I went there yesterday for the first time and overall, I was very impressed! I was a bit confused at first with the large menu but I ended up ordering an orange dream drink and it was delicious. While I got my drink quickly, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took my friends to get their drinks. The worker had also forgot to put condensed milk on one of their orders but all is forgiven as he was very nice about his mistake. My sister recommended this place and noticed there was one in Tucson. I went with my mother and ordered the cotton candy one and she had a cheesecake. The food was amazing and I will be coming again to try different flavors, however my mom got hers first and 10 mins still none for me. It finally. and out but I felt like they either forgotten or didn't make it right away. Everyone who ordered after me got theirs. But to wait when my mom is enjoying hers, she had to wait until I was done. I wish someone had told me it was going to be a few minutes. Other then that it was great. read more

I was craving shaved ice and even though this place was 20 miles from my my house I decided to go. The family wanted shaved ice too so I decided to get a mini bucket with a bottle of syrup and also a snow cone for me. When I got there the walk-up counter was closed and you could only use drive-thru. Nobody was there it was empty so I placed my order for a mini bucket and I was told that I had to order that in advance so that ended the the families getting any any shaved ice. I thought that was strange because how long does it take to shave a bucket of ice when nobody's there, so I ordered my banana flavored shaved ice. The price was fair unfortunately the snow cone was terrible it had no flavor and was barely sweet. I was happy that I had to order the mini bucket in advance because it saved me $27. So I had a 40 mile trip for nothing and naturally I won't be back. I wish them the best but they definitely scrimped on the syrup flavor and sweetness. read more

I just took my three little siblings here this evening and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our orders. Finally they bring them and they gave me the wrong order and it was melted and dripping all over my hand! Perhaps they're understaffed? Two weeks ago we were in Phoenix and discover this place. We loved it and were so happy to k own there was one in Tucson. We decided to bring friends becouse we were excited. What a disappointment!! They don't have sweet milk. Then there were 5 employees and they all went to the back. You could hear them lounging and joking. Absolutely love this place! Ive always am satisfied until this last time i visited. When i order I always get ice cream at the bottom and usually its a decent consistent amount, but this time when i got to the bottom of the cup there was literally 2 spoon fulls of ice cream. Not mad or anything no one should get declined or anything like that just disappointed because the Ice cream is SOOOO AMAZING! Just wish there was more. OMG! Buck, where have you BEEN ALL MY LIFE??!! I just discovered Buck's this spring, as I was recovering from a heart attack n sudden Cardiac death. IDK if it was the joy of life or the fare, but I am sold! I have been a few dozen times and, although I have tried a bunch of different flavors n combinations, I always end up getting a Bahama bama rama (something like that!) 20 oz. It is about 1/2 full of the BEST vanilla ice cream, then they spin in shaved ice n make a MOUNTAIN out of it, drench it in just the right amount of birthday cake flavoring, n cover it with sprinkles! It is the best thing ever when it's 110 degrees in Tucson! The place was delightfully cool inside n staff was friendly. They have a punch card, also. 10 punches, one free. My daughter n I have filled 3 cards! Anyway, go see Buck! Tell em Karol sent u! It is a cool-in more ways than one-place to go for a cold n sweet treat. The kids, or grandkids, will love it, a gazillion flavors, n u can buy a cooler full of snow balls to take home for a snow ball fight in August! I want to have one out back by the pool. It's OK. The employees aren't very smart. I got a big smooth to use my buy ten get one free and she just charged my friend full price and said oh sorry I didn't know you wanted to use that. Bahama Buck's has great shaved ice, but its staff could be so much better. I was in there last night with a friend with a half an hour until it closed and we were both ready to order, but no one came out to take it and we could both hear and say them in the back room. That no one was out there in the first place was bad enough, but the fact that not a single staff member came out in a span of ten minutes was unacceptable. read more

Went here a few times. They always take an eternity to get drinks out. They always, ALWAYS, mess up my order. Ordered a regular coke for a quick drink. Waited forever in drive-thru for them to give me the wrong drink. When they came back they gave me the wrong drink again, and they over-charged me. This establishment is a waste of time and money. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know how shitty this place is too. Hope they go out of business. read more

I love bahama bucks and was so excited when they opened a tucson location. We went to try it out and were disappointed. I ordered a snow, and it was much chunkier than usual. There was also not enough syrup on it- most of the inside part was just ice. My friend tried to order a light smoothie (one that has a heart next to it meaning that it could be made with the light syrups) and was told that they couldn't make the smoothie light. We asked why not and after the cashier consulted with the two other staff members there, we were told that they could only make the smoothies light if they had the light version of that flavor. We pointed out that they did have the syrups from that smoothie in light and that the smoothie in question had a heart next to it on the menu meaning that they could make it light. The girl told us that she was sorry but they couldn't do it so we asked what smoothies they could make in light and she said any that we have light syrups for. We were getting nowhere so we dropped it and just got my snow. Side note: the girl who helped us was very nice, she just didn't seem informed about the menu. We will try again and hope that it is better next time because I love bahama bucks! read more
