Went to a wedding reception held here - great food and service. The staff was extremely accommodating and prompt, even in a room full of 30 people! I had their salmon, which I would recommend to anyone that likes salmon done right. So disappointed, this is the first time I have been there to have dinner and I will never return. I ordered the $30 Filet, the "duchess potatoes" were cold, hard and seemed to be from someones left over Thanksgiving dinner last week, the vegetable was cold. Omg!!! Loved this place. Family and I went here for breakfast Sunday morning. We had our little dog with us and they let us sit on the patio. The service was great, we had a really nice waitress that checked up on us a lot, and was very efficient. The iced coffee here is incredible!! I had the cinnamon dolce french toast from the brunch menu and it was amazing!! I tried my dad's tiger shrimp pasta and it was really good. Apparently my mom's fish tacos were also great, and my sister's eggs benedict was great as well. Definitely will be coming back when we are back in Temecula read more

This is a fabulous place; it has wonderful food and service, plus a great selection on their menu. I appreciate the elevator after working all day. Excellent service great atmosphere... friendly and great waitress ... informed us of the specials. You can really tell it's a happy atmosphere. I ordered the fish tacos and my friend ordered salmon salad and Pinot noir Camus in Oregon... light spicy not peppery like a cab ... the fish tacos are very light and you don't feel bad after eating them ... the salmon salad had a great crust to it vinaigrette dressing ... the only critique about the salad maybe a little more strawberries. I have seen so many great reviews about Bailys. However my experience was the complete opposite, it started with the host or manager, having to come check and see if the server has come to get out drinks. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time, because it took what seemed forever for the waitress to check on us. Observing another table with the same waitress it seemed they got the same service. In order to get my check and had to go get the host/manager like the other table. But a couple that came in right after us with a different server had their drinks before we placed our order and had their food before we did. We won't be back. read more

I've enjoyed dining here throughout the years while listening to the live bands, however after my first time staying until the band ends at 10 we got a rude awakening as to how they handle converting to the so called nightclub. With food plates and beverages on our table, staff forcibly snatched tables away along with chairs. Atrocious behavior. There is certainly a way to manage this conversion in a respectable manner and at the least ANNOUNCE it at the stage microphone that this process will occur rather than assuming all of your customers should know of this beforehand. read more

2 hours waiting to order appitizers after waitress said she would be back in 2 minutes after the first hour. She served five other tables behind us that arrived after us. We were keeping our kool the entire time. The manager was finally called after we kept asking the bartender if she knew where the waitress was. Alex the little blond manager finally came said he would take order. He came back after about 20 minutes and said it was coming anf mac wait was 5 minutes. No it wasnt 5 minutes. He brought check after we ate. Said passive aggresively "let me remind you that I am the manager serving you food". If he is short staff thats a managers responsibility. I planned my wife's 50th birthday party at Baily's for 30 people. It was a choice between 1909 and Baily's. After visiting both venues and speaking with Debbie Jordan, the Events Manager, we decided on Baily's. WE decided on four entrees and they were all good. Everyone who attended had nothing but positive comments regarding the food and service on the balcony. Our server, Marisol and her team did an amazing job. The cocktails were all good as well, no complaints there. After, we spent the night on the lower level at two of the fire pits. This was the only issue of the night, because I thought they were first come first served, not bottle service. Not a big issue because we still got the tables and everyone had fun. Our server, JL, was on it with drinks for 26 people. Overall, this is a great venue to have an event such as the one I planned for on a Friday. As a side note, there are many hotels to stay the night at, along with Uber. Thank you Baily's staff, great time had by all!!!! read more

