I loved this specific location in 2022-2023. The bread was always warm with the amazing seasoning, and it was always packed. Not sure what happened but in 2024-present the food is not good. The service keeps getting slower and terrible. It took like 20 minutes for drinks to come out, an hour for the food. The crazy part the server didn't even bring any of it out, they have bus boys and food runners. My steak was so overcooked & raw at the same time. The steak was not cooked on the inside but you can see it was dark on the outside. The 9oz filet looked like it was 5oz. The pastas here are decent, but used to be Amazing. They never could get the steak right. I loved the caprese burrata salad it was refreshing and filling. This was the best appetizer. The calamari was bland and the scampi was so sour. The worst part for me was, They offered me a birthday dessert on the house. When it came no candles. They usually do for people, and even sing. Then he charged me for it. I also hated when the bill came the server circled the tip suggestions, like he demanded the tip. While we still tipped, I felt the service was very undeserving of 30%. He barely came to our table, when he did he kept gaslighting us into getting different meals. I wanted the rigatoni martino, but he kept insisting we order a more higher ticketed item. Our friend who was vegetarian wanted to get a regular plan pasta promodoro, but he insisted we get gluten free pasta for her with plain tomato sauce. He kept mixing vegetarian with vegan. She can have eggs and cheese. We didnt understand why she had to get gluten free plain pasta. Anyways I'm sorry I loved this place, but I don't think I will come again. Its just not worth it. Derive was great! We were not served quickly but they had a shortage in servers so considering that, they handled our large group well. Our drinks and food were ordered quickly, we were sat at our table for a littler over an hour and a half. They unfortunately ran out of key ingredients we asked for so we weren't able to get the full experience, so wish the server remembered to mention as we ordered. The flavors, texture, temperature were all very good. I took my food to go and only ate half. Once I ate the rest the next day it was just as good and didn't get a gummy texture. Just to let everyone know, if you order a soda, it's free refills. However, if you order an iced tea beverage, it's $4 per glass. I order an iced tea, then asked for a refill not knowing there were no refills available for iced tea -- they charged me $8 for iced tea! Thankfully, the manager removed the "refill" charge, but still, how can anyone charge patrons $8 for 2 glasses of tea! Tea is healthier than soda and if you can't drink alcoholic beverages, how can tea cost a few dollars less than a cocktail? Their prices have increased significantly overall and they are extremely stingy on their spices for bread. It's like pulling teeth to get extra spice. And for the increased prices, give your patrons more spice than a 1/16 tsp upon request! Give at least a full tablespoonful! Geez! Greed will get you nowhere in life and karma will come back threefold. read more

I have gone to this place occasionally for many years, but I'm frustrated with the lack of consistency with a chain restaurant, and I will not continue paying these increasing costs when there is much better Italian food within a tiny radius of this place. When have you ever had fishy-tasting calamari? Why was it fishy? The textures and batter and sauces were spot on, but my husband and I were both disgusted by the off-putting taste on New Year's Eve. The server was good, besides the overwhelming smell of his minty chewing gum while I was trying to eat. The chicken piccata was not as good as usual and so small for the price, and the house salad was not enjoyable with nothing but carrots and banana peppers. The fettuccine Alfredo was nothing worth a $2 upgrade. The Caesar salad was fine. My husband liked his surf and turf pasta and the soft bread with herbs and oil for dipping. Now the food... My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her simple salmon dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. My daughter did not like the seafood pasta. She replaced the shrimp with more mussels- which weren't fresh. The Alfredo sauce looked like a bowl of watery milk and had the flavor to match. I ordered the short rib with mashed potatoes. The seasoning was on the outer crust of the meat only. But the main two concerns were the appearance and taste. The gravy had odd notes of chocolate hazelnut, and the presentation was a little off putting. Reminiscent of a toilet. Have been to this location many times. In the past 5 years the food, service, and value were quite good for a chain restaurant. In the past few months, the prices have taken big hikes with a corresponding decreases in the food quality. It looks like they are trying to get more profit from both sides. I can understand the price increases due to inflation but, cutting the size and quality of the portions is a surefire way to run yourself out of business. The Chicken Picatta has had 2 price increases in the last 3 months. For $25 you get 2 tiny gristle laden flat pounded low quality chicken breasts with sauce that tastes like it came from the Walmart Great Value line. In addition, the pasta sauce is now watery and lower quality. I'm about done with Carabbas. This saddens me as I used to enjoy eating there. read more

My wife and I visited the Carrabba's at 2040 Hamilton Place Blvd, in Chattanooga TN on this past Thursday. Our server's name was Patrick. Patrick made the experience one that prompted my wife to encourage me to tell his manager how great of a job he did. Patrick was fully attentive to our needs and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We have not had bad experiences with servers at Carrabba's, but Patrick's level of service far outpaces other servers we've had. Been going to this location for nearly 20 years and tonight was the first time I've been disappointed. Service was great and atmosphere was as expected. Our zucchini appetizer was delicious and plentiful. However, the entree portions and quality have diminished considerably. Chicken cutlets were tiny and thin. Sauce was hardly on the plate. For $30 for chicken I expect something more substantial as it used to be. I'm guessing this is a corporate cut back and not specific to this location but it's no less disappointing. read more

Glad I decided to give this location a try. I love Carrabba's and typically go to another location but this location is closer to home. This particular visit was on a Friday night. My husband and I sat at the bar which only had one other couple. We were greated by a friendly bartender, she gave us menus and bread. I love their drinks here, my favorite is the Sicilian Prickly Pear it is so delicious, I ordered 2 during my visit. The bread was warm and fresh. For my entree I had the Johnny Rocco Salad which comes with shrimp and scallops. My meal was too yummy, just enough dressing and everything tasted fresh. My husband had a seasonal special, crusted grouper with ceasar salad and mashed potatoes, he enjoyed his meal. Carrabba's has the best ceasar dressing that I've had, and usually I order it as a side if I get a entree. The service at the bar was excellent. All the young ladies working behind the bar were attentive. I am part of the rewards program which is a added bonus, since I dine here a lot and get my rewards fast.
