Char siu banh mi
Lily C.

Saw some reels about the newly renovated Bailey's. Not entirely sure why they went with social media. The casino folks seem happy with the food, I'm not sure it's worth getting carded on the way in just to get food. Same menu as what's available at the other casino. Reasonably priced food, came out fairly fast and blazing hot. Open late, which is great. The fried rice had good flavor, a good fish sauce on the side, and lots of all three kinds of meat: shrimp, beef, and chicken. Banh mi was a bit bready and char siu bland. Coconut shrimp was a perfectly fine rendition of a chain restaurant version. Lots of big TVs all around, so a decent place to watch a game. Menu showed there's free house coffee, casino perks?

some of the most amazing food I've ever had in a casino. I love how everything is always so fresh and the hostess is always nice and attentive, especially Dulce! You can never go wrong with any of the food choices, just ask for a menu and be ready to ponder up upon all the options they have. All the drinks are delicious aswell!

Since it was my first visit, the bartender walked us through the menu and shared some great recommendations. They even let us sample the frozen drinks before we ordered. We got the matchamacallit, makahiki mua, frozen ube, and frozen dole whip. Every drink was creative and delicious. This is the perfect spot for a laid-back night out. It's casual and relaxed, but with a lively atmosphere (there's a DJ) and excellent tiki cocktails.

The frozen drinks are dangerously good since you cannot taste the alcohol at all. The decorations are great and I absolutely love the art. It even features my favorite Hawaiian artist, Nick Kuchar! The space has a great layout. There are two large high top booths in the back that are perfect for groups of 8 to 10 people. The bathroom I used was gender neutral, and there is a convenient parking lot right in front. They do not serve food here, so some folks bring their own. We will definitely bring a meal with us next time! To top it all off, the service was very friendly. They were so patient explaining the whole menu to our large group.

Froggy's has a kitchen, but I've never seen anyone eat, that's more the topic of conversation in my opinion. I've played some nice little games of pool though. Bar 104 (ten four) is closer to a Japanese style Hostess Bar which caters to single men or group of…read moremen. This is a place where men can come to make small social talk, unwind and be entertained by the bar ladies who will make jokes, tell funny stories, up men's egos to create a welcoming environment. All the male guest must do is to buy the ladies a drink which for our group of 4 ran to $16 or $4/person. Maybe the ladies took pity on us since we didn't look like HUGE BALLERS. Women are welcome, but most will find it boring since this kind of business does not specifically meet the needs of heterosexual women. Ladies who come with their boyfriends or husbands may feel that the bar hostesses are trying to steal their man although that is probably not the case since it is the function of the hostesses to please their male customers. We sat & drank around the bar where the hostesses seem to hover around the most. I noticed that the guests on sofas away from the bar are left more alone to congregate with their own group. So if you want to party in with your own posse, this may be a better space. Seating at the bar is $10 cover while the sofas are $20 per person. There is Karaokè (kah rah oh keh) with Japanese and English language songs. We sang a few to while away our stay when we took a break from talking with the hotesses who circulate from time to time to different guests. Bar 104 may be of more interest to people who enjoy Japanese language, culture, "traditional hostess bar environment", or are at least open to international, cultural influences. If you can't suspend American mores, political correctness, my way or the highway approach, 104 may not be for you since 104 seems to be an enclave that follows the beat of a different drummer. I found 104 to be a fun night out with the boys. The hostesses were cordial, fun, tastefully catering to our needs at the same time exacting a reasonable fee. Shōchū/Japanese low octane "vodka", Sakè (sah keh), Beer, Wine available. Fair trade, fair exchange. 4 Yelp stars.
