I wish I had taken a photo, but alas, I didn't. But I am telling you that you must go to Bailey's this summer for the shrimp roll. It is dangerously delicious and outranks every lobster roll in town. The truffle burger also ranks in my top three burgers in town. You must!

Great service and farm to table menu. Our entrees were delicious - each ingredient thought out, intentional and cooked well. Kid friendly as well! They do have a kids menu.

Bailey's remains a stellar dining experience in Ridgefield, especially in the summer with the additional outdoor seating: Incredible service, an eclectic menu, execution to perfection, and an intimate atmosphere.

I thought the Rancheros was 4/5 but my wife said the chicken sandwich was excellent. The service was excellent and I really enjoyed the music playlist.

What a gem! This place was absolutely great. The restaurant is very cozy, really good vibes from the minute you get in. They started us off with some warm cornbread, it was nice and warm and tasted so good! For our appetizer we had the burrata which was absolutely delicious. I had for my lunch the Philly Cheesesteak which must have been the best cheesesteak I have eaten outside of Philadelphia. The steak was so tasty and flavorful and plentiful. It was served with peppers and onions with a little jalapeño kick. I truly enjoyed it. My girlfriend had the apple/Brie panini and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. The servers were excellent. They were quick and attentive, offering great suggestions.

Excellent little spot in Ridgefield! Friendly and casual atmosphere with an exceptional selection of tasty dishes and wine! Knowledgeable and respectful staff. I have been looking for fried oysters in our area a while now and I was not disappointed with the oysters that Bailey's had to offer! Crispy and full flavor that was worth every bite! Sea-bass was seasoned and cooked to perfection, crispy skin and soft that melts in your mouth bass meat! Amazingly Cooked lamb with just the right amount of seasoning! Remember always ask for medium! The drizzle reduction was just the perfect touch! Highly Recommend! One of the best farm to table restaurants that I've tried with reasonable prices!

I came to Bailey's for Ridgefield's 2024 Restaurant Week, and frankly it was a brilliant decision. Bailey's is next to the entrance of the public parking lot, and does have outdoor seating in the sidewalk with fire towers (at least they were there in February). The interior is deceptively big - there are two rooms with tables. The food was amazing - the brussel sprouts tostada I still think about, the sprouts were cooked so well and seasoning done perfectly. The complimentary cornbread only made me sad because I had to share. A little crumbly, but homey and welcoming! The waiter was very friendly, but couldn't really explain the surprise "kitchen fee" that came on the bill that apparently is not part of the tip. In most situations I would have lowered my score of the restaurant, but I enjoyed the meal that much. If it was on the menu, I missed it and that information should be mentioned at the beginning of the meal.

Bailey's Backyard is everything and more! My husband and I came to Bailey's about a month ago for some drinks and we really loved the vibe, we decided to make a reservation yesterday for dinner and we are so glad we did. The service is outstanding and the food blew us away. We were greeted at the host stand upon arrival and sat immediately, the place was super busy and you could tell that the staff was working extra hard to keep everyone happy. The waitress came by to take our drink and food order. Here is what we had: To start we had two martinis made to perfection. For food went we had the Brussel sprouts Kung Pao which was so good I could have just kept eating it. We also shared the goat cheese croquettes and I can not even put into words how delicious the fried green tomatoes and pesto sauce that accompanied them were. For our main course I had the Caesar salad and my husband had the farm greens salad with a side of chicken, both dishes were fantastic! Last, but not least, for dessert we shared the vegan key lime pie which was mouth watering good. The only thing I wish is that they had more vegetarian options for main dishes. We will definitely be back and we look forward to trying something new when we return. Thanks for the amazing night out Bailey's Backyard!

The cocktail glass came straight from the freezer, and the drink was shaken and strained. I enjoyed sipping the ice-cold cocktail alongside the super-salty, crunchy olives. Despite being shaken, the drink was strong without feeling diluted. The food arrived promptly, and I particularly enjoyed the guacamole appetizer. The dip was fresh, with creamy avocado pieces that made for a great start to the meal. I was excited to see a poke bowl on the menu, and while the tuna was fresh, the dish as a whole was a little underwhelming. Pickled onions instead of raw red onions would have elevated the bowl, while the tomatoes and spinach felt like an odd addition and didn't add much to the overall dish. The fries were also fine. To end, The Lantern has a welcoming atmosphere, a solid cocktail, and some tasty bites, but there's room for a little more finesse on the plate. I'd happily return for another cocktail and to see what else the menu has to offer.

There was a table with kids that was really loud; they could use some acoustical tiles or something. The vibe was pretty nice. It's a decent spot, in this nice little downtown.

The wings are smoked to perfection and our table loved the garlic parmesan. Super savory and the sharp parm hits every time. I used about every napkin in sight and won't apologize for it. I could eat the brisket grilled cheese every day of the week. Buttered up and toasted to perfection. The chopped brisket and melted cheddar go together forever. The Holy Texas Trinity will feed a hungry family of four without a question. Smoked jalapeño cheese sausages will change your life. Created in house by CT's self proclaimed sausage king Tyler. The brisket is ridiculously flavorful and the slices are very generous. Ribs were cooked well and dip nice with the table sauces. Cornbread is so fat and tasty I would commit crimes for a whole tray. Every time I get it, without fail, the server informs me that it is a big portion. And I say YES. The beef rib is juicy, meaty, fall-off the bone tender, oily, and you just get hit with that wave of immediate satisfaction on first bite. That said, it is pricey so it's more of an experience than a casual dinner. The rest of the food is decent. Also like the corn bread.
