TLDR - They have the meats! Pile on the meats here, cuz they are delicious. Some of the flavoring felt a little weak, specifically some of the cuts were a little more unsalted than others, but otherwise no negatives about this restaurants. We got the parrillada with a creamed spinach side, and patatas bravas. Everything was good, though the brava sauce doesn't equal that of authentic Spanish restaurants. Probably wouldn't order that one again if I went. It was lot of food for two people. I went there with my girlfriend for our anniversary and the dim, romantic ambience here was perfect. I ordered the NY strip medium because of my diet, truly not the best cut for an Argentine restaurant. After an hour and an empty club soda, the steak arrived. I kept adding salt to make this steak taste better. I didn't finish it! I always finish my steak. My grill asparagus also has no flavor and was barely grilled. Serrvice, apps, entrees, bread, coffee, portion sizes...All 5-star. I love when I have the the opportunity to leave an amazing review for an amazing restaurant and this is def one of those times. I don't come down to Brickell often but I might have to start. So what did we eat that was so amazing? One of my brother's and I both got the flap steak. It was extremely flavorful and tasty. They were both slightly undercooked but our extremely attentive waiter was more than accommodating and took it back and had them cooked a little more. His (and his manager's) professionalism is why, even though it wasn't perfect initially, they still get a 5-star review. My other brother had the chicken breast and it was so moist and soft, you'd think it was salmon when you cut into it. As for the sides, we ordered creamed spinach, sweet potato fries, mashed pumpkin sweet potato and asparagus. Nothing bad to say about any of them...wow! Beyond expectat So all-in-all, It was a near perfect experience with absolutely perfect service. Thank you to the amazing staff for a great dinner. We'll definitely be back again! Update 6/8: so how do you improve on a near perfect experience? Repeat everything you did right and improve on the one thing that may not have been perfect...and that's exactly what Baire's did. Not much, which is great because it means that the restaurant has consistency. We ordered the 48oz Flap Steak to share. It came with a huge portion of sweet potato fries and a large salad. We also ordered a small side of broccoli. Everything was cooked to perfection. I can't stress how amazing it all was but I'm truly not exaggerating. Just the right amount of sweetness with the perfect blend of rum, mint and sugar cane. Yummmmm. We didn't order dessert bc we had set our minds on doing something a little healthier (frozen yogurt) but I'm kind of second guessing that decision. With everything I've ever had at Baire's being so top-notch, I can only imagine what the dessert is like...next time! I'm sad because I can't come back to Baire's for a month because I'm training for a Body Building Competition and my diet gets extremely strict starting tomorrow...but you better believe that after my comp, this will be one of the first places I go to to enjoy an amazing meal...and I won't be skipping the dessert. Strolled along Brickell and came upon this restaurant and wow were we happy we did! From the beginning of the meal with Grilled Empanadas to the end it was absolutely delicious!! We started off with chicken and beef grilled empanadas along with Chorizos to share. There were 4 of us so we cut each empanada in half and they cut the chorizos in smaller slices for us to be able to share. Very nice. Then we had the butternut soup since it was a warm night. Portion is definitely big enough to share if you're a couple. It was delicious. Our server explained the soup is all natural they don't add dairy or anything else that would change the taste. The food arrived and we had the prime picanha, baked potato, salad/ filet mignon, with fries / grilled chicken breast, fries and grilled vegetables/ salmon mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables too. You can definitely share the veggie plates because it's a very good amount. Grilled chicken was delicious and huge! The fries are the skinny ones, so good! And the meat was cooked to perfection!! One of the guys said if he could learn to cook a steak like they do he would never leave his house. . Thank goodness he hasn't learned so we can keep going back!! After being let down by the quality of food in a couple of Brickell's extremely expensive and over hyped restaurants, Baires Grill was a refreshing and welcome change at a fraction of the cost. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming but not over stated. The wife had the Arugula Salad with the Beef Milanese and she loved everything about it, I had the Mussels as a starter and it was delicious if not a little salty, still very good. I had the Ribeye Steak for my main dish which was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was tender and delicious, one of the better steaks I've had in a quite a while plus excellent Creamed Spinach and perfectly cooked Fries as my sides. We had an early 6:45 pm reservation and there were very few customers when we arrived, unfortunately the only let down was our waitress who was inattentive and quite sullen and seemed to be more interested in chatting and goofing around with the other wait staff who were just standing around not 10 ft from us doing absolutely nothing due to the lack of customers than keeping an eye on us, to the point I had to flag her down just to order drinks and again when we wanted to reorder drinks, this time she forgot about our drinks altogether and I had to remind her, again. Overall, fantastic food in a pleasant and non-ostentatious atmosphere marred only by a waitress who should not be interacting with the general public as it definitely tarnishes the reputation of this fine establishment, well for us at least and that's whole point of a review, right? read more

I would give no stars if I could. The waiter started off good but then went missing and delivery of food and drinks was slow. We waited over 30 min for appetizers and even longer for our food. The food was bland. The crab cakes were flavorless and uninspiring and the beef empanadas had an after taste which we believe was due to the olives. The chicken empanadas taste better but nothing to brag about. I had the skirt steak and my friend had the ribeye. My friends rib eye was medium when she asked for medium well and both steaks had NO FLAVOR. Literally tasted like they just threw them on the grill. I had to wait forever for the chimichurri sauce and that too was just oily and flavorless. The mashpotatoes tasted instant but tasted better than EVERYTHING else. The cream spinach tasted barely cooked and again NO FLAVOR not even salt. Mashed squash also flavorless. The drinks were over priced for the small glasses they came in were more juice than liquor. Our bill was not worth the price at all! P.s. the ribeye was supposed to be $39 as per the menu and we were charged $44 but did want to nitpick we were just ready to leave since it took an hour just to get the bill after both service and food was horrible! read more

This was a good place for the happy hours that existed everyday from 5-7 p.m. So if you're someone looking for cheap eats, this is a good time to get in on that Argentinian Brickell upscale vibe without splurging too much. I've had the salmon, gnocchi, and pasta dishes before on the happy hour menu. I highly recommend the pasta dishes. The gnocchi did get a little tiresome towards the end and felt heavy since the flavor was homogenous and large portions. The indoor and outdoor setting are both equally nice. Sometimes the staff does seem slower than other days, so make sure you are not forgotten. They seemed more into the outdoor customers than indoor customers. read more

The chicken empanadas were delicious! We finally got our food, which took 45 mins to an hour, for our steak to come out more rare than we asked for. When the weather permits, seating outside is lovely unless it's during the hot humid and swampy months. Good service, great entree steaks and sides but don't order the steak salad. It is saturated in soy sauce glaze, way heavy handed with the sauce. To their credit, they offered to fix it. The salad came back with sauteed meat pieces (less quantity), not grilled. The cut was too fatty for sautee and it just tasted overly greasy. I didn't eat it but didn't want to complain again so I took it to go, straight to the dumpster. I think it should have been removed from the check but it was not, I was charged a full $24 for a subpar steak salad at a steak place.
