the drinks flowing and didn't make an excuse when a guests gave feedback about poor dishes.   Food - most of the party was not satisfied with their entrees and there were a few sad faces, several dishes were returned to the kitchen (e.g. steak was ordered but the guest only received all fat, no meat!). Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and drinks. We all agreed this is a place you come to for happy hour, cocktails and snacks. Do not expect a 4/5 star meal here.   Food cont. - I did not have any complaints about my conch fritters (5 for $5.99), they were okay, not like the ones in the Bahamas but good for a chain restaurant. I tried the firecracker shrmp ($10.99) very tasty and a large portion, I would order this as an entrée next time. Bahamian Seafood Chowder was also a hit, no bacon and seasoned well, the cup which was more than enough was $4.49.   Cocktail - I went with the Goombay Smash for $7.99, it was my favorite drink in the Bahamas. Nobody complained about their drinks so you probably can't go wrong here.   Additional info - Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm and late night Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 11pm. This is GA so the happy hour deals is on the appetizers, not beverages. read more

We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in and our server, Victoria T. came over a few minutes after we were seated to take our drink orders. So we were seated and it took and good 7 minutes for the waitress who had walked by at least 5 times with no greeting to greet us. Wth. Ok the young man greets us take our drink orders apologizes for the wait. All the people are young but friendly. Ok we wait another 15 minutes then another young lady comes and says she is our waitress now. Ok. Fine. So we get our drinks I liked the sangria cAnt remember what the other drink is I think it was a tropical old fashioned. He said it was ok. We place our appetizers we got the crab dip and the yucca cheese sticks. Now the young lady didn't write anything down and idk if it was the kitchens fault or hers but they brought out the wrong order 3 times. Good lord. They were super nice though lol. The yucca sticks were decent I enjoyed the crab dip but chips were super salty ! So now into the entrees , the jerk chicken bowl didn't taste jerk at all it wasn't spicy but the shrimp was cooked good. The pasta man when I say I messed over it - I wasted it. I always enjoy myself when we go to Bahama Breeze. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I absolutely love their jerk chicken pasta. They have jerk shrimp pasta now too but I was a little hesitant not knowing if there would be a decent amount of shrimp but I may try it next time. We were greeted immediately as we approached the hostess stand and were instantly directed to our seats. Surely with all the cars outside I thought we'd encounter a wait - WRONG! Easy peasy and boy was I happy because I was reaching the point of HANGRY!! Snickers bar anyone??? LOL The vibe was as I remembered, real chill, dim lighting, and a nice playlist to groove to. Our waitress, meh, she was a little bit aggressive, interrupted me on a few occasions when attempting to ask a question, so I had given her a few side-eyes but lucky for her we didn't have to vote her off the island (sigh) lol.... Anywho, toward the backside of the restaurant near the indoor patio area, there was a live band for entertainment. Here's what we ordered... Appetizers: Conch fritters Coconut shrimp Drinks: Stella beer Montego Bay Breeze - tasted like super sweet Berry Blue Kool-aid from back in the day Rumaway Pineapple - on the sweeter side but I requested for the bartender to make a bit strong. Meh, it was just ok. ***the above drinks selections are their newly featured specialty cocktails. They both priced on the cheaper end which is fine, but I guess you get what you pay for Entree: Braised oxtails w/ yellow rice and green beans. - the oxtails where a good size and meaty. The seasoning was out of this world. To be honest the entire entree was delicious. According to the menu, the oxtails are only available for a limited time. Ive heard wonderful things about this place and they didn't disappoint, don't listen to the reviews, go and visit for yourself. We were greeted with kindness and seated in the large dining area. I loved the decor and ambience in the restaurant. The waitress was informative and gave us of time to order and chat. He didn't rush us like some do...this was a plus for me since we hadn't seen each other in a while! The dranks were so yummy, and I enjoyed the different varieties on the menu. After being sat, we were immediately greeted by Sage and let me just say her warm smile and bubbly personality made the experience so memorable. She asked if we would like to try their speciality cocktail and she helped me decide which one I would enjoy more. I got the ultimate pineapple colada I believe it's called and my boyfriend got the Bahamarita. Both really good. We also got the crab dip as our appetizer. The drinks were really good and the appetizers was not bad but I wouldn't get again. For entrees we got the jerk chicken pasta and the jerk chicken dinner. Amazing!!!! I'm always in awe when I go to Bahama Breeze because no matter what it is that I try or even reorder a meal I have had previously it's always appetizing. The food is scrumptious here. For starter's I suggest the three cheese crab dip or firecracker shrimp both are absolutely amazing! We had reservations for a "family gathering" and were seated immediately with no wait. Our server Will was very attentive and gave us outstanding service. The general manager's interaction with our group of 11 was a delight (I failed to get his name) but he definitely enhanced our dining experience. I had not been to Bahama Breeze in a few years due to bad experience. I decided to meet friends there for birthday dinner this past Sunday. There is plenty of parking here. You can dine outdoors with the music or indoors for a cooler, quieter dining experience. Lol! We were seated immediately near the bar area. Our server approached us quickly to take drink orders. They had a special Hurricane pours deal where if you bought one of the signature drinks you got to keep the glass. We tried the Tropical Storm drink, which was really good. I had two so got to take 2 hurricane glasses home. Our waiter gave us new clean glasses to take with us and paper bags to wrap them in Well the food...I love their salads. I always get a side salad with their Island citrus dressing. It is soo good. We all ordered the Lobster and shrimp fettuccini with extra mushrooms and sauce. The food came out within a decent time. It was piping hot. The manager brought me my birthday side salad. Lol! I was so thankful. I didn't want a dessert. The pasta dish was very good. It had a lot of shrimp and chunks of lobster. It did need the extra sauce. Then again I am a person who loves sauce. I mean come on. Lol. We talked and drank. I ate maybe 15% of my pasta and all my salad.
