Cost $1350 and the Pressure release Valve is hundreds of $

Well i had planned not to leave this review because i own a big part of the prob ... Had a pipe burst. Bailey Plumbing responded quickly. Got to the underlying issue quickly. My bad... I did not ask for an estimate from the outset. When you are dealing with a leak above your family room it's understandable. So Bailey did the repair and then I got the invoice. $2300 to replace 9 inches of 3/4 inch copper pipe. Wow... As I have other plumbing work in the mix I engaged another plumber on a more significant repair. So two pictures showing the Bailey $2300 repair of 9 inches of 3/4 inch copper with 2 bends vs the $1350 repair to replace the 1-1/4 inch shutoff and PRV of my 26 yr old house. Bailey Plumbing... just say no? Ridiculous pricing although the techs were capable and personable. Owner maybe looking to take advantage of the emergency I was dealing with?? Not a place I would seek out. A number of better local alternatives.

    Tankless water heater installed

Old tankless water heater stopped working. It's not something you want to have down for weeks. They were able to expedite my service and install a new one, in a better location. This was all done with a very reasonable price tag, and in a very professional manner. Everything is working great and I'm extremely pleased. I would recommend them and will use them again for future projects or emergencies.

    The before photo - gross!

Excellent customer service, craftsmanship and reliability. I am so pleased with the work that Bailey plumbing did for me today. Roy came out and inspected everything for my new washer and dryer, I felt very confident with his suggestions. Omar and Charlie came and completed all the plumbing work with Roy's supervision - A+ work! Then Carlos came and patched all the drywall and made everything look better than new. My new valves, casing and pipes are beautiful (can plumbing work be beautiful? Mine is!) and I'm ready for my new washer and dryer to be delivered. The work is a 12/10! So thankful to Bailey Plumbing. The benefits and kindness of a family business with the security and amenities of a large corporation. Roy even brought a teddy bear for my daughter. Like I said, the kindness and craftsmanship is 100% and will keep me as a returning customer.

He quickly diagnosed my issue and explained everything thoroughly. While I was shocked by the price tag to snake the sink/drain line ($520), Juan's promptness, thorough work and explanation and overall professional service made it well worth it. I later validated with a plumber friend that emergency plumbing work is just expensive, so the $520 doesn't sound too outrageous. Overall - highly recommend calling Juan / Clove for any plumbing needs.

I'm pretty unhappy with how Clove handled my situation. Long story short - we had a leak from our…read moreshower, clove rep came to fix it, then after mold remediation was already done we saw that it was still leaking, clove rep came back to fix it again, then I saw that where the leak was repaired again there were complete gaps between the shower wall and wall itself (as pictured) so water would have come spilling into the walls, then they came back to fix again. The part though that really bothers me is that, after all this, they also took my baseboard from the wall. No idea what they did with it. I called asking where it was and they never called me back. I'm now having to spend more money to get a custom baseboard created to match the rest of the room. I don't enjoy not supporting local businesses, but the fact that I'm now having to spend more money because of the baseboard being taken instead of this being compensated for is the reason I'm posting this. Not okay and won't use again.

Every once in a while you come across a contractor who does exactly what they promise. They show up…read morewhen they say they will, do the work efficiently, demonstrate real skill and experience, and leave you feeling like you made the right choice. That's exactly what Dialed In Plumbing did for us. A few weeks before the installation, Brian Dial came out to inspect our aging water heater and answer my many questions about switching to a tankless system. After comparing the costs and weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace our old A.O. Smith gas water heater with a higher-quality Bradford White model instead. I did a lot of research beforehand and contacted several plumbing companies for estimates. Some wanted to charge $200 just to come look at the existing installation before providing a quote. Brian came out at no charge, patiently explained all of our options, and sent a detailed electronic quote that was easy to review. (Yes, I even copied it into ChatGPT to make sure everything looked reasonable!) Installation day was just as impressive. The crew arrived around 9:30 a.m. and had everything completed shortly after 1:00 p.m. The installation wasn't simply a swap. They corrected several things that had apparently been overlooked when our home was built, including: * Properly grounding the water pipes. * Replacing plastic piping near the water heater with copper. * Securing the expansion tank to the wall with proper straps. * Installing spacers behind the water heater to provide the proper clearance from the wall. These weren't items I specifically asked for, but they reflected their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly. What really stood out, though, was the people. Brian and his team were friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. They answered my questions, shared their knowledge, and taught me a few things along the way. It's refreshing to work with people who clearly take pride in their craft. Dialed In Plumbing has earned a new long-term customer. The next time I need a plumber, they will be my first call. One final thought for California homeowners: if you're planning to replace an aging gas water heater, you may want to do it sooner rather than later. Pending state regulations are expected to phase out the sale of new gas-fired water heaters in the coming years, making electric heat pump models the primary replacement option. If you need a plumber you can trust, I'd definitely recommend giving Dialed In Plumbing a call.
