Came to Bahama Breeze, in order to meet up with a friend that I haven't seen for 40 years. We dined at the bar and our server/bartender, Matthew, did a fantastic job throughout the entire meal. My Cocorita (Sauza Silver Tequila, cream of coconut, pineapple and lime juices, and actual delicious pieces of coconut) was AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this drink, it was served in a HUGE glass and it hit the spot. We had Bean & Guac Tacos and the Jerk Chicken Pasta. Both entrees were delicious, flavorful, and filling. This was my first time sitting at Bahama Breeze's bar and I recommend doing the same. Especially, during Happy Hours (Monday-Friday: 4:00PM to 6:00PM and Sunday-Thursday: 9:00PM to 11:00PM).

First time here, walked in unexpectedly & had a drink. I usually drink wine but decided to get something a lil different this time, so the awesome bartender recommended a bahama mama so that's what I got. It was delish, love the music & the atmosphere here!

My favorite chain restaurant. I love the yuca cheese sticks & pineapple chicken. My boyfriend recently tried the jerk pasta and it was great. It inspired me to make my own at home. I never have leftovers sadly, we always eat everything!

I came to this restaurant with another adult and two kids, and it was very accommodating in providing us a booth for the children. Our waiter was kind and patient. There were so many options to choose from of different Caribbean dishes (primarily Jamaican). I loved seeing a chain restaurant with Jamaican food and other popular Caribbean dishes. I ordered the Jamaican stuffed rice bowl with orange juice, which was super super delicious and flavorful with cilantro on top. I highly recommend ordering it . The cocktail list is super expensive. I look forward to coming back with friends for happy hour or a cocktail night. Please keep in mind that the games on the electronic menu have a fee that will be added onto your receipt. The ambience is family, friendly, and island themed

This is a review of the Bahama Breeze Happy Hour. Their Happy Hour runs from 4-6pm Mon-Fri and Sunday-Thursday from 9-11pm. This is a mind escape, as well as a restaurant. Colorful Bahama ambiance both outside and inside, half-price appetizers, 14 oz. draft beers $3, and their signature Bahama Mama tropical drink.$5. The Bahama Mama is made with coconut rum, banana liqueur, and pineapple & orange juice. They offer firecracker shrimp, coconut shrimp, crab with a 3 cheese dip, beef empanada's and crispy fritters to name some other appetizers offered at half-price. Half price drinks during Happy Hour include: Bahamaritas, Ultimate Pina Colada, Mojito Cubano and Pineapple Coconut Martinis. All these drinks are $5. Their Happy Hour can turn a bad day at the office around.

Decent food. Great service. The dragonfruit margarita was very good. The meat was tender. No one complained. A decent place for a family meal. The paella was the only thing that didn't taste as great compared to local restaurants.

Stopped by after some Christmas exchanges/returns and it was a good experience! Service was good, food was delicious, the place was spacious. I had the beef empanadas for an appetizer, which were very flavorful with a great dipping sauce. The grilled chicken with cilantro crema as my main was very, very flavorful. Loved that it came with plantain chips!

I will say we had two servers one was showing the other how's to become a server and they were both very great. They were up beat and thought we knew what we wanted to order they definitely were able to convince me and my boyfriend to get the pepper shrimp appetizer . That tasted way better than the three cheese crab app we decided to get. The three cheese crab was still good but their recommendation was in fact better. The place is really nice the food is really good and i love how it is an infusion of all the Caribbean places. I've been here before and is where i got my favorite drink that I order literally everyday "Bahama mama" i decided to show my boyfriend this place and he absolutely loved it.

Bahama Breeze is always a good meal experience with cordial service, and an outstanding personality cook at the Wayne, NJ location. The pop & Caribbean music and pineapple garnish dishes gives a wonderful ambience. Also, the outdoor dining with the beautiful island landscape is my daughter's favorite....enjoy for the price is right!

Bahama Breeze is one of my favorite places to dine...staff is friendly and service is good. Ample parking outside. Inside, the decor makes one feel like being in the Caribbean. The menu is huge from so many options to choose from. Love the spinach dip appetizer...a must have every time I'm here. Other favorites are the shrimp quesadilla and lobster and shrimp pasta. Both are very good. Onion rings are delicious as well. Full bar and a plenty of drinks to choose from - whether in the mood for a magarita, colada, or any of the drink specials. Save room for dessert if you can...or take it to go. Love that one can make reservations online and no long wait than if you come to dine without a reservation.

