confused staff and poor service! ordered a smoothie and a snowcone. received snow cone close to a minute after getting to the window. waited in line for an extra 15 minutes for a smoothie. staff look like a bunch of confused 16 and 17 year olds, just standing inside as if there were no orders to do. kid handing me the drink, turned his back to the window and pressed up against it, twiddling his thumbs. i've been a teenager with a job before, but always knew i risked being fired for being unprofessional. the smoothie should've been great after waiting so long but it was one the worst i've ever had! to top it all off, after receiving the smoothie, kid immediately opens window and asks "why are you still here?", "what else are you waiting on?" service is unprofessional, kids are confused, location is not recommended! read more

Oh yes Oh yes. My daughter is very picky but absolutely loves this place. The drive through makes everything so convenient and quick. Watermelon to go was the best. Always have one in our freezer. read more

this may be the stickiest place in waco, but you'll never find a better snow cone as long as you live. If you are looking for a new cone to try I recommend the strawberry colada topped with tropic cream. 10/10 read more

Worst shaved ice in the city and way over priced. Go to Coco's or Mr. Snow- both significantly better and a great deal.

We tried cocos two days ago. Both places were great. One thing this place has on the other is how big the cones are. My husband and I both got a small which was more than enough. First time here and needless to say I wasn't familiar with the menu. I placed my order and drove around. Waited behind one car for about 15 minutes and when it was my turn at the window the guy asked what I had ordered. Honestly I forgot because like I said I wasn't familiar with the menu and it took forever for my turn. The girl in the back making smoothies shouted to him, "Did she even order??!" Took longer than expected to receive our order of shaved ice, there was a lady ahead of me that seemed like she had been waiting a while also. All in all it was very good, one of waco's gems but not sure if id stop in if they were really busy. read more

Extremely rude behavior by one staff member. I forgot my mask & walked in to ask a question. It's the first time since they reopened. The guy with 2 colors of hair yelled at me that I must have a mask to order. The girl that I was asking the question of was very quiet. I said to her that I would go get my mask & I tried to ask my question. The jerk that yelled at me was across the room & apparently I didn't comply quickly enough, so he yelled again. I went to the car & got my mask. I really have been trying to be understanding with all the different rules that different businesses require. I ordered a plain cup of snow. I did not order the bottle of syrup that I wanted to take home for snow cones for my granddaughter's birthday. "IF" I choose to buy from Bahama Bucks again I will try to do it online or something. If that jerk is still there I might yell back at him for having his mask below his nose where it doesn't cover his nose at all while he's making the snow for the drive thru. read more

Pretty good snow cones, but both times I've been, it's taken literally 30 minutes to get our 2 snow cones. Seems like it's run by high school kids who don't give a crap about customer service or putting any effort into speeding things along. Never seemed to be busy either time, just a poor system I guess. Both times we've been, there have been 4 employees just wandering around as the guy wearing headphones slowly piddles through the orders, while all the people who ordered move from temperaments of enjoyable evening, to wtf is taking so long with this freaking snow cone? read more

It's unbelievable how long we had to wait for 2 snow cones. We waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes we were given one snow cone, then 10 minutes later we were given the other. There are other more efficient snow cone places I would rather patron. read more

We ordered then waited for 10 minutes to get our order...two people ahead of us were still waiting and they had been there almost 20 minutes. That guy was mad! We got ours before he did and so did two other customers. Great shaved ice but don't be in a hurry! They were more worried about the drive-through customers than those inside. read more

Worst service ever, in drive thru 39 mins and had to reorder at window ordered frozen cherry limeade. Name implies limeade is used not so, just too much cherry syrup with too much lime syrup, no lime was ever near this dreck. Just dreadful, dreadful is not strong enough language. I had heard great things about Bahama Buck's from friends so i decided to try it myself. First of all, the price for a small smoothie was over 4 dollars including tax for a mediocre smoothie. I asked for no whipped cream but when I pulled up to get my drink it had whipped cream on it. I told the worker I did not order whipped cream and he rolled his eyes at me and took the drink. I watched him scoop out the whipped-cream half-assed with the lid. then he put a new lid back on, and handed me the drink, still with whipped cream in it. no "sorry for the mishap, sorry we didn't get your order correct the first time, or let me make a new one for your since i didn't get your order right." he handed me the drink with an attitude. I called the location to complain and said that it would be my first and last visit. The guy at the window could have been a lot more respectful and nice, but he wasn't. read more
