The food here is extremely delicious! Love the vibes of the place. Only complaint is the extremely rude waiter/cashier Cristina. She was very unwelcoming and practically ripped the kids menu out of my hands to give me a adult menu. I Guess my nephews shouldn't eat since they didn't physically come into the restaurant with me. She was also rude to the chef that was creating the pizza. God bless that man for apologizing for her rude actions! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Stood at the door for 15 minutes before greeted then waved to a table. Sat for another 15 minutes without acknowledgement then drink order was taken. Drinks came incorrectly then sat and waited another 20 minutes while watching them seat and serve other tables. They received food and all and came after us and still no order taken. We decided to leave at this point as we were obviously being ignored. I can understand a busy restaurant but there's a way to go about it and this place doesn't understand customer service. I was really excited to try this place with my boyfriend but everything fell short. The first five minutes of it was the best. Waited an hour for hour food... We normally come for brunch on Sundays, but we occasionally make this our go to pizza place for dinner. I usually get the Jeffrey Wrap and a pancake on the side. Delcious as usual. Service is generally friendly. The atmosphere is nice and chill, don't feel rushed to eat and leave. For dinner we usually just do a typical pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Baked Bistro was just opened back after being closed for months during COVID-19. We were there just before their closing hours and they were not bothered that we walked in during their last hour, like others do. We had the bacon egg wrap and poached egg. The server was helpful, knows her menu and is very friendly! Fertita and family (owner) were there and welcomed us. This always makes a difference when the owner/manager takes the time to greet customers. Come on people, invest the time to say hello and be personable, it doesn't cost anything!! People spend the money because they want an experience. We need more of that!! They offer free WiFi, if I'm not mistaken. As well they have outdoor sitting, beautiful plants and a mix of vintage and authentic decor, a neighborhood small library where you can drop and pickup books, lots of wine options from different regions and to go refreshments. read more

Let me first start off on a positive note. My husband and I ordered the pancakes with a side of crispy bacon. The pancakes were delicious and the bacon was crispy as we requested. However, we ended up boxing up our food and taking it home before we even tasted the pancakes. When we were first seated, our table had not been wiped down. It wasn't like there was food all over but there was a bit of powdered sugar and cheese left behind, which we only noticed after we sat down. But still, I've found these days (post-pandemic), most restaurants don't go the extra mile to make sure tables are clean and that's an issue for me. Then when our server came to the table, she asked what we wanted to drink. I told her we knew what we wanted to order. Her response was, no they've given me another table so I'm just taking your drinks. Really? We were here first and had waited a little while for her to come take our order. And the table she was referring to was a table of 2 outside who, again, got there after us and we were inside. So whatever we ordered coffee with lots of creamer (like I always do). She came back with a plate full of little flavored creamers and only ONE regular one (half and half). I don't like flavored creamer so I had to ask for that (and sugar as there wasn't any at the table, only artificial sweeteners). That was a bit weird to me. Maybe it's just me but I'd think most people prefer the regular stuff. My husband hated the coffee so he ended up pushing it to the side. When our food came out, my husband and I perked up. The pancakes looked so good! The server walked past us with 2 identical plates of regular, plain pancakes and bacon and said, yours is coming. She took the plates outside to that couple who'd sat down AFTER us and sat them down in front of them. My husband and I were like, wow did they order the exact same food as us? No. They didn't. She had to bring the plates back inside to us. Not cool...at all. We didn't say anything though. We were hungry so we dug into the pancakes, looking for butter. No butter. No butter between the pancakes, on the side or on the table. I got up and went to the counter because I couldn't get the server's attention and asked for butter. I've never been served pancakes with no butter. Ever. The lady at the counter said they'd run out of the "pats of butter" so she would look in the back to see if they had some. It was then we decided to just take out losses and go home. We packed up our food, went home and used our own butter. read more

A friend treated me to a Sunday brunch here in June. It was the first time for both of us. You order at the counter and once its ready your food is brought to your table. Both the service and food were adequate enough, but nothing special in my opinion that makes me want to return. If I worked nearby it would possibly be a place I frequented for convenience. My friend agreed. As far as decor, there is a whole wall dedicated to wine shelving which made me wonder if the lunch and/or dinner menu were more satisfying. I may never know. read more

I took my father and husband here for Father's Day and everything was delicious. We ordered the Jim Boy (I think that's what it's called) breakfast and shared a meal of French Toast. We have been looking for a good breakfast place since our favorite go-to closed several years ago. We were at a loss-- All the places we found either did not serve just regular breakfast, or the atmosphere was lacking. Then this bistro opened up and rocked our world! All the food is good and reliable; the menu is small and limited to just items that they do well. We've enjoyed food from here several times and everything has tasted great. Bacon is crispy and the home fries are my favorite. You don't get a ton for what you pay, but they are still good. My only complaint is you can't make a platter/combo out of the sandwiches. Everything has to be purchased separately. Prepare to wait because everything is cooked to order, but that's fine with me. The food finally arrived. Nothing looked very exciting. Server was asked about the Grits. He gave me a B. S. answer about how great they are. No Way! He probably doesn't eat Grits. Lol. So, Three entree's ordered: Eggs Benedict is not served with chewy eggs (they were not runny) Frittata and BLT were rated as 'good' on a scale of 'poor' to 'excellent'. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of sandwiches and I wasn't too excited when my boyfriend's brother and sister in law invited us to eat dinner here on Wednesday. I tend to be a picky eater. I try a lot of new things but I end up not liking them most of the time. I definitely played it safe when I ordered the Fox Hill tuna salad sandwich with chips but I was pleasantly surprised. Usually I don't feel full after a sandwich but this was delicious. They weren't skimpy with portions and I went home with a happy belly. I ordered doordash from this restaurant and I am sorely dissatisfied with the service here. They didn't update their menu with the service, as they were not serving an entree that was listed on Doordash. My dasher calls me and tells me that this is not available. The options I was given were not even close to what we ordered so I just doubled up on a different item, well...they up charged me to do so without telling me this was going to happen. This was THEIR mistake and good customer service would have been to comp the item to the same price as the unavailable dish. I will not be ordering from this business again, for a business re-opening in the midst of a pandemic this was WORST practice customer service. read more
