We have grab some curry dishes from this place several times. Their food is really good! We tend to go for the green and yellow curry :-)

The service is usually excellent. Today I came in by myself. I came in before another group of people. They got their water, but not me. I had to ask for water. I finished my water and began to cough. No one came over and I had to ask for water. No one asked me once how my meal was. Had to get a napkin from another table. I have to say their food has always been excellent. I have always enjoyed this place with 5 stars. I hope they were just having a bad day. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was fast and friendly. Not a lot of seating but it was enough for the evening. They were doing a large to go order business. I had the chicken peanut Penang curry dish with sticky rice. I highly recommend to anyone who likes curry. I was super impressed! Cute tables and decorations around restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted right away. Friendly service. We were a group of three, got the fried avocado and it was SO yum. I ordered the peanuts lover entree with veggies and tofu and the sauce was delicious. My mom ordered the peanut noodles and she said it was also great. Pretty sure the same sauce was used on both. My brother opted for the mango entree with chicken. I tasted it and it was quite good. I've ordered from this place several times now. First time good spicy hot but not bad. Last two times. The food was way too hot to eat. I am not a person who cannot handle hot food. I spent 32 years in the desert Southwest I love jalapeños I love spicy hot food. First time I ordered I ordered heat level three it was hot but tolerable could eat it. Wow, this place is super good. Some of the best curry I've had on the west coast. They have so many curry options too, so you don't have to stick with just red, yellow or green. We've tried the gangpa, red, duck red, and yellow. All were top shelf, bursting with flavor. I've also had their Pad Thai (which is sweeter than I was expecting, but was pleasantly delicious), the wings (also sweet, very good) and the fried rolls (how can you go wrong). This was the worst Thai food that I have ever experienced in Salem/Keizer. I ordered the Tom Kha soup, Fried rice, and the Curry noodles. I ordered Delivery and it was delivered on time and was still hot so that's why I rated 3 stars even though he didn't ring the doorbell which is on the instructions for delivery and also posted in the window, seems like other ubereats drivers seem to neglect. The soup, which is one of my favorites was overly sweet and hard to swallow because it was too sweet, and I ordered the large size! The fried rice was not very flavorful and the curry noodles tasted like the same sauce as the soup, just more spicy (too hot for my taste) I wasted my money on food I couldn't eat. This is some of the best Thai food I have found in this area. The Bai Bua Parade is a sampler of appetizers and makes a great meal on its own. I personally like the Thai Spicy Basil Chicken, the Pineapple Fried Rice, and Yellow Curry. read more

I wish the customer service was better - and I think it could be a cultural/language thing. We ordered online. 15 minutes I stopped in to pick up. It took 45 minutes to get my order. Ordered mild chicken Pad See Ewe. It was around $12 and looked really good. However I could taste more oyster sauce rather than a smokey soy sauce flavor that is typical of this dish, but this could be because it was spicy. Asked for 2 out of 5 for spice level, and this dish was over spiced to a level 4 or 5. I love spicy food but was not expecting my mouth to be on fire with "mild" since I tend to like adding my own chili sauce to this dish. Veggies were fresh, service was quick, staff were polite. Worst customer experience. Food was late. Satay chicken was "fried" chicken and my Evil Jungle Prince came with no protein which I paid for. This was a takeout order. Went in on a Sunday evening. Not crowded 3 or 4 tables filled. Were asked to sit anywhere and we did, its a a small place but they have done wonders with the space, looks great and clean. The view of the 76 gas pumps isnt the best, but we were here for the food and it was very good indeed. Had Crab Rangoon to start and they were very nice . Also had a pot of the jasmine tea which was really flavorful. Next up i had the Param Lemongrass Chicken which was excellent nd a nice portion my daughter had the Duck Noodle Soup which was also nice portion and very tasty..lots of duck. Pros : The restaurant was not at all crowded. Infact we were the only people in the restaurant during lunch. Cons: 1. Full plate food came as if it was a kids plate. So not enough food for the money they charge. 2. They charged extra for Tofu when the dish mentioned tofu to be in it with no extra. Upon contesting that, they fixed it. 3. No difference between the lunch menu item for $9 and the full plate item for $14 which eventually has the same amount of food for the same dish. read more

It's not bad, but between all the Thai places I've been to around Salem and Portland, this restaurant is probably the weakest. For the duck basil fried rice, the menu gives the impression that the duck will be stir fried in with the rice but it was actually just placed on top of the rice. The duck itself was very crispy but at the cost of being dry. The rice was decent but too mildly flavored in my opinion and a bit clumpy (as opposed to the rice grains separating). The first time I went, I ordered pad Thai and it was too ketchupy for my preference, but the noodles themselves were cooked really well. Not the greatest service, but it is clear that they are understaffed, so I understand that the service can't be amazing at the moment. read more

I've been here a few times and mostly love it. The only thing I don't like is that the orange chicken is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it's gross. I'm glad that they even have something like orange chicken that my picky eating six year old likes but even that is bad sometimes. Customer service great, food not so great. I ordered yellow Thai curry no seasoning, I don't want bash them but I like my food seasoned and got side veggies no flavor at all. I put in my yellow curry that hardly tasted like anything either. If you can't cook Thai food why choose to ruined our cultures food? Have been here twice. First ordered food to go, second time ate here. Located in a strip mall with great view of Gas Station and people shopping at the local mart. Food is very tasty! The Duck over Spinach was crispy on outside and juicy inside. Family of 4 we all ordered something different. Kung Pao, Orange Chicken, Spicy fried rice (to share), Pork Red Curry, Seafood Avocado Curry, Crispy Shrimp. Both Curries were great with Avocado being the best. Orange Chicken was not the overly sweet you get at most restaurants. Very flavorful. All plates had great presentation and extremely fresh ingredients. Coconut Ice Cream for dessert very light and refreshing. Thai ice tea of course. Only disappointment was Calamari appetizer. $9.50 for not very many pieces and it was very rubbery. Outstanding Thai food, I had the Thai Yum Salad with beef. It was fantastic, and bursting with authentic Thai flavors. It was so good, I brought a friend and had the same meal the very next day. Food is so so. Service is less so and less than honest. Ordered lunch special during lunch hours and when I received my bill it was for $3 more, price of the entre. When she gave me my change (after I left generous tip) she rounded it up, gave me the bills and kept the change. read more

Amazing food! If you're ready to venture into something besides Pad Thai-this is the place to do it. We had the Baibua parade to start, Siam Apple catfish , which is crunchy fried catfish w/a slaw of apples & delicious, the orange chicken for our less adventurous in the house, which is soo much better than what the local Chinese restaurants provide, the chicken is fried, but the sauce isn't sickly sweet, more like an orange glaze, Thai yum salad w/tofu which is another nicely flavored dish during hot weather. I do recommend ordering on-line during pandemic especially in the evening. They make each dish by hand & this is a small family oriented crew. read more
