Great service and farm to table menu. Our entrees were delicious - each ingredient thought out, intentional and cooked well. Kid friendly as well! They do have a kids menu.

Bailey's remains a stellar dining experience in Ridgefield, especially in the summer with the additional outdoor seating: Incredible service, an eclectic menu, execution to perfection, and an intimate atmosphere.

I thought the Rancheros was 4/5 but my wife said the chicken sandwich was excellent. The service was excellent and I really enjoyed the music playlist.

What a gem! This place was absolutely great. The restaurant is very cozy, really good vibes from the minute you get in. They started us off with some warm cornbread, it was nice and warm and tasted so good! For our appetizer we had the burrata which was absolutely delicious. I had for my lunch the Philly Cheesesteak which must have been the best cheesesteak I have eaten outside of Philadelphia. The steak was so tasty and flavorful and plentiful. It was served with peppers and onions with a little jalapeño kick. I truly enjoyed it. My girlfriend had the apple/Brie panini and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. The servers were excellent. They were quick and attentive, offering great suggestions.

Excellent little spot in Ridgefield! Friendly and casual atmosphere with an exceptional selection of tasty dishes and wine! Knowledgeable and respectful staff. I have been looking for fried oysters in our area a while now and I was not disappointed with the oysters that Bailey's had to offer! Crispy and full flavor that was worth every bite! Sea-bass was seasoned and cooked to perfection, crispy skin and soft that melts in your mouth bass meat! Amazingly Cooked lamb with just the right amount of seasoning! Remember always ask for medium! The drizzle reduction was just the perfect touch! Highly Recommend! One of the best farm to table restaurants that I've tried with reasonable prices!

I came to Bailey's for Ridgefield's 2024 Restaurant Week, and frankly it was a brilliant decision. Bailey's is next to the entrance of the public parking lot, and does have outdoor seating in the sidewalk with fire towers (at least they were there in February). The interior is deceptively big - there are two rooms with tables. The food was amazing - the brussel sprouts tostada I still think about, the sprouts were cooked so well and seasoning done perfectly. The complimentary cornbread only made me sad because I had to share. A little crumbly, but homey and welcoming! The waiter was very friendly, but couldn't really explain the surprise "kitchen fee" that came on the bill that apparently is not part of the tip. In most situations I would have lowered my score of the restaurant, but I enjoyed the meal that much. If it was on the menu, I missed it and that information should be mentioned at the beginning of the meal.

Bailey's Backyard is everything and more! My husband and I came to Bailey's about a month ago for some drinks and we really loved the vibe, we decided to make a reservation yesterday for dinner and we are so glad we did. The service is outstanding and the food blew us away. We were greeted at the host stand upon arrival and sat immediately, the place was super busy and you could tell that the staff was working extra hard to keep everyone happy. The waitress came by to take our drink and food order. Here is what we had: To start we had two martinis made to perfection. For food went we had the Brussel sprouts Kung Pao which was so good I could have just kept eating it. We also shared the goat cheese croquettes and I can not even put into words how delicious the fried green tomatoes and pesto sauce that accompanied them were. For our main course I had the Caesar salad and my husband had the farm greens salad with a side of chicken, both dishes were fantastic! Last, but not least, for dessert we shared the vegan key lime pie which was mouth watering good. The only thing I wish is that they had more vegetarian options for main dishes. We will definitely be back and we look forward to trying something new when we return. Thanks for the amazing night out Bailey's Backyard!

Had a wonderful meal - can't go wrong with the menu. My only regret was not trying more appetizers! My wife and I split a bunch of items and they served it on separate plates so the presentation was

My early visits were bad enough that I left a review, later took it down to give them a chance, then reposted when things didn't improve. This time, one of the owners spotted me right away and, with a sarcastic jab, asked if I was "going to put up another review." Moments later, I watched their machine fail to build pressure - espresso poured instantly as thin, bitter liquid with an off smell. It wasn't just watery; it was undrinkable. When I pointed it out, she admitted it was "being serviced next week." As she walked to the register to refund my money, I overheard her tell her co-owner that I should never come in again. They did give me my money back, but only after knowingly serving something that shouldn't have left the bar. I don't expect world-class coffee - just honesty and competence. If the machine is broken, tell customers. Instead, Queen B chose to serve bad coffee with attitude.

Today, I ordered Crab Cakes Benedict and as they were being brought to the table I smelled a strong fishy smell and I have a weak sense of smell. I took one bite and lo and behold, it tasted off. I let them know and asked for just regular Eggs Benedict. She asked if I wanted Canadian Bacon and I asked for other options, and decided on regular bacon. I waited a little bit and they brought it out with Canadian Bacon, not regular bacon, I was about to just take it off and eat it but the girl realized her mistake and said she would fix it. By the time they brought out the "third" version we barely had any time left. It comes time to pay and the bill has Crab Cakes Benedict $20. I mentioned it to the server because what I ate was cheaper and she said "the kitchen told me to charge you that." Excuse me?! You mean the fishy, old crabcakes that could have gotten me sick? Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting. I honestly couldn't believe the audacity. Also, SHAME ON THEM for trying to get away with that--what about someone else that doesn't notice or just acquiesces to not be a bother. Also, two weeks prior when we went, we were about 50% done with our meal and my young daughter suddenly had to use the restroom--I left my keys on the table and smiled at the servers on our way to the bathroom. I come back and our food was thrown out and my keys were at the hostess stand. Really?? They offered to remake the food after the fact but I had to get my daughter to school and we didn't have time. Never again Edit to add my response to the owner's reply: Ron, I'm happy for you and your crab cake business. I love crab cakes which is why I ordered them--there's absolutely no reason for me to not eat them after ordering. To reiterate, within the first bite, I noticed they tasted off, smelled off too--I didn't care to chance food poisoning. In your reply to my review, your accusation that I'm "trying to hurt a small business" is an interesting, if not telling choice of language and one that's quite incendiary. I posted my review on Google & Yelp, the two places that I use for reference. It's curious that you view this as an attempt to essentially dismantle your business. Review systems were put in place so that people can share their experiences and that is exactly what I have done.

The article references the Savoy Hotel, Danny Meyer's hospitality group, "the pursuit of excellence," and repeated commitments to quality and consistency. So I thought perhaps, at long last, the espresso situation had been resolved. Reader, it had not. I ordered a Cortado to stay. "Would you like that in a mug for here or a paper cup?" An encouraging start. I then positioned myself beside the espresso machine like a wildlife documentarian returning to observe a rare but persistent behavioral phenomenon. The barista dosed the portafilter, then tamped the coffee while holding the portafilter in midair, applying what appeared to be approximately the amount of pressure required to test whether an avocado is ripe. He locked it into the machine and pressed start. Brown liquid immediately exploded from the spouts with absolutely no delay whatsoever. The shot was over in roughly four seconds. For those unfamiliar with espresso, this is generally considered suboptimal. The resulting Cortado tasted primarily of hot milk and faintly burnt coffee sadness. After two and a half confirmation sips, I quietly left the remainder on the counter and departed. At this point I no longer review Ross's espresso. I monitor it.
