Amazing!! I had heard good things so I wanted to try myself and it did not disappoint. I got the bootdaddy minus the hot fudge and it was so good! My daughter got the kids vanilla with Oreo topping and she had zero complaints as well. The service was fast and friendly. It's a cute summer or stop in for a treat kind of vibe!

The ice cream was great. Loved the flavors and combinations and always come here for a great dessert spot after dinner. The restaurant is nice and the design is very pretty. However, they do not take apple pay. And when I paid with card, the worker had charged me with the wrong person's order and had to refund and redo it again. An honest mistake and could happen to anyone though. Loved it here!

Perfect stop for a late night sugar fix. On a whim stopped by Andy's. Definitely a very popular place gauging by the line of cars around the facility. Opted to park and walked up to the window. The young lad at the window was quick to take our order. Was very glad to notice that he was checking each order before delivering. The frozen yogurt kitchen was buzzing. Ordered the Rico Suave Jackhammer .. was nice to quench my late night sugar fix. Wanna try some other flavors the next time around.

We all scream for ice cream right?! I enjoy ice cream year round. Andy's is my favorite ice cream shop well technically it's custard and it's so good and creamy!! I'm addicted!!! I either get a concrete, a sundae, or my all time favorite the stolen brownie sundae which is pictured below. You can never go wrong with hot fudge, a brownie, and ice cream. && if you love ice cream as much as I do get the app! every time you get 50 points you get $5 off. soooo worth it!

I don't know how they make this so much better than every other ice cream but whatever the secret is...keep doing it!! The people who work here are quick and professional. We bring people here from out of town since it's so good. I love the jackhammer since you can customize it and the key lime or apple pie concretes are incredible. They are a full piece of pie plus ice cream so you need to pace yourself!

What I love about Andy's is the drive thru. Not only are their concretes dense, flavorful, and cold, try the Andy's chocolate dipped bars. There are only a few flavors but I love that you can choose to have milk or dark chocolate hand dipped! Very few places have that option and I just think dark chocolate has a richer flavor and healthier for you.

If you're craving some custard then Andy's is the place!! I absolutely love it! I got the snow monster which had vanilla custard, fresh strawberries, and chocolate swirl in it. It was sooo yummy As the season starts to change, this will be my go to spot.

Tried the waffle cone with one scoop of vanilla and chocolate. The vanilla was delicious and the chocolate was rich and yummy as well. The waffle cone was good as well but way to thin. Both ours broke when we put just a little bit of pressure wish they made it thicker but over all was good

    Pecan concrete :)

I was a fatty and tasted a few different of the Andy's specialty concrete. All of them were really good. Still I have to say the pecan concrete was my favorite hands down. It had a ton of pecans in there and even more of that delicious pecan flavor. The custard was soft and creamy just like it should be. I knew I loved it when I got down to the bottom of my cup and I realized..."I should have ordered a large!"

    3 scoop medium - $3.25
    David B.

I don't understand the hype at this place. $3.25 buys you a glorified Dixie cup of custard. 3 teeny-tiny scoops. Yes it tasted good. But the cost seems outrageous vs. the quantity to me. Good flavor. Definitely not a good value. I'm going to try another chain and avoid Andy's Costly Custard.

Good spot for dessert! I've always had good service here and i appreciate how you can prrsonalize your order. The portion sizes are decent and can be shared with others depending on how much you are craving. However, it is a bit too sweet for my taste

Today the strawberry shakes are so watered down that you can taste apart the water and the custard.

They're also aesthetically pleasing. A bit less eggy than other fluffy souffle pancake joints that I've tried overseas. The pancakes here are fluffy and closer to the American cake consistency, but much lighter and easier to cut through versus the types you'd get in Japan. Strawberry Souffle Pancakes - The strawberries are fresh and delicious. Definitely appreciate that the whipped cream appears to be made in house and not out of a can. The premium pancake option comes with the equivalent of three strawberries and two pancakes with a reasonable dollop of whipped cream and strawberry sauce. Nutella Banana Souffle Pancakes - Roughly half or two-thirds of a banana split in two and appears to have a bit of caramelized sugar on it. There's also one strawberry, a Ferrero Rocher, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce to go with two fluffy pancakes. The entree is definitely well executed and fruits are fresh. Whipped cream is excellent. Overall, this place is a great place to enjoy some fluffy souffle pancakes. There's limited seating and wait times on the pancakes are anywhere between 15-20 minutes, which we appreciate because they do make them to order. The price of $13.99 for two pancakes off the premium menu felt a bit steep for the product. Experience at much better establishments, like Happy Pancake, in Shibuya or Ginza offer three pancakes with a greater quantity of whipped cream and fruits at roughly $8.25 with no expectations on tips. I understand we're in the states and this may not be a fair comparison, but the variance in both quantity and price is steep. Other than that, the product is good and worth a try.

Every time I walked by on both Saturday and Sunday, the line was out the door. After seeing how busy it was on Saturday, I honestly expected better preparation for Sunday -- especially with staffing. I finally stopped by around 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when the line wasn't nearly as long, but it still took over 29 minutes just to get an ice cream. There was only one person working the register and one person preparing all the orders on his own. That said, both employees remained calm and professional the entire time. They did not appear stressed despite the constant flow of customers, and they handled everything with patience. Major credit to them for keeping it together all weekend. Management, however, could have anticipated the volume of a large cheer competition and staffed accordingly. With better preparation, the experience could have been much smoother. Kudos to the two employees for staying composed and doing their best under tough circumstances.
