The peanut butter chocolate cookie is great! Lots of different bread varieties to pick from also. Great experience!

No one answers the phone. I left a message about placing an order and no response... I would not recommend this bakery.

Great bakery with friendly staff. They have the best scones anywhere. Also, the cherry walnut bread is to die for. Just go!

They have that smell/taste! Not just one kind but each one of the ones I purchased. I hope this is just a fluke and also I heated the donut in the microwave because it was a bit hard, like it wasn't freshly made. I thought the donuts were made fresh every day. Also the nice lady with the dark hair had a runny nose. She wiped her nose a couple times and didn't wash her hands. I watched as she filled my order to make sure the drop on the end of her nose didn't drip into my donuts. I think when this happens the employee should wear a mask. She was coughing into her lower arm and I just wanted to walk out at one point. I am hopeful things will not be like today and may try it again but not sure. Super bummed.

So many feelings about Rumi's Passion. Is it the best? Yes and no…read more If you are a GF person, stop here for a sammy to go! The best GF bread, holds up perfectly, and is so good toasted. The other treats, such as the cake and doughnuts, don't even taste GF, especially good for those starting their GF journey. Things that need to be improved: 1. $18 for a sandwich?! Either make it $15, or add a drink and/or side. Though the sandwich was the perfect GF meal on my long drive, the price vs value needs some consideration. I can easily go to Jimmy John's and get an Unwich for about half that price. 2. Freshness of product. Purchased a cherry cake slice, and part of me wishes I didn't. Definitely tasted old, like it should be sold at 50% off or not sold at all. Though I can tell from it their cakes are probably lovely, the lack of freshness was a turn off. 3. Doughnut choices: labeled matcha vanilla, though if you blindfolded me, I would say they tasted just like vanilla. Was it a good vanilla doughnut? Yes. But I bought it for the matcha, which was not visually present. Also shouldn't have to purchase 6 doughnuts! I am one person. 4. Ingredients. While I enjoyed the bread, I wish they chose avocado or olive oil, instead of canola. Looking forward to coming back and trying the pizza next door! And getting a fresh birthday treat!

The chicken had it's own house sauce on it. Husband had one of their breakfast sandwich. They used high quality cheese. The egg was also prepared well. It was fluffy and lightly browned. It's hard to find a place that does not burn eggs. I think the chefs here are quite talented. A few people did complain about the price here, which is fair because our meal was expensive . It was just a 4 min walk. How could I resist. Walked in and you get the smell. It's great. The bakery case is not huge like in Ann Arbor it's about 1/4th of that. You can smell the fresh made coffees. And there are some places to sit toward the back. It's a long space. Not big. I honed in on the mango pastry and banana pastry. I have seen these on-line and was dying to try them. They basically look like the real fruit but it's pastry with mousse and the fruit on the inside. Other bakeries do this too I think it's like a fun trend. I got both and brought them home to Ohio. My partner and I cut them in half and tried them. They were both good. Each tasted like their respective fruit. I think the mango was slightly better. But I'd get both again. They are light. You'd might not think so but they are. You can eat one and it's not sickening sweet and heavy. The opposite light with a touch of the fruit sweet. Really good! Now I am curious how other bakeries do it too.
