I'm really disappointed in every part of my experience here today. The greeters seemed bored and they made us wait for a table even though there were plenty of open it ables and servers. The woman who showed us to the table threw the kids "entertainment" pack down before we were seated and left abruptly. The bathroom was in disarray despite the lack of traffic, toilet tissue roles were on the floor, the sinks have visible mold and the water trickles out of one of the faucets. It was my first time at Bahama breeze I was just ready for any bar food but I was so surprised. The atmosphere was so friendly, the menu was unique. We were planing to have some appetizers and then 2 entries, but the portions were so big, so we skip the entire. And on top of that after 9pm it's a half price appetizers so our check was like 22$, better than 80$ like at every other place! And the reason why I decide to write the comment is the service - Jason was the best, always there, always knows what we need and in general you can see the rest of the staff they were doing great job. I was pleasantly surprised as the reviews weren't great. We were seated right away and our server was very friendly. Drink order was taken immediately and served in prompt order. The food was really good. We shared the new goat cheese and pepper appetizer which was quite tasty and the lobster Mac and cheese was over the moon. The Bahama chain is owned by Darden and is a step ahead of the Red Lobster division they sold. Good experience, very affordable and I will likely return. read more

Wanted the chicken jerk wings, but allergic to tomatoes, asked waitress if they contained any, she responded with "I don't know" after asking two other people. Bad taste and I didn't even eat yet. Ugh. Ok. Ordered the Ahi appetizer. Small serving for nearly $13. Came out with the fish freezer burned and not tasting like fish and missing its side of chips. I rarely do this, but I was starving and sent it back. Got a house salad. Approached by numerous food runners delivering food to the wrong tables. This endeavor took over an hour for 2 apps, a fountain soda, and water. Never again. read more

If it weren't for the great food, this would have been much lower. This is the third time I've eaten here in the past month. The other two times would have definitely gotten 5 stars, but this time I got hit in the back of my head with a tray. Our waitress put something on the shelf behind me pushing the tray over on me. The costumer service here is sooooo bad. I arrived approximately 7:15pm with my husband and baby and was told a 20-25 min wait.. this is not what happened. People kept on coming in and were being seated immediately. My girls decided they wanted something different today. So, instead of going to the cheesecake factory we decided to go to Bahama Breeze. Bad mistake, the waitress asked us if we were in a hurry, we said no. Then, she decided to try and rush us out ASAP. We ordered the chicken wings and beef empanadas for appetizers. Both were very good!! Everything else went down-hill from there. The plates she gave us were greasy and had food stuck on them. I could see she noticed because her thumb left a finger print in one of the grease spots. But she left them anyway until we asked for new ones. "The macaroni saggy, the peas all mushed and the chicken taste like wood". There was a dried up french fry in the bottom of my yuca fries, which tasted like they were fried in old, dirty oil. So did my daughter's shrimps. My oldest got the lobster and shrimp quesadias which had a very sparse amount of chopped up shrimp pieces. They may have had essence of lobster but no visible lobster to bite into. Finally, I had the fish tacos. The flour tortilla was hard and cracked when I tried to pick it up. The fish inside looked anemic and tasted just the way it looked. The girls both had lemon aid which tasted like lemon syrup. In fact, I put a quarter of a cup of lemon aid into my ice tea and it made my tea too sweet. When my daughter asked for a glass of water the waitress brought out a glass of steaming hot water. I still don't understand what that was about. Who puts steaming hot water in a glass? Why? The cheesecake factory is worth the wait.. read more

Went in for a pit stop going back to Baltimore. Our server was super friendly and attentive. I feel like she over sold but I get that it's her job. The food was alright. We were asked where we wanted to to be seated and told the hostess we wanted the main dining area.....we were seated in the bar area. No big deal until it started getting crowded and people waiting for their tables so crowded our table that we nearly couldn't get up to leave. It was also very noisy....... The food and drink were actually very good...... Unfortunately the appetizer came out at nearly the same time as the entree so it was difficult to enjoy....we felt rushed to get finished and get out so the table could be re-filled. Went there with the family twice now. We all loved this place. Both time I had the grilled tilapia with rice and mash (double starch :) and my wife had some kind of Asian seafood bowl. I didn't care much for hers (she liked it) but I loved mine. My son had the kids grilled chicken. It was surprisingly very tender and tasty (most places we go to, the kids menu items are not great). The food and service were very good. Our server was very attentive and, although there was a mistake on my wife's entree, he quickly and politely corrected it; and we were not charged for it. My first time at Bahama Breeze and it was just as blissful as one. The food is spectacular and the atmosphere is extremely euphoric. Not to mention the folks that work there I not only appreciated my personal service but notices other servers were very friendly and attentive to their own tables...one server even stepped out of their way to offer to close the blinds if the sun was bothering me. My server Ebony was amazing, highly recommend requesting for her, she's everything you look for if grey costumer service. Will definitely be coming back tomorrow and the next day lol.