As we walk into this beautiful street front restaurant you're immediately greeted by a smiling face. After walking out to the stunning patio and being sat, it was finally time. Once you grab your plate you're hit with a hard decision to make, where to start. There is a huge variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, and they're all phenomenal. (The waiter mentioned it would change yet again in the next couple of weeks) Bailey's has always been among our favorites for fine dining in Old Town Temecula. It appears the Bar Menu is taking over the exquisite menu that the restaurant used to have. Some unique-to-Bailey's favorites like the lobster bisque, lamb, and tequila shrimp cooked right in front of you have been substituted with Sloppy Joe's, burgers, and other mainstream items you can find anywhere else. I was horrified to find that on my beautiful plate of filet mignon, asparagus, and mashed potatoes were three large, greasy, onion rings! Had my filet mignon lacked it's delicious flavor, I would have given the restaurant one star. read more

We were there for a wedding rehearsal dinner. During the pandemic. We were put into one of the private spaces which put everyone into a good mood, and made us very comfortable. I worked with the planner Debbie J. And can't thank her enough. We each had personalized menus printed especially for the bride and groom! They made it even more elegant. Starting with the wine selections, I had nothing but praises from our guests, and for the selections of meat chicken and the fish, salads and of course the desserts. Short version: We put our names in for a table and, while waiting, ordered from the bar and tried to pass the time on the open seating patio - but weren't allowed on the sidewalk tables (even though the hostess had said they'd be open) and couldn't find a spot on the inner patio because it was packed with unmasked people. We waited for an hour, and when it was our turn to be seated, the hostess GAVE AWAY OUR TABLE to someone else. No apology, no offer to correct the mistake by seating us next, nothing. We ended sitting up on a little brick wall by the entrance with our dinners on our laps. Not what I signed up for. For the full story: We put our name in at the front, and the hostess told us it would be about an hour wait (not surprising on a Saturday evening). We were told that in the meantime we could try the open seating outside on the patio and I asked if the sidewalk tables were still available. She said yes which sounded good- I figured, at least we'd have somewhere to sit if we didn't get called soon for a real table. So, we ordered something at the crowded bar and tried to take it out to the sidewalk tables. Although the hostess had said the sidewalk was open, we were stopped at the gate and told the sidewalk was closed. Pretty disappointing because if I'd known it wasn't available we might not even have ordered in the first place. Now we were stuck waiting on our order while roaming the crowded "open seating" patio looking for a free spot. Quickly grabbed a table when it opened up (not knowing at the time that it wasn't part of the open seating situation). By this time, it had been awhile and the hostess called to say she had a table for us. My friend answered and began to explain where we had found a seat - my friend was trying to be upfront and be clear with the hostess by explaining that we didn't mind staying put or moving, whatever made the most sense (and we'd gladly order more stuff if it meant we could sit at any table). Instead, the hostess *hung up* on my friend mid-explanation, and a few short minutes later appeared at our table saying we had to get up but without telling us where our table would be. Turns out SHE HAD GIVEN AWAY OUR TABLE. AFTER WE'D WAITED FOR AN HOUR. The hostess did not apologize; she offered no explanation for the miscommunication except for telling us "you said you didn't want it" (lol no that's definitely not what we said); she also did not offer to correct the error by asking the next people to wait, nor offering to seat us at the next available table. Would've "Bailed" out right away except we were still waiting on our order from the bar. We ended up sitting on a brick wall by the entrance with our dinners on our laps. FWIW my veggie burger was not bad, just very forgettable; I think my friends liked their banh mi and chicken parm okay. This place is probably fine if you just want to get drunk and dance, and assuming you don't care about covid, because the (majority unmasked) revelers were having a great time and the DJ did play some fun tunes. But we had come for dinner and they absolutely did not deliver. I was very uncomfortable with how crowded it was and beyond frustrated that we never got a table. read more

Food was amazing!! Fish tacos & blackened shrimp pasta- to die for!!! After 10 downstairs turns into a hip hop club & after 11 upstairs is a Latin club. At the beginning the DJs were playing good music.. once midnight hit the DJs weren't playing good dancing music.. he kept the crowd going I guess but there's more to Latin music than old reggaeton mixed in with mexican music.. there was no salsa, real cumbia, or classic merengue.. he mixed songs that didn't go... i'm still going back because the food was amazing & the vibe was cool... but maybe guide the DJs a lil read more