When we want a quick bite after shopping this is our go to place. The jerk wings are always fantastic. Big wings with lots of flavor. For dinner Sandra had coconut shrimp that were tender and delicious. I had the jerk shrimp. It's a big dish so there is definitely leftovers for tomorrow. Drinks are always good and prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and always pleasant. Enjoy

The place was packed. Staff all wear masks. Was seated pretty quickly, had no reservation. The menu had so much to choose from. They placed a tablet on the table to give me a visual of all the items. I went with the fire cracker shrimp for the appetizer and tasted one, not only was it over cooked. So I went for the jerk shrimp and that was outstanding. Very flavorful and perfectly cooked; they serve it with a side of warm Cuban bread. Dip that sucker in the buttery sauce and man that's an awesome appetizer in itself. The burger was cooked perfectly and the onions, lettuce, cheese and brioche bun all blended so perfectly that no ketchup was needed. The tostones were perfectly cooked and salted. I got some limes, cause that's how I love them. The coconut shrimp taco was good too, I didn't use the sauce that came with it, was happy with it. OCTAVIA WAS FREAKING AWESOME. Made me feel right at home and for this reason I am giving this place a five. She made suggestions on what goes well with what. You can tell that she has passion for what she does and gets happiness from seeing customers satisfied. The food as good as it was to me was only 2.5 to me. It was Octavia that made it a five.

Always fantastic with meats cooked to utter perfection. We've also tried the yogurtlu doner with tomato sauce which is solid, but not my fav. Shepherds salad seems unassuming but is FANTASTIC. Hummus is mid-tier but passable. Adana Kebab is absolute perfection and a little spicy and delivers very well too. We also tried their onion kofte kebab special which I wasn't sure about at first since I'm not a huge fan of lamb that tastes like lamb but it grew on me fast -- a little sweet and sour, tangy, and extremely rich from the fattiness in the meatballs. Truly a perfect plate, though perhaps not everyone's cup of tea. The service is always attentive and not overbearing. The restaurant is massive, clean, and always has patrons -- very cute interior and lots of booth options (yay!) Desserts are solid though I feel they are a touch overpriced. I enjoyed the ice cream and the lava cake. Dervish has become a staple in our comfort food rotation.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing due to poor service. Our server, a shorter male who I believe was named Ricardo, took our order. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and yuca fries. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked a staff member serving steak to check on the order, and he agreed. After 45 minutes, I followed up again with another staff member, a woman with reddish hair in a ponytail, and asked her to check with the kitchen. After waiting over an hour with no update, when she passed back, I informed her that I no longer wanted the food, and she acknowledged my request. Throughout this entire time, our server never once checked in on us. When he finally came to the table, I confirmed that my order had been canceled, and he said yes. He then proceeded to tell us that cooking takes time and that we needed to be patient. I dine out regularly and understand reasonable wait times, but the lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable. The comment made by our server felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I will likely just stick to New York in the future.

The menu featured a variety of Italian, seafood, steak, pork, and veal dishes that change with the seasons, including a full gluten-free option catered especially to those with celiac. Their usage of an iPad shows the rotated specials was a novel idea. For starters, we decided on the Artichoke Hearts and Apple Salad. Ultimately without them they don't have a business. Your representative taking care of us saw we barely touched the food if at all. This is not normal at an eating establishment and your only concern was that we didn't want to take the food home. I dragged my boyfriend here for one reason: the Endless Shrimp. He likes shrimp and can't resist those cheddar biscuits, so he didn't fight me on it.We got seated instantly, but that was just a trap. Then began the endless waiting. The place was clearly understaffed, so we were just sitting there ignored for a while. Once our waitress actually did acknowledge our existence and started paying attention to us, she was great. It definitely wasn't her fault; the kitchen was the real disaster zone. To save time, we blurted out our drink and food orders all at once.Right as we finished ordering, the couple at the next table got their first round of shrimp. Cool. Then we waited some more. And more. Then came the psychological torture. We had to sit there, starving, watching this couple casually smash their second round of shrimp before we even smelled our first. Do you know how horrifying it is to watch people get refills on the exact food you're starving for? Truly an agonizing experience. After 40 minutes of this, we finally asked why the neighbors were living in luxury while we had nothing. The excuse we got was just completely bizarre: "Oh, seconds come out faster because they don't have sides." Wait, what? It's the exact same shrimp! Logic had completely left the building. Honestly, I'm convinced this is just their corporate strategy. I guess it's technically "Endless Shrimp" if you're forced to sit there for five hours just to get two plates. Brilliant business model. Naturally, we immediately ordered our seconds right then and there. When the food finally crawled out of the kitchen, it was actually really good. Our waitress did a fine job, but the kitchen was clearly running on dial-up internet speed. Also, our first basket of biscuits was rock hard and stale, but the second batch was actually warm and soft.
