A+++ Mexican restaurant! Was hesitant as we came from California where there's a lot of authentic good ones but this place was delicious and very reasonable. TVs and bar also for some drinks and watching sports. Recommend!

    Enchiladas Verdes

I'm used to true Mexican cuisine since my step father and uncle (who are Mexican) cook on a daily basis or special occasions (so I do know how it should be)!! The food here was very bland and I'm used to a lot of flavor and spice. The Fajitas for 2 had no seasoning to it, and all you could taste is the bell peppers and the onions. Along with the Enchiladas Verdes, it was very plain, the green verde had little to no taste. The only thing that was good about this place was the friendly staff, the live music on Saturday, and very good salsa. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Best Mexican food and service in Cobb County. We drive 30 minutes to get there. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. The salsa, queso and chips are the best. Have never had an entree I didn't like although the Chewy dinner is my fave, either chicken or steak. Full bar with great margaritas. Entertainment almost every evening including trivia, bingo and singers. They have two locations, but we go to Dallas Hwy and Barrett Parkway.

    Special dinner tamale and enchilada

This is set up like an Applebees. The service was friendly and great. However the food was lacking flavor. Spices and salt were missing. Even the salsa served with chips was bland. The margaritas are made with a mix that contains gluten, so my daughter with celiac couldn't have the house special $4.99 per glass. She opted for the Skinny Margarita that was GF. We found out that on Wednesdays they have $1.99 tacos. And the teacher discount for 15% off your total bill makes it worth the visit.

The food was a D+. The tamale was hard. The salsa was the only good thing. The service was sloooow and they weren't even busy. Our server had a sour expression the entire time he served us. Never said please or thank you. Not once. He was curt bordering on surly. The beef in the tacos and enchiladas, the rice, and the refried beans were completely flavorless. We won't be back. This is just a couple of steps above Taco Bell. This is Mexican food for people who don't know what real Mexican food is. Now I'm sick to my stomach. We should have walked out the second I almost cracked a molar biting down on the tamale. The tamale filling was flavorless of course. They got our order wrong and it took forever to get a replacement. Remember, they're almost empty. The ambience was what you'd expect from a typical Mexican restaurant. Looked clean.

Not a bad spot. Would not be our go to place but it was an okay try. He salsa was not very flavorful but the chips were very good. The portions were a good size, but not as flavorful as our favorite. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Not too noisy and service was fast. I would have done 3.5, but can't do half stars.

For Yelp's Big Night In we decided to try a New Mexican restaurant nearby. We ordered online and picked it up at the restaurant. It went very smoothly! Got the order home and everything was great. I ordered a spinach and cheese quesadilla - my empty plate speaks for itself! My family ordered a variety of dishes. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back when we are ready to dine in!

Food and Beverages We split the Caesar salad, sirloin, and appetizer trio. Everything was delicious, cooked at the perfect temperature, and seasoned to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese deserves a shoutout; I just wish the appetizer portion could be larger (haha)! They gave us a lovely complimentary dessert for our anniversary, much appreciated! We tried the La Piñata and the Smokey Old Fashioned, which arrived in a dramatic smoke dome--such a fun presentation. For our first bites, we ordered the Tostadas: handmade corn tostadas served with both red and green avocado sauces. They were fresh, vibrant, and a perfect start to the meal. Our main courses were equally impressive. The Short Rib with Mole Amarillo came with pickled habanero onions, rice, and plantains--rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. We also enjoyed the Arrachera, an outside skirt steak served with sautéed onions, chimichurri, rustic potatoes, and a bouquet salad. Every dish was plated beautifully and tasted exceptional. Our server, Dalia, made the experience even better. She was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive--always appearing at just the right moment, whether to refill our water or guide us through the menu. This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

As a dog owner myself that is something I'd like to know but I understand the hesitation when you're sitting and eating next to a dog. However, doesn't take away from the cleanliness or the service of the restaurant. We ordered the Mezze trio as an appetizer. Everyone loved the hummus however my favorite was the red beet root. I also loved that they can refill the pita bread which went by quickly. Most of the table ordered the lamb skewers which I thought was a good. I'd give it an 8/10. I thought the flavors paired nicely and it was a different taste than the skewers I've ordered before. My brother ordered the salmon and he really enjoyed that. The service was nice however it did take at least 45 minutes for us to get our food which was a bummer. Definitely could see this being a nice, chill lunch or dinner spot.

I pulled these off of Google since I haven't been back to your restaurant since. You can find these same photos in the Google reviews." Edit: "In my Google review, I acknowledged I had the surcharge amount incorrect, but this didn't excuse the fact that they are charging more than their advertised price without any warning, and none of their staff had a definitive explanation why. Claiming I posted a fake review because I had a poor experience is not taking accountability. Expecting a gratuitous tip in a self-service restaurant where you were overcharged and gaslit is comedic. The establishment is behaving like this is over $2, when they're overcharging each customer without a proper explanation. Why would I come back?" My negative review is based primarily on the restaurant's pricing practices, not the food. Check your bill carefully before paying. Based on my experience, the price you're charged may not match what's advertised. I had dinner here with my dad on a Sunday night. The signage clearly listed the price as $30.99 per person, but when we received our bill, we were charged $32.34 per person. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was initially told the difference was because of taxes. However, taxes were already listed separately on the bill, so that explanation didn't add up. I was then told the higher price was because we paid by credit card. The problem is that nowhere on the signage did it state that $30.99 was a cash-only price or that there would be an additional card fee. The difference was roughly a 4.5% surcharge. After I questioned that explanation as well, I was given a third reason: the restaurant was under new management and had recently increased its prices. Changing prices is completely understandable. What isn't acceptable is advertising one price and charging customers another without clearly disclosing the difference beforehand. Eventually, they acknowledged the discrepancy and refunded us the difference in cash. What bothered me most was receiving a different explanation each time I challenged the charge. Whether this was intentional or simply the result of poor management, customers shouldn't have to scrutinize their bill and argue in order to receive the advertised price. I strongly recommend checking your bill before paying here. I hope management updates its signage and establishes transparent, consistent pricing so other customers don't have the same experience.
