Duck Red Curry
Leesa C.

Quick and friendly service. Small restaurant with a pretty extensive menu. The duck red curry was flavorful and the duck skin was still crispy. Tofu and fish dish was quite flavorful. The boat noodles were just ok.. the beef was too dry and overcooked, and the broth was nice and just tastes like pho broth. Would go back for the duck and try other curries

Salad roll.

We have grab some curry dishes from this place several times. Their food is really good! We tend to go for the green and yellow curry :-)

Get what you pay for. It was tasty, filling, order was ready quickly. I'd go back again and perhaps try something new

Heavy to go business and limited sit down service...food was good. Service reasonable. Prices... competitive.

Once we found it, parked, and went in the experience dramatically improved. The hostess was very friendly and it really does feel like you're in someone's home to get a meal. I ordered the Pad Thai with soft tofu and the Massaman Curry. My coworker ordered the Pad Thai with beef. The meal was excellent. Large portions, well seasoned, and it felt like the chef really cared about the food. Thai Iced tea wasn't oversweetened, it really tasted like rich black tea and condensed milk instead of just sugar like so many places. We will absolutely be returning again.

We share it family style, and it was all delicious. The Jasmine tea is also very good. Our server was funny and friendly. I imagine that she owns the place. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. The outside of the building is a bit run down and iffy looking, but who cares? Just go inside, and forget about the outside needing a paint job. We will be back!

Everything is immaculate and very nicely decorated. Once we were seated we were provided with an extensive menu of dining options. Everything on the menu looked incredible! I had difficulty choosing one thing, so I chose TWO! I chose the Banh Mi sandwich and the Wonton Noodle Soup. I love the type of rolls the sandwich was served on. The outside is crisp and flaky while the inside is soft and chewy. I asked for chicken as the meat choice. I enjoy how the carrots and cucumbers are sliced in a square straw. I think that provides a nice texture in every bite. The wonton noodle soup was delicious. I've never had soft wontons before. They've always been crispy nibbles on a side plate. I like that in this dish they were part of the soup. I was a little disappointed in the vermicelli noodles though. They were nicely done and very tasty, but there were so many that they clumped together and were difficult to get a bite of without getting a whole mouthful. Also of note were the drinks. I chose the pineapple tea and it was MARVELOUS! All in all, lunch was an amazing experience and I will always remember that meal with my stepmom.

Both the older restaurant "Pho Keizer" (just South of here on River Road) have the same owners, their offerings and quality are similar. My wife loves their soup bases. Since she is quite sensitive to hot spices, we are careful to order the lowest level of chiles offered in dishes we order. I, then, increase the heat level by using the chiles available at the table. In that way we are able to share different dishes served "family style." My own favorite dishes are the egg rolls (Chả Giò) and the vermicceli salad (with grilled pork and egg roll). We also dislike the fresh coriander so ask them not to use it in dishes we order.

We ordered the Drunken Noodles and the tom yum rice, with a side of potstickers. Every bit of it was on point and exactly what you would expect from a high-end Thai Restaurant. The portions were very large and definitely filled us up with a minimal amount of money out of a wallet. When I'm looking for another quick Thai meal this will be the place to be.

When we got our food it was on Saturday, so she was parked alongside b2 Taphouse on Commercial. Her location schedule is available on Facebook. Nothing is pre-made except possibly the noodles. We had 2 chicken Pad Thai(mild & medium), Chicken fried rice, and chicken drunken noodles. Presentation is good, portions are great for the price and service is exceptional. Owner really takes pride in her food. Also, she gave us 2 free cans of coconut juice which was super nice of her. The wait time was surprisingly short, we were expecting to wait a lot longer based on another yelp review. Pad Thai - Plenty of chicken, I just wish it was cooked a little more. And the pad Thai flavor is there, but it's missing a little something on both the mild and medium. The peanuts come in a separate container which is great because we forget to ask for it on the side. Drunken Noodles- I was under the impression that it was Pad kee mao, now I'm not sure if this is supposed to be the same thing. It had red peppers, broccoli, bamboo shoots, basil leaves, and comes with what tasted like a very runny tamarind sauce, but could very well be something else. It definitely needs the sauce on there for some added flavor. Fried Rice- This was my favorite. There was plenty of veggies, but not in the way that some places do to skimp on the meat. Again, I wish the chicken was cooked a bit longer, otherwise the flavor was good. Overall everything tastes great, it just needs a little more of the flavor that's already there.
