I've heard about how the country ham can be overly salty. This was a nice, little sandwich. They slice the ham at a good thickness where it's got a bite, but isn't chewy. It's also salty without being too overwhelming. The three stars are just that I'd like to explore some more of their options. A ham bone for soup or beans is definitely in my future.
